코로나-19로 인한 호텔종사원의 직무스트레스가 정신건강, 직무만족 및 조직시민행동, 조직동일시에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서울·경기권에 위치한 호텔을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to investigate the job stress that occurs in the situation of COVID-19 and to identify the factors that affect the mental health, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational identification of the hotel employees. This study was conducted on hotel employees working at hotels located in Seoul and Geonggido from October 23 to November 1, 2020. The survey was conducted online, and a total of 322 responses were collected, and 298(92.5%) responses were used for the final analysis after 24 outliers were removed. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 were used for statistical analysis. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis to verify validity reliability, and path analysis were performed. As a result, it was found that job stress affects mental health in the COVID-19 situation, and in particular, job stress affects work pressure and psychological anxiety among mental health. And the mental health of hotel employees did not affect both organizational citizenship behavior and organizational identification. It was found that the job satisfaction of hotel employees affects both the organizational citizenship behavior and the organizational identity, and finally, the mental health affects job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for academia and practical support for human resource management in the current situation based on the job stress of hotel employees in the COVID-19 situation.
