The Foodservice industry has continued to grow in quantity and quality through industrialization. Recently, the Foodservice industry environment has slowed due to sluggish consumption and the prolonged slump in domestic consumption, regulation, and increased competition This study surveyed consumers with experience using franchise Foodservice-enterprise, on corporate social responsibility and guest emotional and long-term relationship. A survey of 220 consumers who have experience with franchise restaurants was conducted The results of a study, It was found that the social responsibility of foodservice-enterprise directly affect consumers positive feelings and long-term relationships. Through this research, foodservice-enterprise should recognize the importance of social responsibility. It should also implement new marketing strategies through social responsibility and customer emotion and long-term relationship orientation.

The study tried to demonstrate the personal characteristics, job satisfaction and the impact of the working environment on self-efficacy for the employees of the resort enterprise. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, the empirical research was analyzed for employees working at resort companies in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon areas, and the following research results and suggestions could be found. First, in the human environment, the physical environment, the compensatory environment, and the operational environment of the organization, the remaining factors, excluding the human financial ration, have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Second, the four functions of the resort company work environment directly affect the outcome variable self-efficacy at picker time. Third, personal characteristics of resort company workers found that the five factors do not directly affect job satisfaction. Fourth, depending on emotional factors and liking factors, etc. of the factors of personal characteristics, have a significant influence on the self-efficacy. Finally, the research results have been derived that the job satisfaction of resort workers affects their own pickers. A model for the business results of resort companies is presented through the continuous research in the future.

Smart Device의 성능은 기존 Embedded System과는 비교가 무의미할 만큼 성장하였다. 하지만 실시간으로 외부의 다양한 데이터를 처리하기 위해서는 아직 Smart Device의 자원이 충분하지 않다. 이를 해소하기 위한 방안으로 신호의 처리와 관리는 풍부한 자원을 가진 서버에서 수행하고 스마트기기는 신호 전달 및 처리 결과 수신의 제한적인 역할을 수행할 수 있는 Cloud System이 필요하며 덧붙여, 시스템을 다양한 계측 분야에서 유연하게 활용하기 위해 여러 종류의 신호들을 다양하게 처리해 줄 수 있는 Cloud Cluster와 이를 관리해줄 Platform의 구축이 이뤄져야한다. 본 연구는 그 중에서도 실시간성을 요하는 모델을 고려하여 Real Time Cloud System Platform의 구축을 위한 기반연구로서, Smart Device와 Senser 간의 Interoperability에 초점을 두고 Proto Type의 구현과 몇몇 세부 쟁점에 대한 실험 및 연구 분석 결과를 포함한다.

The purpose of this study were to understand the influences of staffs emotional intelligence in restaurant customer orientation and the results help to contribute practically to advancing hotel human resource management. The review of the literature described the background for emotional intelligence and customer orientation of kitchen employees. To measure emotional intelligence, The emotional intelligence consist of understanding the self emotion, understanding other people`` emotions, emotion utilization, and emotion control. To measure customer orientation of service employees, this study adapted COSE model based on the work of Henning-Thurau(2004). Customer orientation of kitchen employees includes technical skill, social skill, motivation, and employees`` self-perceived decision making authority. The first, only emotion utilization had an significantly positive effect on all four factors of customer orientation On 속\e other hand, Emotion control had an insignificant effect on customer orientation. Secondly, understanding the self emotion had an significantly positive effect on employees`` social skill. Finally, understanding other people`` emotions had an significantly positive effect on employees`` social skill and motivation. The results of this study help to contribute academically and practically to advancing hotel management.
