국내에서 운영중인 2차로 회전교차로는 합·분류 등에서 발생하는 상충, 진출·입차량과 회전차량간의 상충 등의 문제점이 있다. 해외에서는 2차로 회전교차로의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 주행경로를 도류화시켜 안전성과 효율성을 향상 시켜주는 나선형 회전교차로를 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 나선형 회전교차로의 국내에 맞는 적정교통량 수준을 분석하기 위해 VISSIM을 이용하여 교통량수준, 방향별 회전교통량을 일정한 수준으로 증가시켰다. 나선형 회전교차로는 방향별 회전교통량에 의해 차이가 있지만 적정교통량은 2,400-2,800대/시인 것으로 분석되었다. 나선형 회전교차로는 좌회전·직진교통량에 의해 지체가 증가하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 좌회전 통행비율이 30% 이상인 경우 나선형 회전교차로보다 2차로 회전교차로와 신호교차로의 운영이 더 효율적인 것으로 분석되었다. It is generally known that a two-lane roundabout has some problems in safety such as increasing conflicts, typically merging and diverging conflicts and conflicts between entering traffic and exiting as well as turning traffic. To solve these problems, a turbo-roundabout had been developed and has successfully brought safer and more efficient operation in other countries. In this study, micro simulations using VISSIM were conducted to investigate the maximum value of service traffic volume. It was found that operation of turbo-roundabouts was influenced by traffic volume for each turning traffic, and the maximum values of traffic volume were values between 2,400 and 2,800 vehicles per hour as rates of traffic volume for each turning traffic. Typically, turbo-roundabouts have limited to operate in conditions with more than 30% for left-turning traffic volume.

In this study, PV/T system of a beam splitter type using an oil emulsion filter was developed. Certain wavelengths of solar radiation are converted into electrical energy in a solar panel, and the remaining wavelengths increase the temperature of the solar panel, reducing power generation efficiency. To solve this problem, we want to improve the performance of the solar panel by using an oil emulsion composed of oil that absorbs ultraviolet rays and water that absorbs infrared rays. For this, the particle size distribution and transmittance of the oil emulsion were analyzed. It was confirmed that the smaller the average particle size and the standard deviation, the higher transmittance. Using a water filter and an oil emulsion filter with silicone oil, the maximum power generation amount of the solar panel and the final temperature of the filter were compared. In the case of power generation, the maximum power generation of the oil emulsion filter was higher than that of the water filter by 2.9 W based on 40oC, and thermal energy was also higher than that of the water filter by 14%.

Colonoscopy is used increasingly because the indication for therapeutic colonoscopy has been increased and the technique has been developed continuously as well as colonosopy is useful for diagnosis of colonic disease. Therefore, It is important understanding precisely about the complication of colonoscopy and managing the complication immediately and properly. In particular, colon perforation is the most fatal, emergency case and have needed surgical treatment, generally. Recently, the case treated with endoscopic clipping and conservative management has been reported. but until now, when perforated, wheather the endoscopic clipping or the surgical management at each other case is beneficial is not confirmed.
비정질 및 다결정 실리콘 TFT-LCD에서의 플리커(flicker) 현상 비교 분석 연구

In this paper, we present results of the comparative analysis of the flicker phenomena in the poly-Si TFT-LCD and a-Si:H TFT-LCD arrays for the development and manufacturing of wide-area and high-quality TFT-LCD displays. We used four different types of TFTs; a-Si:H TFT, excimer laser annealed (ELA) poly-Si TFT, silicide mediated crystallization (SMC) poly-Si TFT, and counter-doped lateral body terminal (LBT), poly-Si TFT. We defined the electrical quantity of the flicker so that we could compare the flickers quantitatively for four different 40" UXGA TFT-LCDs. We identify three factors contributing to the flicker, such as charging time, kickback voltage and leakage current, and analyze how much each of three factors give rise to the flincker in the different TFT-LCD arrays. In addition, we suggest and show that, in the case of the poly-Si TFT-LCD arrays, the low-level (minimum) gate voltages should be carefully chosen to minimize the flicker because of their larger leakage currents compared with a-Si TFT-LCD arrays.
