습식 화학 반응을 통해 합성된 Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub> 나노열전소재 열전특성 분석

많은 연구자들이 다양한 화학적 합성법으로 Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub> 기반 나노열전소재를 제조하고 있으나 이때 주로 사용하는 유기용매는 세척과정에서 완전히 제거되지 않아 열전특성을 저하시키는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 화학적 합성법의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안정제나 유기용매의 사용 없이 물을 기반으로 하는 친환경적 화학공정을 고안하여 Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub> 열전소재를 합성하였다. Bi 및 Te 분말에 대한 산화반응으로 해당 분말들을 용해한 후, pH를 조절하여 수화물을 공침시켰다. 해당 수화물을 액상환원시키고 세척 및 건조과정을 거쳐 약 50 nm 수준의 입경을 가지는 Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub> 나노분말을 얻었다. 해당 화학공정은 화학첨가물을 제거하고 결정성을 높이기 위한후열처리를 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 균일한 입경의 분말을 얻을 수 있다. Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub> 나노분말은 방전플라즈마 소결법으로 소결하였으며, 제조된 소결체는 약 100nm 수준의 균일한 그레인 크기를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 해당 소결체는 단결정 Bi<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>3</sub>에 비하여 현저히 낮은 열전도도를 기록하였는데 이는 결정립계에서 증가한 포논산란율에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다.

Objective: By comparing the data of patients with spinal stenosis who had undergone decompressive laminectomy alone or with arthrodesis, we retrospectively analysed the advantages and disadvantages of the subsequent surgical techniques. Methods: We analyzed the radiological parameters, surgical techniques, and clinical outcomes of 35 patients, who had undergone operation for spinal stenosis. The patients were divided into two groups, laminectomy alone(15 patients) and laminectomy with arthrodesis(17 patients) and the patients' subjective outcomes and radiological results were compared. Results: Subjective satisfaction was higher in patients who had received decompressive° laminectomy alone(80%) than patients who received° decompressive laminectomy with arthrodesis(70%). The mean preoperative spinal lordotic angle in the laminectomy alone groups improved from 32.3 degree to 33.9 degree, postoperatively, and 33.1 degree at the last follow up. The mean preoperative spinal lordotic angle in the laminectomy with arthrodesis groups improved from 33.5 degree to 37.8 degree postoperatively, and 37.4 degree at last follow up. The lamine- ctomy with arthordesis group showed better results regarding spinal lordotic angle correction but this was not directly related to the clinical outcomes Conclusion: There was no significant correlation in clinical outcome, correction of spinal lordosis angle and patients’ subjective satisfaction between decompressive laminectomy alone and with arthrodesis. Therefore, we suggested that decompressive laminectomy alone was achived good outcomes in patients who has single level spinal stenosis with no proven spinal instability at preoperative stage.

Intramuscular lipoma is a rare benign tumor. It refers to infiltrating lipoma because it originates between skeletal muscle abundles and infiltrates into the intramuscular septa. Kransdorf reported that the majority of lipomas were located in the trunk, head/neck, and lower extremity. In addition, in research by Kindlom et al., on 43 cases of muscular infiltrative lipoma, there was no case involving the chest wall. We report on a case of intramuscular lipoma on the anterior chest wall. The lesion was removed completely and histopathological findings showed that mature adipocytes had infiltrated serratus anterior muscle in a diffuse manner. After treatment, the patient has shown no complication or evidence of recurrence.
1997년 이후 초등학교 수학과 교육과정 주요 내용 요소 변동 형태 분석

1997년 고시한 제 7차 교육과정부터 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정까지의 초등 수학 교육과정을 내용 요소(curriculum content element; CCE)라는 개념에 따라 분석하였다. 보편적 학습 내용이라고 할 수 있는 ‘공통 내용 요소’를 추출하고, 개정 순서에 따라 내용 요소의 변동 형태와 원인을 분석하였다. 1997년 이후 4개 수학과 교육과정에 4회 등장하는 CCE는 243개, 3회 등장하는 CCE는 47개였다. CCE 변동 형태는 추가, 삭제, 이동, 통합, 구체화, 비활성화(당연 요소), 미활성화 등으로 구분할 수 있으며, 그 원인으로는 수학적 과정 강조나 원리 이해 강조, 이전 성취기준의 구체적 진술, 학교급간 이동, 공청회를 통한 변경 요구, 학습량 감축을 위한 삭제, 학년 또는 영역 간 통합 등 다양한 원인이 있었다. The purpose of this study analyze four curricula which have been announced since 1997 in Korea by a concept of curriculum content element(CCE). As a result of the study, 243 CCEs were found to appear four times in the curriculum with 47 CCEs appearing thrice. The variations in CCE included addition, deletion, movement, integration, materialization and deactivation. There were several causes such as emphasis on mathematical process, emphasis on understanding principles, concrete statement on previous achievement standards, transfers between schools, requests for change through public participation, omission of reduction in the amount of learning, and integration between grades or areas. The results were as follows: First, it is necessary to recognize and address various problems in the process of changing the content elements based on the curriculum revision. Second, as a basic research material for developing objective and systematic procedures for reviewing curriculum revisions, CCE analysis is essential.

Blinds can have a major impact on building energy use and occupant comfort. During times of peak solar gain, shading can reduce cooling loads and overheating. But, if blinds are controlled inappropriately, unwanted solar gain may enter the building in heat-wave conditions, causing overheating. Therefore, the way blinds are controlled can have an important impact on building energy efficiency and on occupant comfort. To establish blind control strategy, occupant use of the blinds need to be examined. This paper examines the actual conditions of occupants use of blinds through window blind usage survey and occupant survey. And It will provide the basis for the development of future automated blind systems.
