The purpose of this study was to analyze the design for small-diameter piles under the conditions proposed in the recently changed Korea Design Specification(KDS 41 19) for building foundation and analyzes the stresses generated in the reinforcing bars, external casing, and grout through FEM analysis. This paper presents an optimal design system that satisfies the design conditions for micro-piles and small-diameter casing-pile.

지방의회 정책지원인력의 효율적 운영방안 : 경상남도의회를 중심으로

본 논문은 경상남도의회의 입법 및 정책과 관련된 의정활동 전문성 제고를위하여 정책지원인력을 어떻게 효율적으로 운영할 것인가를 연구하였다. 경상남도의회의 전문성제고를 위한 효율적인 정책지원인력운영의 단기적 추진과제는 정책지원인력의 의장직속 배치, 정책지원인력의 개방형 임기제 공무원 채용, 정책지원인력 필수교육 이수제 도입, 정책지원인력의 경상남도의회 및 도내 각 시·군의회간의 정기적인 인사전보, 정책지원인력의 전국 시·도의회 간 인사교류 활성화 방안 등이다. 그리고 장기적 추진과제는 경상남도의회의정지원센터 설립을 통한 정책지원인력의 효율적인 운영, 경남도의원 개인 보좌관제도의 도입, 후원회제도를 통한 의원 개인 보좌인력 확충방안 등이다. This study investigated how to manage policy support personnel efficiently to enhance the expertise of the Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Assembly in legislative and policy-related legislative activities. The short-term projects of efficient policy support personnel management of the Gyeongsangnam-do council are the direct assignment of policy support personnel to the chairman, hiring public officials on an open term system for policy support personnel, introduction of a mandatory training system for policy support personnel, and the Gyeongsangnam-do council of policy support personnel and each city/county council in the province. It includes regular personnel transfer between two countries, and measures to promote personnel exchanges between city and provincial councils of policy support personnel. The long-term projects include establishment of the Gyeongsangnam-do Parliamentary Support Center, the introduction of the Gyeongnam-do councilor s personal assistant system, and plans to expand the number of individual councilors through the sponsorship system.

미국 공립학교에서 학생의 복장 규제에 관한 연구

This is a study on public school dress codes in the U.S.A. An outline of this study is as follows: First of all, this research focus on the origin, history, background of dress codes in public school of U.S.A., analyzes cases law of U.S. courts about dress codes in Chapter Ⅱ. Second, Chapter Ⅲ surveys a constitutional standard of review for dress code of expressive conduct. Third, this study extracts from case law, proposes some general principles to guide school administrators in establishing a dress code for their school. Finally, Chapter Ⅴ summarizes results of this research. According to the U.S. Supreme Court, students have constitutional rights on doing a expressive conduct in schoolhouse. By protecting the students` freedom of speech, the Court advances the very purposes of the First Amendment. On the other hand, education is perhaps the most important function of state and local government. Schools must maintain a safe and educational environment before learning can begin. Further, part of any student`s education includes the inculcation of community values. In teaching community values, the school has a responsibility to teach its students the bounds of appropriate behavior. So School administrators need to have a control authority over student`s expressive conduct. There are three cases in the midst of the conflict between student speech and school control: Tinker v. Des Moines Independent School District, Bethel School District No. 403 v. Fraser, and Hazelwood School District v. Kuhlmeier. A Framework proposed in this study, Tinker-Fraser-Kuhlmeier Standards are as follows: First, if student expression is lewd or obscene, a school can simply prohibit it outright. This serves as a type of per se rule. That is, a school will always have the proper justification for regulating lewd or obscene student expression. If student expression is school-sponsored, the school can regulate it only if such regulation is rationally related to a legitimate pedagogical concern. Schools may not have absolute authority to regulate school-sponsored expression, but they need only satisfy the rational basis test to exert any authority. All other student expression is subject to Tinker`s substantial and material interference test, unless, of course, it is subject to some regulation permitted by an arm of the state beyond the walls of the schoolhouse.

In vitro SPF 측정법 개선에 관한 연구

In vitro method는 in vivo results를 예측하기 위해 사용되어지는 것이 가장 큰 목적이므로 지급까지 in vitro SPF test는 여러 formulations를 screen 하거나 self-tanners의 activity에 미치는 cosmetic ingredients의 영향을 연구하는 데에 이용되어져 왔다. In vitro SPF test는 신속하고 객관적이며 적은 비용으로 사람에게 in vivo test를 하기에 앞서 protective formulas를 pre-screen 하며, 따라서 in vitro test가 유용하게 원하는 역할을 하기 위해서는 in vitro SPF 평가법의 정확성이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 건조시간을 15분으로 고정하면서 기존에 사용해온 substrate인 Transpore^® tape을 이용, 도포 방법을 개선하기 위한 시도를 하였다. 우선 기존 시험법의 분석을 통한 현 수준을 파악하고, 사용되고 있는 Transpore^® tape의 외측으로부터 일정 부위만 사용하도록 개선하였다. 또한 다양한 시도를 통해 광원의 scan 부위에만 국소적으로 도포하는 방법이 도포시 발생하는 오차를 줄일 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 개선된 시험법을 이용하여 반복성과 선형성이 뛰어난 시험 결과를 얻어낼 수 있었다. 통계 패키지 분석을 통한 시험법의 신뢰성 검토에서도 우수한 결과를 보여 이와 같은 시험법을 통해 in vivo와 in vitro SPF의 보다 정확한 예측 시스템 관계를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The major advantage of the in vitro test is that it is a rapid, objective and cost-effective screening methodology. In vitro tests can provide a formulation tool to identify new fillers that are optimized by combinations of old ones and they can be used to pre-screen protective formulas prior to in vivo testing in humans. Therefore, the accuracy of in vitro SPF measurement is very important. In this study, improvement of application method of samples was tried to improve the accuracy of in vitro SPF measurement. The outer part of Transpore^® tape was used to apply samples as the substrates and the standard drying time was set at 15 min. The new method, topical applications at light scan areas, results in more accurate and reliable results. This result suggests that more accurate prediction system can be established for in vivo SPF with in vivo SPF measurement.

『論語』의 引詩分析을 通한 中國古代修辭學試探

작품과 본인의 뜻이 완전하게 부합되는 경우는 引詩 본연의 존재의의이자 주된 목적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 그러한 引詩의 목적이 자신의 말에 설득력을 높이기 위해서라면, 논리적인 측면이나 이해도 측면에서도 모두 문제가 되지 않는다. 하지만 『論語』에서 孔子와 그의 제자들은 자신의 뜻을 보다 명확하게 피력하기 위하여, 다소 납득이 가지 않는 부분도 있지만 어느 정도 이해할 수 있는 범위 내에서의 응용을 하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 심지어는 전혀 맥락이 상통하지 않는 즉 앞뒤가 서로 통하지 않는 斷章取義나 牽强附會의 방법까지도 쓰고 있다. 여기에 더욱 더 이해할 수 없는 것은, 공자는 그러한 제자의 모습을 보고 극찬을 아끼지 않는 모습까지 보이고 있다는 점이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 『論語』의 引詩 용례들을 먼저 살펴보고, 그 본연의 의도를 구체적으로 파악해보고자 한다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 나아가 引詩 용례와 중국 고대의 수사학과의 관계에 대해서도 살펴보고자 한다. Quote Poetry is quote a verse of a poem or full work of The book of Songs. Using Quote Poetry in The analects of Confucius is found at eight places, specific distribution in GUO FENG has four, XIAO YA has 1, DA YA has 1, and SONG has 2 songs. These statistics is enough to explain something else that Quote Poetry phenomenon has become so common at that time, in order to improve the persuasive. According to its characteristics, these Quote Poetry can be divided into three types: First, Quote Poetry is fully comply with user’s intentions; second, Quote Poetry is not fully meet with user’s intentions, but can say into line; third, it is far-fetched, taken out of context between two. Therefore, this article first analysis Quote Poetry cases in The analects of Confucius, to study the ancient Chinese understanding of rhetoric level, and widely used or not.

공유 링크들을 가진 스위치를 위한 세션 할당 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 다중 공유 링크를 가진 스위치를 위한 세션 연결 설정 시 이를 어떤 링크에 할당할 것인지를 결정하는 경험적 세션할당 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘은 새로운 세션이 소속된 서비스 클래스의 각 링크에 할당된 세션들의 예측된 지연들 중 가장 작은 예측 지연을 가진 링크에게 그 세션을 할당한다. 다른 세션할당 알고리즘에 비해 제안 알고리즘은 부클래스들의 예측지연 특성을 직접적으로 활용함으로써, 서비스 클래스들에게 사전에 예약된 대역폭을 제공하고, 동일한 서비스 클래스에 속한 세션들에게는 서로 다른 공유 링크를 통해 전송되어도 가능한 비슷한 지연을 제공한다는 것을 모의실험을 통해 확인했다.
