Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the duplicate effect of thread-embedding therapy against obesity. Methods : 5 women from 20 to 30 with obesity were treated with thread-embedding therapy and compared the results with physical measurement, body composition tests and fat thickness measured by ultrasound. Results : The thread-embedding therapy locally reduced body size and fat thickness and had a cumulative effect, but showed the greatest effect in the abdominal region. It didn't affect to the overall change of body composition. Conclusions : The duplicate procedure of thread-embedding therapy for obesity had a cumulative effect, but it depended on the treatment region.

최근에는 설비의 이상징후를 포착함으로써 사고를 예지하고 치명적인 상태로 진전되기 전에 보완하는 이른바 예측 보전(또는 예지보전) 기술을 중심으로 하는 사고 예방 방향으로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이 예측보전기술은 기기의 상태를 정량적으로 파악하여 이상징후를 초기단계에서 검지하는 이상예지진단과 기기성능의 경년적인 변화에 착안한 노화진단 등을 중심으로 하고 있다. 이글에서는 변압기, 차단기, 단로기, 전력용 콘덴서, 피뢰기 등 수배전설비 진단 및 보수점검에 대해서 설명하고자 한다.

Objectives : This study is to compare effects on Intracutaneous Bee Venom pharmacopuncture and Intramuscular Bee Venom pharmacopuncture in Lumbar Disc Herniation. Methods : We investigated 34 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation and devided into two groups. Group A were treated with intracutaneous bee venom pharmacupuncture and group B were treated with intramuscular bee venom pharmacopuncture. To evaluate the treatment effects of two groups, we used visual analog scale(VAS) and Aberdeen LBP scale. Results : In VAS and Aberdeen LBP scale, that of group A was further improved than that of group B, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusions : Intracutaneous bee venom pharmacupuncture and intramuscular bee venom pharmacopuncture were effective treatments for lumbar disc herniation, but there was no statistical significance.

ChatGPT 활용한 초등 과학 수업에서 질문 단계의 변화 및 수업에 대한 인식 분석

본 연구에서는 초등학생들을 위한 ChatGPT 활용 과학 수업에 대한 교육적 효과를 탐색하고자 하였다. D광역시 소재의 초등학교 6학년 학생 25명을 대상으로 초등 과학 수업이 초등학생의 인지적 영역 발달에 미치는 영향, 초등학생은 과학 수업에서 ChatGPT를 활용하는 것에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지 알아보았다. 연구 결과 ChatGPT 활용 과학 수업이 초등학생들의 인지적 영역 발달에 도움을 줄 수 있는 가능성을 찾을 수 있었고, 초등학생은ChatGPT를 활용한 수업의 효과에 긍정적인 응답을 하였다. 또한 ChatGPT를 활용한 과학 수업에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하는 학생들과 부정적으로 인식하는 학생들, 그리고 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면을 모두 인식하는 학생들로 구분하였다. 부정적으로 인식하는 학생들은 주로 ChatGPT를 활용한 과학 수업에서 ‘Remember’ 단계에 머무는 학생들이 많았으며, 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면을 모두 인식하는 학생들일수록 보다 높은 단계의 질문을ChatGPT에게 제시하는 것으로 나타났다. This study explored the educ ational effec ts of using ChatGPT in sc ienc e lessons for elementary sc hool students. The partic ipants inc luded 25 sixth-grade students studying at an elementary sc hool in Metropolitan City D. This study examined the impac ts of elementary sc ience lessons on the cognitive development of elementary sc hool students and their perceptions of using ChatGPT in their science classes. We found that science lessons that used ChatGPT aided the cognitive development of the participating elementary students. These students responded positively to the classes using ChatGPT. The results were then divided into those who perceived ChatGPT positively, those who perceived it negatively, and those who rec ognized both positive and negative aspec ts. Students who perc eived it negatively mainly remained at the memorization level, and those who recognized both positive and negative aspects posed higher-level questions to ChatGPT.

청계천 주변건물의 조명환경 특성

최근 복원된 청계천의 야간경간조명은 야간에 도심의 새로운 미관을 창출함으로써 5.8Km에 이르는 체계적 인 야간경관을 시각적으로 체험할 수 있는 공간의 역할을 하고 있다 그러나 야간에 청계천의 수변산책로를 이용하는 사람에게는 문화유산, 휴식공간, 227R 의 교량, 자연환경뿐만 아니라 지상건물이 시야 내에 존재한다. 특히 청계천 지상도로의 남북측면에 위치한 기존의 건물들은 청계천 복원과 관계없이 대부분 기존에 설치된 옥외조명을 사용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 청계천 수변공간 산책시 사람의 시야내에 나타나는 지상건물의 조명환경특성을 분석하여 청계천변 조명과의 통합된 이미지가 연출되는지의 여부를 분석하는 것이 연구목적 이다. 이를 위하여 지상에 위치하고 있는 건물을 대체적인 용도에 따라 오피스지역, 상업지역, 주거지역 등 3개 지역으로 구분하여 이 지역에 위치한 대표적인 지상건물 표면의 휘도, 색온도, 색도를 측정하여 분석하였다. 조명학적 물리량을 분석한 결과, 지상에 위치한 건물들이 산책로를 이용하는 사람들의 시각환경에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고. 경관조명요소로서 지상건물의 조명환경을 적절히 보완해야 할 필요성이 나타났다.

매선요법을 이용한 부분비만치료 9례 보고

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of thread-embedding therapy against partial obesity. Methods : 9 women from 20 to 30 with partial obesity were treated with thread-embedding therapy and then surveyed satisfaction, reaction after treatment and whether they were re-treated or not. The results of before and after treatment were compared with physical measurement, body composition tests and fat thickness measured by ultrasound. Results : The satisfaction of patients was high and side effects were pain, bruises and unnaturalness of action, but 8 of 9 patients wanted to re-treatment. The effect of thread-embedding therapy against partial obesity was continuous and was most pronounced during the first week. Conclusions : Thread-embedding therapy may be useful to reduce partial obesity without different treatments of obesity, diet, exercise etc.

카드뮴으로 유발된 산화적 스트레스에 대한 침 자극의 신장 보호 효과

Objectives : This study was performed to inquire into the protective effects of acupuncture on oxidative stress caused by cadmium accumulation in the kidney. Methods : Sprague-Dawley male(150±30 g) rats were stabilized for 1 week and divided into 5 groups: normal, control, LR3 acupuncture, BL23 acupuncture and sham acupuncture. For three days experimental groups received oral doses of cadmium 2 ㎎/㎏ twice a day. Acupuncture was applied bilaterally at each point 10 times for two weeks. The depth of stimulation was 1 ㎜ at right angles and torsion of acupuncture was produced 2 times per second for 1 minute. The kidneys were extracted and weighed after two weeks, and renal function was confirmed through blood urea nitrogen(BUN). We measured reactive oxygen species of the serum and kidney, and compared expression levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase(Gpx), nuclear factor erythroid derived 2-related factor 2(Nrf-2), heme oxygenase- 1(HO-1), nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB), cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), Bax and Cytochrome c. Results : The LR3 acupuncture group and BL23 acupuncture group experienced significantly increased kidney weight, and decreased BUN compared to control group. In terms of oxidative stress, the LR3 acupuncture group and BL23 acupuncture group experienced significantly reduced reactive oxygen species compared to the control group. Conclusions : The LR3 acupuncture group and BL23 acupuncture group experienced showed the effects of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and apoptosis protection. The BL23 acupuncture group was more effective than LR3 acupuncture group.
