We can feel the fear through the reports of outbreaking centers of terror. Also, we noticed through "the 9.11 terror" that there exists no safety zone from terrorism. However, we should question ourselves whether we are relaxing attention or ceasing anxiety too much in the perimeter, as in the peninsula of Korea. Through "the 9.11 terror", the vulnerability of the United State's homeland security has been exposed, giving a serious damage to the national pride. President Bush started the war against terror to strengthen global joints of anti-terrorism, identify terrorists and contribute to the global peace, adopting offensive realism including preemptive attack concept which means to remove the threat preemptively. In today's reality of international politics, where the inhuman, indiscriminate, and anti-civilizational international terror became greater, extending to the stage of war, the international societies' agony and focus lies on how to banish it. The 9.11 terrorism, which is a new form of terrorism, is being distinguished from conventional terrorism into new terrorism. New terrorism is a new form of terrorism meaning that you do not know the enemy, the goal does not exist and they conscientiously use the weapons of mass destruction. This paper is a work meant to help understanding new terrorism, the new form, by a comparative analysis with the conventional terrorism. Therefore the origin, concept and general characteristics new terrorism is picked out and the representative forms of it, which are suicide bombing, cyber, biochemical and nuclear terrorism, are analyzed in detail in theoretical manner.

4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 영향으로 개발자 수요가 급증하며, 노코드 및 로우코드 플랫폼과 자연어처리 기반 인공지능이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 프로그래밍 접근성 향상을 위한 노코드 플랫폼을 탐구하며, 사용자가 UI를 통해 직관적으로 프로젝트를 구축할 수 있는 설계 방식을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 웹 크롤링과 자연어 처리 모델 학습에 기반한 아키텍처와 방향성을 제시한다. 사용자는 화면을 구성하고 프레임워크 선택 후 프로젝트를 간단하게 구축할 수 있다. 이 연구는 전문 지식 없이도 소프트웨어 개발에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하며, 접근성과 포용성 강화에 기여한다.

웹의 짧은 역사에 비하여 웹 관련 기술이 급속히 발전하고 있다. 이것에 비하면 웹 어플리케이션의 품질 개선 속도는 이에 따르지 못하고 있다. 따라서 웹 시스템 개발에 대한 효율적인 개발 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹 시스템을 개발하는데 필요한 항목들을 기술하였다. ISO/IEC 12207표준에 근거하여, 웹을 기반으로 하는 소프트웨어 개발 모형을 분석 및 설계 단계를 중심으로 제시하였다. 컨텐츠를 웹 어플리케이션에 반영하기 위하여 프로세스와 엔터티 정의방법을 기술하였다. 본 모형을 사용한 KCC 정보 통신㈜ Web-RoadMap 방법론을 공공 프로젝트에 적용하였다. 적용결과 효율적인 웹 어플리케이션의 분석 및 설계의 한 모형임을 입증하였다. Even the short history of the Web system, the technology related to the Web system has been developed rapidly. Yet, the quality of the Web-based application software has not been improved that much. For this reason, the efficient method to develop the Web-based application software is needed. This paper describes the items necessary to develop the Web-based application software. On the basis of ISO/IEC 12207-Software Life Cycle Processes this paper mainly suggests the analysis and design stage of the Web-based model for developing software. Also, this paper describes the methods to define the process and the entity for applying contents to Web-based application software. With the web-based model suggested in this paper the Web-RoadMap Methodology of KCC Information & Communication, a system provider in Korea, has been applied to the public-domain projects. Through the application, Web-RoadMap Methodology has been proved to be an applicable model for analyzing and designing the systems based on the web environments.
