한국의 철도테러 안전대책에 관한 연구

본 연구는 테러의 피해를 최소화하기 위해 유럽에서 발생된 철도 테러사건의 사례를 분석한 후, 철도테러 위협대비방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 유럽의 철도테러 사례를 바탕으로 우리나라의 철도테러 위협에 대한 평시대비 방안으로 테러관련 안전업무에 대해서도 적극적인 대비가 있어야 하는데 이를 위해서는 다음과 같은 여건들이 선행되어야 한다. 한국에 대한 테러환경 중에 대중교통을 목표로 한 테러에 대해서도 상응하는 대응방안이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 대안을 제시하였다. 주요 대중교통시설물에 대한 보안강화로 북한이 대남테러 대상으로 선택할 수 있는 한국에서의 주요 대중교통시설물에 대한 시설물 점검 및 보안강화를 지속적으로 실시해야 한다. 철도와 연결된 대규모 복합시설물에 대한 보안강화로 테러예방적인 측면의 실태점검과 보안강화를 실시하고, 보안설비시스템의 설치ㆍ관리 등에도 국가대테러기관과의 협력관계 구축을 위한 관계법령의 정비도 실시해야 한다. 테러연계의 차단 및 보안강화로 이슬람원리주의자들의 입국과 국내활동에 대한 지속적인 감시 및 합법적인 활동에 대한 테러예방활동의 강구, 불법체류 외국인 노동자의 동남아 무슬림단체와 연계되어 이념화ㆍ조직화 될 경우 잠재적인 반사회적 행위로 철도교통시설에 대한 테러공격을 가할 수 있다는 점이다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 철도테러 안전대책에 대한 실태와 문제점과 테러환경의 분석을 위해 스페인과 영국에서 발생한 두 건의 테러 사건을 이용한 사례 연구를 병행하고 이를 토대로 한국의 테러환경변화와 철도테러 안전대책에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

어린이 교통 사망사고에 대한 현황 분석

We would like to find out about the deaths compared to the total accident, the deaths within the school zone, and the various traffic accidents of children. In addition, we want to find improvement measures for traffic accidents of children through analysis. The Civilization Act and the Hajoon Act, which were approved at the plenary session of the National Assembly on Dec. 10, 2019, were issues that many people watched with interest, including parents with children, as they were aimed at enhancing traffic safety for children. The revision to the Road Traffic Act in the Civil Food Act requires the establishment of speeding cameras in children's protected areas, and the heads of the affected local governments to install traffic lights, speed bumps, speed limits and safety signs first. In this study, we will examine the overall status of traffic accidents for children from 2013 to 2018 based on data from the Traffic Corporation's Traffic Accident Analysis System and analyze the status and characteristics of child deaths from 2015 to 2018. Through this process, it is very meaningful to examine the problems of traffic accidents for children and to suggest ways to improve them.

경찰공무원의 직무만족 영향요인에 관한 연구

This study investigates how the external factors of police organization, such as organizational environments, job characteristics, and compensations can influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Especially, this study considers what kind of organizational culture is dominant and what kind of compensation influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find out the ways to maximize compensation and job satisfaction of police officers and to improve organizational commitment. The results are as follows: First, the more perceived job interest, social approval, organizational cohesion, and financial compensation, the higher job satisfaction, whereas the more perceived work environment, the lower job satisfaction. Second, the more perceived job interest, social approval, organizational cohesion, and financial compensation, the higher job satisfaction. However, the perceived work environment does not influence the job satisfaction. Third, the higher job satisfaction, the higher organizational commitment. Fourth, organizational cohesion, financial compensation and organizational environment have an effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction. 본 연구는 경찰공무원들의 조직환경 및 직무특성, 보상유형 등의 제반요인들이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 실증적 연구이다. 특히 우리나라 경찰의 지배적인 조직문화의 유형은 무엇이고 어떠한 보상유형이 경찰조직 및 경찰관개인의 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 파악하려는 데 그 목적이 있다. 경찰공무원의 직무만족 영향요인에 관해 실증적 연구를 수행한 결과로 첫째, 직무흥미, 사회인정, 조직응집, 경제적 보상에 대한 인식이 높을수록 직무만족도는 높아지는 경향을 보였고, 근무환경에 대한 인식이 높아질수록 직무만족도는 낮아지는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 직무만족 영향요인 중 직무흥미, 사회인정, 조직응집, 경제적 보상에 대한 인식이 높아질수록 직무만족도는 높아지는 경향이 있으며, 근무환경에 대한 인식은 직무만족도에 아무런 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 경찰의 조직과 인사정책에 관한 정책적 제언의 함의점을 도출해 보면, 경찰공무원의 직무만족의 향상을 위해서는 사회적 보상과 경제적 보상에 대한 대책이 보다 강화되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 특히 사회적 보상요인의 각 요인인 직무흥미, 사회안정, 조직응집, 근무환경, 경제적 보상 등에 대한 대책이 필요하며, 경제적 보상요인 중 승진 및 징계 등에 관한 공정한 인사정책의 시행이 필요할 것이다.

Salinosporamides A and B Inhibit Proteasome Activity and Delay the Degradation of N-end Rule Model Substrates

The proteasome, which is highly evolutionarily conserved, is responsible for the degradation of most shortlived proteins in cells. Small-molecule inhibitors targeting the proteasome's degradative activity have been extensively developed as lead compounds for various human diseases. An exemplified molecule is bortezomib, which was approved by FDA in 2003 for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Here, using transiently and stably expressed N-end rule model substrates in mammalian cells, we evaluated and identified that salinosporamide A and salinosporamide B effectively inhibited the proteasomal degradation. Considering that a variety of proteasome substrates are implicated in the pathogenesis of many diseases, they have the potential to be clinically applicable as therapeutic agents.

4차 산업혁명에 따른 민간경비 품질 개선 방향

4차 산업혁명은 민간경비 분야에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 이러한 영향력은 시간이 갈수록 더욱 증대될 전망이다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명이 민간경비 분야에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 향후 나아갈 방향에 대해 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명의 다양한 기술들 중에서 현재까지 민간경비에 적용되고 있는 핵심 내용들을 살펴보고 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차 산업혁명의 여파는 민간경비 분야에서도 피해갈 수 없다는 것이 자명하다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명의 여러 기술들을 응용하기 위해서는 다양한 분야에서의 시도가 필요하다. 셋째, 민간경비 분야에 4차 산업혁명의 기술들을 응용하기 위해서는 국가 경비시스템과의 적절한 조화가 필요하다. 넷째, 민간경비의 교육분야에 있어서도 4차 산업혁명의 다양한 기술들을 응용하고 적용할 필요성이 있다. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is also affecting the private security sector. It is also expected that this influence will increase over time. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the field of private security and to look into the future direction. Therefore, from the various technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the key contents that have been applied to private security until now are examined and the following conclusions are drawn. The conclusions drawn through this are as follows. First, it is clear that the aftermath of the Fourth Industrial Revolution cannot be avoided in the private security field. Second, in order to apply various technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, it is necessary to try in various fields. Third, in order to apply the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the field of private security, proper harmony with the national security system is necessary. Fourth, there is a need to apply and apply various technologies in the fourth industrial revolution in the field of private security education.
