For an early diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases, a highly sensitive and reliable detection of a pathogenic microorganism is critical. Conventional immunodiagnostics have a limitation such as a relatively low detection sensitivity to the pathogen. Magnetic particles have been adopted to magnetic antibodies (MAbs) of the pathogen for immunomagnetic diagnostics, in which the MAbs can be detected using a magnetic detector. In this study, carboxymethyl dextran-coated iron oxide nanoparticles (CMD-IONPs) were synthesized using a co-precipitation method through one-pot synthesis. Two types of nanomagnetic antibodies (NMAbs) were prepared via coupling the IONP with the Ab of Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli or Salmonela typhimurium. A gel electrophoresis analysis of the NMAbs revealed a successful conjugation of the Abs with the CMD-IONPs. To the IONPs, Ab conjugation efficiencies of EHEC and ST were 99.98% and 92.29%, respectively. The NMAbs based on CMD-IONPs can be a feasible approach to a quantitative and rapid immunomagentic diagnosis of pathogenic microbes.

Chito-oligosaccharides were prepared by depolymerizing the fully deacetylated chitosan with sodium nitrite. Two different chito-oligosaccharide, I (DPn=6) and II (DPn=10), were applied to cotton fabric with butanetetracarboxylic acid as a cross-linker by the pad-dry-cure process. The antimicrobial activity and durability to washing of the treated cotton fabrics were investigated.

서로 다른 개발 과정에 있거나, 이미 개발된 게임 공간에 새로운 시나라요의 스케치를 포함시키는 경우 시간(temporal)과 공간(spatial)의 개념적인 동기화가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 게임 시나리오 스케치의 표현 공간에 대한 범주를 나누며, 게임 장면 순서의 시간 관계성과 동적 장면의 공간 개념과의 동기화에 관한 표현법률 확장하는 표현 모델에 대한 논의를 한다.

Most of the previous game development has proceeded in the approaches of the temporal-oriented synchronization because of producing game objects by using general authoring tools, and ad hoc or trial and error methods has been devised for representation of spatial concept.This paper is a study on the unification notation for spatio-temporal synchronization to conquest this fault. First of all, we classify game space as temporal objects, spatial object,absolute/relative spatio-temporal space. The spatio-temporal relationships are divided into temporal extent, temporal location, spatial extent, and spatial location.In the paper the temporal and spatial relationships of game scene are defined to represent the synchronization, and we propose new unification notation by temporal and spatial concept to represent two concepts putting emphasis on space.Their relationships are presented on 3D by creating time axis related with time in scene unit of the two dimensional plane in the pivot on space. The usability of this representation method are shown by applying examples of game scenario.
