        법고창신의 생태미학 - 연암 박지원을 중심으로 -

        연암은 기존의 법고창신(法古創新)에 대한 재해석을 시도한다. 연암에게 있어서 법고는 근본정신을 본받아야 한다는 것이며 창신은 변화하는 현실 상황에 적합한 표현이 중요하다는 것이다. 근본정신은 상도(常道)에 해당하며 창신은 상도가 현실의 변화에 따라 적합하게 구현된 것이라 할 수 있다. 이 과정에서 현실의 활발발한 기운이 창작에 반영되어야 하며 그 취사선택에 있어서 기존의 선입견과 편견이 제거되어야 한다. 선입견과 편견은 사의(私意)에 해당하는 것이며 주체(主體)는 이를 벗어나 공의(公義)를 지향하게 된다. 공의는 연대의식을 형성한다. 이는 상생(相生)의 태도와 관련된다. 법고창신은 이러한 생태의식을 반영한 창작방법론이다. 또한 외적으로 드러나는 미적 표현은 인간과 외적인 생태계가 화합할 수 있는 미적 감수성과 밀접하게 연결된다. 즉 연암에게 있어서 미적 감수성은 도덕적 감수성이며 생명 미학임과 동시에 생태미학이다. 나아가 생태미학의 실천적 함의는 인간과 인간 사이의 화해, 인간과 자연의 공생에 이르는 실천미학이라 할 수 있다. Create the new while do not contradict the spirit of the classics(法古創新) is a significant literary creative theory by Yeonam. Beopgo(法古) aims to follow the principle foundation and Changshin(創新) puts its importance on proper expressions according to reality situations with ever changing circumstances. The principal foundation is the ordinary way, and Changshin is a form vitality of an implemented ordinary way by the changing realities. In the process of this, the vitality in reality should be reflected in the writing creation, and prejudice and stereotypes against the previous world should be removed. Prejudice and stereotypes belong to a personal opinion, but A human being pursues a righteousness which is beyond personal opinions. This righteousness makes a solid bond which is deeply related to an attitude of harmonious inter-living. Beopgo Changshin is a creative methodology which reflects such kinds of ecological consciousness. In addition to this, aesthetic expression are closely connected to an esthetics sensitivity(生態感受性) which is harmonized with a human being a. Furthermore, the implications of eco esthetics can be understood in the same context of a practical esthetics, which embraces a reconciliation between human beings and a mutual symbiosis between humans and nature. In other words, an aesthetic sensitivity is a moral sensitivity(道德感受性), a life esthetics (生命美學) and an eco-esthetics(生態美學) at the same time to Yeonam.

        SCM415강을 이용한 경도가공 특성

        In this study, the cutting conditions of moving speed, number of main axial revolutions, etc. are changed for the chrome molybdenum steel (SCM415) material and carbide ball end mill tool to study the changes for processing intensity in the cutting process. The results that confirm the intensity of the measured value of the specimen for SCM415 display the intensity with an average 1.0667 HrC. After the fact cutter, it was able to confirm the average intensity of 8.3815 HrC. In addition, the intensity value after image processing may determine the average intensity survey value of 5.8690 HrC and the different intensity values with image processing after face cutting are shown for an average of ±2.5125 HrC. The different value of intensity with the specimen and image processing is confirmed for an average of 4.8024 HrC. The results of comparing the intensity following the number of main axial revolutions and moving speed show that the intensity is highest for 3,000 rpm and F200, and lowest for 4,000 rpm and F200.

        This study aims to provide ways to achieve structural improvements of the internal flow path of the discharge plenum of a swash plate piston pump valve block vulnerable to cracks. This paper corresponds to Part II, which consists of a structural interpretation of the internal flow path of the discharge plenum of the valve block. The simple model result reviewed in Part I was incorporated into the valve block model and five different design changes were reviewed as part of the study on the structural improvement of the internal flow path of the valve block.

        함초발효액으로부터 항산화 활성 물질의 분리 및 동정

        함초발효액의 기능성 해명과 유용 기능성 성분 탐색연구의 일환으로 함초발효액으로부터 항산화 활성물질을 분리하여 구조해석 하였다. 함초발효액을 용매분획 하여 얻어진 용매분획물들 중 CHCl₃층이 높은 항산화 활성을 나타냈다. 그래서 CHCl₃층을 Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography의 분자체 효과 및 흡착능의 특성을 각각 이용하여 정제함으로써 2종의 항산화 활성물질을 분리하였다. 단리한 이들 화합물을 대상으로 MS 및 NMR 분석을 통하여 cirsiumaldehyde(1)와 chrysoeriol(2)로 각각 동정하였다. 이화합물들은 ABTS<SUP>+</SUP> 및 DPPH radical-scavenging 활성을 나타냈으며, 화합물 2는 화합물 1에 비해 더 높은 활성을 나타냈다. The chloroform layer of fermented glasswort (Salicornia herbacea) juice was found to have higher radical-scavenging activity than the other layers by the assays using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS<SUP>+</SUP>) radicals. Two antioxidative compounds were isolated and purified from the chloroform layer by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography using the guided assay of DPPH radical scavenging. Based on mass spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance, the isolated compounds were identified as cirsiumaldehyde (1) and chrysoeriol (2). This is the first study to report the presence of those compounds in fermented glasswort juice. Compound 2 showed higher radical-scavenging activity than 1.

        사판식 피스톤 펌프의 구조적 거동 해석에 관한 연구

        The swash-type piston pump is a device that discharges as much volume of hydraulic oil generated as it moves the ramp by controlling the angle of the swash. This pump is suitable for high-speed high pressurization, and due to its useful characteristic being the variable capacity-type, it is used as a main pump for heavy equipment in various fields such as defense, shipbuilding, construction, etc. This study intends to obtain optimal design values by conducting a structural analysis in order to verify its reliability during the design process of the newly developed swash-type piston pump.

        전신성 홍반성 루푸스 환자에서 대퇴골두 혈류양 변화에 관한 연구

        목적 : 전신성홍반성 루푸스(이하 루푸스)에서 무혈성골두괴사가 흔히 발생하고 특히 스테로이드를 사용 후 발생율이 더욱 증가하지만 예측 검사법이 없다. 이에 저자들은 스테로이드를 1개월 이상 사용한 루푸스 환자들에서 무혈성 골두괴사와 밀접한 관계가 있는 대퇴골두 동맥의 혈류속도와 혈류량을 측정하여 혈류량 변화를 확인하고자 한다. 방법 : 1997년 개정된 루푸스 ACR 진단 기준에 합당한 환자 가운데서 1개월 이상 스테로이드를 사용하였고, plain X-ray와 증상에서 무혈성 골두괴사가 발생하지 않은 22명의 환자에서 44개 대퇴골두부(우측 22개, 좌측 22개)에 대퇴골두 공급 동맥인 medial circumflex artery (MCA)와 lateral circumflex artery (LCA)의 peak systolic velocity (PSV)와 pulsatility index (PI)를 중립위 상태(neutral position)와 내회전 상태(internal rotation)에서 측정하였다. 정상 대조군 15명에서 동일한 검사를 30예(우측 15, 좌측 15)의 대퇴 골두에서 실시하다. 결과 : 루푸스 환자에서 건강 대조군에 비해 자연위에서 MCA와 LCA의 PSV (70.6±40.4 vs 46.9±19.3, p<0.001)와 PI (8.9±6.3 vs 5.5±3.4, p<0.001) 뿐만 아니라 내전위에서 PSV (74.8±42.3 vs 49.9±19.9, p=0.000)와 PI (8.1±7.1 vs 3.9±2.5, p<0.001)가 현저히 상승되어 있었다. 결론 : 스테로이드를 사용한 루푸스 환자에서 대퇴골두 동맥혈관에서 현저한 동맥혈속의 상승(PSV)과 혈류량지표(PI)의 상승은 대퇴골내의 혈류량 변화와 관계가 있고 이것이 루푸스에서 무혈성 골두괴사의 위험인자로 작용할 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 대퇴골두 동맥의 도플러 측정은 골내압 변화의 예측검사법으로 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Background : One of the groups with highest risk for avascular necrosis is patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Corticosteroid therapy is also the most important risk factor. No predictive test, however, was known to detect avascular necrosis. The purpose of this study is to evaluate hemodynamic flow to the proximal femur in patients with SLE with long term corticosteroid therapy. Methods : Twenty-two patients with SLE without avascular necrosis and with long-term corticosteroid treatment (mean months; 41 (1-156)) versus 15 healthy controls were evaluated. Medial and lateral circumflex arteries of 44 hips in 22 SLE patients and 30 hips in healthy controls were examined using ultrasoud equipment with color Doppler and power Doppler capability. Arterial pulstality index (PI) and peak systolic velocity (PSV) were determined with neutral and internal rotation position (stimulated ischemia). Results : PSV was significantly increased in patients with SLE than healthy controls (70.6±40.4 vs 46.9±19.3; p<0.001) with neutral position as well as (74.8±42.3 vs 49.9±19.9; p<0.001) with internal rotation. PI was also higher in SLE patients than healthy controls (8.9±6.3 vs 5.5±3.4; p<0.001) with neutral position as well as (8.1±7.1 vs 3.9±2.5; p<0.001) with internal rotation. PI strongly correlated with PSV (r=0.99, p<0.001). But PSV or PI did not correlate with duration of corticosteroid use. Conclusion : Peak systolic velocity and pulstality index of arteries to the femur head in patients with SLE with long-term corticosteroid treatment were significantly higher than healthy controls. These hemodynamic changes may contribute to develop avascular necrosis of the hip in patients with SLE.(Korean J Med 69:183-189, 2005)

        True primary mediastinal ectopic goiters are quite rare, and they occur in less than 1% of all goiters. We report here on a case in which a primary mediastinal ectopic goiter was accompanied with papillary microcarcinoma of the cervical thyroid. The mediastinal ectopic goiter was not connected to the cervical thyroid and its blood was supplied from intrathoracic vessels, which necessitated a thoracotomy or sternotomy for removal rather than a standard cervical collar incision. We performed total thyroidectomy for the papillary microcarcinoma of the cervical thyroid gland and transsternal removal for the mediastinal goiter; this resulted in a favorable outcome.         흰쥐 재생간에서의 Aryl Sulfotransferase의 활성도

        This study was made to know the changes of aryl sulfotransferase activity in regenerating rat liver. Cytosolic, mitochondrial and microsomal aryl sulfotransferase isozymes I,II and III, IV activities were determined in regenerating liver tissue following 70% (median and left lateral lobes) partial hepatectomy in rats for a period of ten days. The activities of these enzymes in serum were measured, the values of the Km and Vmax in these hepatic enzymes were also measured. The activities of cytosolic, Mitochondrial, and microsomal aryl sulfotransferase I,II in regenerating rat liver tissue showed a significant increase between the second and the third day, the first and the third day, and the twelfth hour and the third day, respectively, following partial hepatectomy. The activities of aryl sulfotransferase isozymes I,II and III,IV in rat serum showed a significant increase between the twelfth hour and the first day following partial hepatectomy. The values of Vmax of cytosolic, mitochndrial and icrosomal aryl sulfotransferase isozyme I,II and III,IV in the regenerating liver showed significant increases at the second day following partial hepatectomy However, the values of Km of the these hepatic enzymes did not change. In View of the above results, aryl sulfotransferase isozymes in regenerating rat liver suggest that these are the enzymes increasing their bisoyntheses in the regenerating stage.
