Lansoprazole 근간 3제요법과 병합 투여된 Ecabet Sodium이 Helicobacter pylori 제균율에 미치는 효과

Background/Aims: Ecabet sodium is used for treating gastric ulcers and gastritis. It exhibits a bactericidal effect against Helicobacter pylori by inhibiting bacterial urease activity. Thus, ecabet sodium has been suggested to improve the efficacy of the H. pylori eradication in patients with peptic ulcers. The aim of this study was to compare the H. pylori eradication rate of lansoprazole-based triple therapy versus lansoprazole-based triple therapy plus ecabet sodium. Methods: The subjects consisted of 363 H. pylori-positive patients who had undergone eradication therapy from February 2007 to February 2010. In total, 363 patients with H. pylori-positive peptic ulcer disease or symptomatic erosive gastritis received LAC (lansprazole 30mg b.i.d., amoxicillin 1.0g b.i.d., clarithromycin 500mg b.i.d.) or LACE (lansoprazole 30mg b.i.d., amoxicillin 1.0g b.i.d., clarithromycin 500mg b.i.d., ecabet sodium 1g b.i.d.) for 1 week. Successful eradication was defined as a negative 13Curea breath test 4-5 weeks after treatment completion. Results: H. pylori eradication rates were 81.4% (166/204) in the LAC group and 86.2% (137/159) in the LACE group (p=0.159). No significant difference in eradication was observed. No significant difference was observed in the side effects experienced by the patients in the two treatment groups. Conclusions: Our results suggest that adding ecabet sodium did not improve the H. pylori eradication rate significantly in standard lansoprazole-based triple therapy for H. pylori.

어머니의 기질 및 양육효능감이 유아의 정서조절능력에 미치는 영향

목적 본 연구는 일반적 특성에 따른 어머니의 기질 및 양육효능감, 유아의 정서조절능력의 차이를 알아보고, 어머니의 기질 및 양육효능감이 유아의 정서조절능력에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 부모교육 및 유아의 정서조절 증진을 위한 프로그램의 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 연구대상은 경기도 소재 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 3, 4, 5세 유아의 어머니 236명으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, t 검증, 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), Scheffe 사후 검정, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 어머니의 기질은 직업 유무에서 부분적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 유아의 정서조절능력은 어머니의 연령, 유아의 성별 및 연령에서 부분적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 반면 어머니의 양육효능감은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 어머니의 기질 중 정서성은 유아의 정서조절능력과 유의미한 부적 상관을, 어머니의 사회성은 유아의 정서조절능력과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 어머니의 양육효능감과 유아의 정서조절능력 간에는 전체적으로 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 어머니의 정서성 기질은 양육효능감과 유의미한 부적 상관이 있었고, 사회성 기질은 양육효능감과 정적 상관이 있었으나, 활동성 기질은 양육효능감과 유의미한 상관관계는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 어머니의 기질 중에는 정서성이 유아의 정서조절능력에 유의미한 부적 영향을, 어머니의 양육효능감 요인 중에서는 의사소통능력과 훈육능력이 유아의 정서조절능력에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤고 유아의 정서조절능력에 미치는 요인들의 상대적 영향력은 훈육능력, 의사소통능력, 정서성 기질 순으로 나타났다. 결론 어머니의 기질 중 정서성은 유아의 정서조절능력에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 양육효능감 요인 중에서는 의사소통능력과 훈육능력이 유아의 정서조절능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 주요 요인이라는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 유아의 정서조절능력에 영향을 미치는 상대적 영향력은 훈육능력, 의사소통능력, 정서성 기질 순으로 나타난 것을 확인하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of maternal temperament and maternal parenting efficacy on children’s ability to regulate emotions. Methods Participants of this study were children aged between 3 and 5 from 7 pre-schools located in Gyeonggi province and 236 mothers. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 program, t disposition, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson, multiple regression analysis. Results First, the outcome on the effects of individual personality of mothers and children on maternal temperament, maternal parenting efficacy and children’s emotional self-regulation showed a significant correlation between maternal temperament and their employment status in some instances. Second, in relation to correlation between maternal temperament and children’s emotional self-regulation, the study found significant negative correlation between children’s emotional self-regulation with mother’s temperament such as emotionality and significant positive correlation with mother’s sociability. The study also showed an overall significant positive correlation of maternal parenting efficacy and children’s emotional self-regulation. Third, the assessment of the effects of mother’s temperament and maternal parenting efficacy on children’s emotional self-regulation showed a significant negative impact of mother’s temperament such as emotionality, significant positive impact of mother’s activity temperament and significant positive impact of mother’s ability to communicate and discipline, which are part of parenting efficacy on children’s emotional self-regulation. Conclusions The study has found negative impact of mother’s temperament such as emotionality, positive impact of maternal parenting efficacy such as ability to communicate and discipline on children’s emotional selfregulation. Drivers of emotional self-regulations in children are mother’s disciplinary capacity, ability to communicate and activity temperament listed in terms of significance.

골퍼들의 경력 및 핸디가 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향

This article investigates that how golfer's career and handy influence brand loyalty in the increase an enterprise of golf products & saturation market. Data collection was made by utilizing random sampling of field(10), practice club(21). from field club & practice club, which were located in Daegu area, Korea. A total of 300 questionnaires were completed. 66 surveys were excepted and 234 were usable. The result of This article were as follows: First, golfer's career and handy showed negative effects to brand loyalty. Second, the perceived quality moderated between golfer's career & handy and brand loyalty. The perceived quality was consist of price, design, technical ability, material and popular item. Third, the price showed moderating effect negatively on relation between golfer's career and brand loyalty, but in the case of golfer's handy, price showed moderating effect. Fourth, the technical ability was strengthen moderating about relation of golfer's career to brand loyalty. In conclusion, companies for golf-products have to anticipate customer's needs. They have to make differentiated marketing, segment, targeting strategy according to career of golfer and degree of handy. These are important factors to let people perceived quality and differentiate about their products. Because people decide to buy products according to their perceived quality. It will be give the opportunity that establish the strategy of discrimination marketing, segment targeting.

육아휴직 후 복직한 직장어린이집 보육교사의 교사발달에 관한 연구

본 연구는 육아휴직 후 복직한 직장어린이집 보육교사들이 교사발달과정에서 어떠한 경험을 통해 성장해 나가는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 5년 이상의 보육경력과 최소 6개월의 육아휴직을 경험하고 복직한 D광역시에 근무하고 6인의 교사를 대상으로 9주간 심층 개별 면담, 전화면담으로 6회씩 총 12회 면담하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과에 따르면, 복직 후 일과 가정의 양립의 과정에서 마주하게 되는 혼란과 어려움, 엄마와 교사로서의 갈등관계, 직장에서는 달라진 직책과 업무에 대한 적응의 어려움을 경험하였다. 점차 엄마와 교사로서 균형을 유지하면서서 출산과 육아휴직 경험이주는 긍정적 의미를 발견하고 교직에 대한 소중함과 만족감, 나아가 교사로서의 발달적 변화에 긍정적 영향을 주는 의미를 발견할 수 있게 되었다. 이는 복직과정에서 어려움을 경험하는 교사들을 이해하는데 실직적인 도움을 줄 것이며, 현장에서의 복직교사를 지원하는 현실적인 대안을 마련하는데 기초자료로서의 의의를 가질 것이다. In this study, we wanted to find out what kind of experiences daycare teachers who returned to work after parental leave grow through in the process of teacher development. To this end, the collected data were analyzed by interviewing six in-depth individual interviews and six telephone interviews for six teachers who worked in D Metropolitan City after more than five years of childcare experience and at least six months of parental leave. Gradually, while maintaining balance as a mother and a teacher, we were able to discover the positive meaning given by the experience of childbirth and parental leave, and to discover the importance and satisfaction of teaching, and to further influence the developmental change as a teacher. This will help teachers who experience difficulties in the reinstatement process, and it will be meaningful as a basis for establishing a system to support these reinstatement teachers.

여성 CEO의 리더십이 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십을 중심으로

21세기에 들어 생산성 향상에 크게 기여하는 여성성이 부각되면서 기업 내 여성인력이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 기업혁신의 주도자이면서 기업 경쟁력의 원천으로 여성을 새롭게 인식함으로써, 여성 CEO의 리더십과 조직 구성원 특성인 조직몰입과 조직시민행동과의 관련성을 파악할 필요성이 강조되었다. 본 연구는 2017년 3월 16일부터 3월 31일까지 서울, 경기에 위치하고 있는 중소기업 중, 여성이 CEO인 기업의 종사자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 20.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형과 sobel-test를 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 여성 CEO 리더십은 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십으로 구분하였고, 조직몰입과 조직시민행동은 단일차원으로 구성되었다. 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 변혁적 리더십은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 서번트 리더십은 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 변혁적 리더십, 서번트 리더십과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 조직몰입은 매개효과가 있음을 입증하였다. As femininity contributes to enhanced productivity in the 21st century, female human resources have increased in enterprises. The necessity to grasp the relationship between the female CEO leadership, organizational commitment, and the organizational citizenship behavior, which are characteristics of members of the organization, has been emphasized. For this research, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of small and medium-sized enterprises which have a female CEO in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do regions from March 16, 2017, to March 31, 2017. For data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 20.0, and hypotheses were verified through the structural equation model and Sobel test using AMOS 20.0. The types of female CEO leadership were classified into transformational leadership and servant leadership, and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior were each composed of a single dimension. It was found that transformational leadership and servant leadership had positive (+) significant effects on organizational commitment, and transformational leadership had positive (+) significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. However, servant leadership had no significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. It was found that organizational commitment had positive (+) significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, it was found that organizational commitment had a mediating effect on the relationships between transformational leadership, servant leadership, and organizational citizenship behavior.

생활체육 참가와 사회적 자본의 관계

The main purpose of this study was voluntary and community participation in the form of organized sport for sport club activities as a means by which social capital appears to gareul identify patients. In particular, the local people to participate in sport for their group, but the new culture of the community may be formed. These cultures were typed social capital that can be configured in the community. Thus, life in the community through sports club activities refer to social capital to identify what features are meant to be considered to do so. Therefore, in this study, as of 2013, the total member of 294 who have been participating as members for sport clubs in Gangwon do. On the basis of the analysis for this result of the study, the following results can be obtained. First, With regard to demographic variables gender, age, household income, level of education, occupation and social capital in a statistically significant impact. Second, Participate in sport participation in relation to life events and social capital stocks are statistically significant impact. Third, Sports for participation in relation to the duration and frequency of social relationship to the width of a statistically significant impact. Social capital, but the time is statistically significant in all sub-variables is not affected.

Synthesis and Biological Activities of Myomodulin E and its Analogs

군소인 Aplysia kurodai의 중추신경절로부터 발견된 myomodulin A (MMA, PMSMLRLamide)와 myomodulin E (MME, GLQMLRLamide)는 Mytilus edulis의 anterior byssus retractor muscle (ABRM)을 활성측정시스템으로 사용하여 정제되었다. . 정제된 MMA와 MME는 연체동물에서 발견된 myomodulin 계열의 펩타이드와 동일한 일차구조를 지닌다. MME의 구조와 활성간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 MME, 유도체 및 다른 신경성 펩타이드들을 합성하였다. MME의 유도체인 Des[Gly¹]-MME, Des[Gly¹,Leu²]-MME 및 Des[Gly¹, Leu²,Gln³]-MME의 일차구조는 각각 LQMLRLamide, QMLRLamide 및 MLRLamide이다. 합성 물질들을 사용하여 ABRM에 대한 phasic -contraction을 측정하였다. MME는 1×10<SUP>-9</SUP> M 또는 더 높은 농도에서 ABRM의 phasic contraction을 저해하였다. 또한 MME는 1×10<SUP>-8</SUP> M에서 catch-tension에 대해 이완활성을 나타내었다. 합성 펩타이드들을 사용하여 Africa giant snail, Achatina fulica의 소낭과 penial retractor muscle에 대해서도 활성을 측정하였다. MME와 유도체들은 소낭에 대해서는 수축반응을 보였지만, penial retractor muscle에 대해서는 이완 활성을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과들은 MME와 그 유도체들은 연체동물의 다양한 조직에 대해 조절 효과를 가지고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구는 생체 내에서 발생하는 신경 및 circuit의 변화를 조절하는 작용 연구에 대한 기본적인 자료가 될 것이다. Previous work has characterized myomodulin A (MMA, PMSMLRLamide) and myomodulin E (MME, GLQMLRLamide) purified from the central nervous systems of the sea hare, Aplysia Kurodai, using the anterior byssus retractor muscle (ABRM) of the mussel, Mytilus edulis. The amino acid sequences of MMA and MME were the same as those of the myomodulin family peptide found in other mollusks. In this study, we synthesized MME, its derivatives, and other neuropeptides to investigate the relationship between the structure and biological activity of MME. The primary structures of MME’s derivatives, Des[Gly¹]-MME, Des[Gly¹,Leu²]-MME, and Des[Gly¹,Leu²,Gln³]-MME, were LQMLRLamide, QMLRLamide, and MLRLamide, respectively. MMA and synthetic peptides were tested on ABRM in M. edulis as well as muscle preparations in Achatina fulica. MME displayed an inhibitory effect on phasic contraction of the ABRM at 1×10<SUP>-9</SUP> M or higher. MME also had a relaxing effect on the catch-tension of AMRM at 1×10<SUP>-8</SUP> M. Both MMA and its analogs stimulated a contractile response on the crop and relaxed the catch-relaxing response on the penial retractor muscle of A. fulica. These results suggest that MME and its analogs have modulatory effects on various muscles of mollusks. This study has also laid the groundwork for future neural and circuit modulation studies during animal behavioral changes.

군소의 중추신경계로부터 myomodulin A (MMA)과 myomodlin E (MME)의 정제에 대해 보고하고자 한다. 500마리 군소의 중추신경계를 산조건으로 추출한 후 4종류의 HPLC column system에 적용하여 두가지 신경성 펩타이드를 정제하였다. HPLC 분리과정에서 얻어진 모든 분획의 활성을 조사하기 위하여 bioassay system으로 진주담치 (Mytilis edulis)의 ABRM을 이용하였다. 최종 정제된 신경성 펩타이드는 Edman 분해법을 이용한 아미노산 서열 분석기, 질량분석기와 화학합성을 통해 완전한 일차구조를 밝힐 수 있었다. 정제한 MMA와 MME의 일차구조는 각각 Pro-Met-Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, (847.41 Da) 과 Gly-Leu-Gln-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, (830.50Da) 이었다. 또한 이들 합성 펩타이드는 진주담치의 ABRM에 대해 phasic contration의 조절활성을 나타내었다. This paper reports the purification of myomodulin A (MMA) and myomodulin E (MME) from the sea hare. The pure peptides were submitted to Edman degradation based automated microsequencing. Mass spectrometry and chemical synthesis confirmed the sequence. The primary structures of MMA and MME were Pro-Met-Ser-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, (847.41 Da) and Cly-Leu-Gln-Met-Leu-Arg-Leu-$NH_2$, (830.50 Da), respectively. Synthetic peptides showed a modulating activity of phasic contraction in the ABRM of Mrtilus edulis.

오스웨스트리 장애지수를 이용한 홍화약침(CF)의 효과

Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of CF herbal acupuncture for low back pain by Oswestry Disability Index Methods: Ten patients with back pain were selected and CF herbal acupuncture was administered one time per 5 days after admission. The degree of improvement was evaluated by Oswestry Disability Index and visual analogue scale(VAS). Oswestry Disability Index consisted of eleven items and they were scored as 5 or 6 points per one item. Results: All of the 10 patients, after CF herbal acupuncture, showed decreased score by Oswestry Disability Index and VAS. It means that the patient's satisfaction increased after treatment. Conclusion: These results suggest that the CF herbal acupuncture was effective for low back pain
