카세인과 아가검이 첨가된 냉동 저장 가래떡의 품질 특성

Topokki Garaedduk (TGD) is a very popular rice cake consumed in Korea. This study was performed to investigate the quality characteristics of frozen stored TGD that was made from rice flour added with casein, agar and mixture of agar and casein to reduce the calorie and enrich the nutrition. Addition of with casein, agar and mixture of agar and casein was increased water activity and cooking lose and decreased lightness of TGD. Cooking loss of TGD with casein was lower than TGD with agar and TGD mixed with casein and agar as frozen storage time increase. Regarding cooked Garaetteok, TGD with casein was the least hard, without significant differences in cohesiveness, adhesiveness, chewiness, and springiness, compared with frozen control, as frozen storage time increase. These results indicate that casein is an effective additive for frozen stored Garaetteok, as it reduces hardness without significant changes in other textural properties.

모체태아의학 : 산전 초음파상 Empty renal fossa의 임상적 의의

산전 초음파에서 Empty renal fossa소견을 보일때 산전 진단 및 예후평가에 있어서 초음파검사의 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 방법: 1998년 3월 부터 2012년 8월까지 이대목동병원과 산부인과 와 을지대학병원 산부인과에서 산전에 Empty renal fossa로 진단되고 분만후 추적검사까지 된13례를 대상으로 한 후향적 연구이다. 이소성 신장 이나 일측 신장무형성증이 두개의 주요 감별진단이고 양측신장 무형성증은 분석에 제외되었다. 결과: 연구기간 동안 산전에 Empty renal fossa로 13례가 진단되었다. 이중 7례는 산전초음파에서 이소성 신장으로 진단되었고 분만후 초음파검사에서도 확진되었다. 산전 초음파에서 일측 신장무형증으로 진단된 5례중 1례는 분만후 초음파검사에서 이형성증을 동반한 이소성 신장으로 진단되었다. 1례는 일측의 신장무형성증과 반대측의 이소성 신장을 함께 동반하고 있었다. empty renal fossa를 보인13례중 2례에서 단일제대동맥을 동반하였고 그외에 다른(신장을 제외한) 구조적, 염색체이상 동반은 없었다. 8례의 이소성 신장중에서2례는 이형성을 동반하였다. 결론: Empty renal fossa 소견을 보일때 이소성 신장과 신장무형성증의 감별진단이 필요하며 초음파검사가 유용한 검사방법이다. 이소성신장의 경우에는 신장의 이형성증 동반여부를 확인하는것이 필요하며 전체적으로 단독 Empty renal fossa은 양호한 예후를 보였다.

입학사정관 전형 신입생과 일반전형 신입생의 입학 후 대학생활 경험에 대한 비교연구

본 연구의 목적은 입학사정관제를 통해 입학한 학생들과 일반전형으로 입학한 신입생들의 입학 후 1년여간의 대학생활 과정 동안의 경험과, 이 과정에 개재한 요인들이 무엇인지에 대해 탐구하고, 대학교육에서의 전형별 추수지도에 대한 시사점을 얻기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 서울의 한 대학에 입학한 신입생 중 입학사정관 전형 신입생 7명과 일반전형 신입생 6명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하고, 근거이론 접근방법을 통해 분석, 비교하였다. 연구결과, 입학사정관 전형 신입생의 핵심범주는 “목표를 향한 노력을 통해 자기성장의 길로 접어듦”으로 나타났고, 일반전형 신입생들의 핵심범주는 ‘방황의 시기를 지나 구체적인 진로 탐색의 길로 접어 듦’으로 도출되었다. 입학사정관제 신입생들과 일반전형 신입생들간에 가장 뚜렷하게 나타난 차이는 ‘목표의식’ 측면이었다. 입학사정관 전형 학생들은 대부분 자신의 진로에 대한 뚜렷한 목표의식을 가지고 준비하여 입학하였고, 대학생활 과정에서 이 목표들이 더 구체화 되어간다고 진술하였다. 반면 일반전형 학생들에게서는 목표의식이 있는 경우와 목표가 아직 모호한 상태로 있는 경우, 그리고 목표를 수정하는 경우 등 목표의식에 있어 갈등하고 고민하는 양상이 입학사정관제 학생들에 비해 더 많이 보고되었다. 또한 목표의식이 뚜렷하지 않을수록 아쉬움과 무의미감이 더 두드러지게 경험되는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로, 입학사정관제 신입생과 일반전형 신입생들의 입학 후 학습측면, 진로목표 설정 측면, 생활적응 측면에 대한 대학의 교육적 개입에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다. The aim of this study was to investigate the process of adaptation of freshmen admitted through admission office system(AOS) for their first year and the factors involved in this process. For this purpose, in-depth interview was done with 7 freshmen admitted through AOS and 6 freshmen admitted through General Admission System(GAS) from a university in Seoul. The process of adaptation of both groups was analyzed and compared by the grounded theory method. As a result, the core category induced from AOS group was "entering the way to self-growth by making an effort toward goal". The most distinct difference between two groups was in "clarity of goals". Most students admitted through AOS stated that they had clear goals about their career when admitted and the goals have been actualized in college life. On the other hand, more students admitted through GAS have been struggling with goals. i.e. some with goals, some with vague goals, and some revising goals, than students admitted through AOS. The more unclear the goal was, the more dissatisfaction and meaninglessness they experienced. On the basis of the research results, the suggestions of educational intervention of the university were discussed on the aspects of course work, career goal setting, and adaptation to college life after admission for the freshmen admitted through AOS.
