        돌발통 유무에 따른 만성통증 환자의 주의편향: 안구운동측정장비를 사용하여

        Breakthrough pain (BTP) is temporary and considerably severe. Thus, patients with BTP are more likely to perceive pain-related stimuli as a threat than those without BTP. The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in attentional bias in patients with and without BTP. This study recruited 17 patients and 25 patients with and without BTP, respectively, from among patients with chronic pain at a university hospital in Suwon, Republic of Korea. The participants’ eye movements were recorded using an eye tracker during a free viewing task that features sensory pain-neutral, affective pain-neutral, and neutral-neutral word pairs. Two-way ANOVA(group*word type) was conducted on the attentional bias indices. The results were as follows: First of all, looking at the attentional-orientation index, it was found that in the time taken until the first fixation, patients with BTP were more vigilant towards sensory pain words and affective pain words than patients without BTP. In addition, during the first 250ms, patients with BTP was more vigilant towards affective pain words than patients without BTP. Finally, looking at the attentional-maintenance index, in the total time for taking the Area Of Interest (AOI), the patients without BTP showed more difficulty with distraction for sensory pain words than patients with BTP. The patients with BTP showed more difficulty with distraction for affective pain words than the patients without BTP. The results of the study provide the need for correction of the existing vigilance-avoidance pattern, and they suggest that characteristics, such as the presence or absence of BTP and word type in chronic pain patients, should be considered in the attention bias modification (ABM) program. 이 연구에서는 안구운동측정장비를 사용하여 만성통증 환자의 돌발통 유무와 단어 유형(감각통증단어, 정서통증단어)이 주의편향에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 했다. 이 연구는 수원 소재 대학병원 신경통증클리닉에 통증치료를 목적으로 내원한 환자 중 돌발통이 있는 만성통증 환자 17명과 돌발통이 없는 만성통증 환자 25명을 대상으로 실시했다. 참여자들이 감각통증단어-중립단어, 정서통증단어-중립단어, 중립단어-중립단어 자극쌍으로 구성된 free-viewing 과제를 수행하는 동안 이들의 안구운동이 측정되었다. 주의편향 지표(주의지향, 주의유지)에 대해 각각 2(집단: 돌발통-무, 돌발통-유)*2(자극: 감각통증단어, 정서통증단어) 반복측정 분산분석을 실시했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 고정까지 걸린 시간에서 돌발통-유 집단이 중립단어보다 감각통증단어 및 정서통증단어를 경계하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 첫 250ms동안 자극응시시간에서 돌발통-유 집단이 돌발통-무 집단에 비해 정서통증단어를 경계하며, 돌발통-유 집단 내에서도 감각통증단어에 비해 정서통증단어를 더 경계하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 주의유지 지표를 살펴보면 AOI에 응시한 총 시간에서 돌발통-무 집단은 중립단어보다 감각통증단어 및 정서통증단어로부터 주의이탈의 어려움을 보였고, 돌발통-유 집단은 중립단어보다 정서통증단어로부터 주의이탈의 어려움을 보였다. 연구 결과는 기존 경계-회피 패턴에 대한 수정이 필요하고, 주의편향 수정 프로그램에서 만성통증 환자의 돌발통 유무 및 단어 유형과 같은 특성이 고려되어야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

        Aesthetic trend in certain Era results from social background and moral values and affects its clothing Design. This study analyzes morphologic features of Madeleine Vionnet, fashion Designer of early period of the 20th century, and shows how contemporary trend affected her clothing design. Influences, which ever affected Vionnet, are as follows. First, Cubism influenced on her composition and solid features through Geometric Designs. She applied them to her textile design, material for clothings. Second, Futurism influenced on her solid clothing structures : space between clothing and body, space in clothing, and dynamic makings. Third, abstract designs and graphing rose designs in Art Deco were applied and ancient clothings’ types, colors, and designs in Japan and Egypt were re-organized considering modern trend.

      • 신생아에서 Vancomycin 내성 장구균 감염 1례

        VRE 감염증은 항균제의 과다한 사용 후 출현하는 새로운 형태의 감염성 질환으로, 현재 심각한 임상 문제로 대두되고 있다. 최근 국내에서도 신경학적 장에나 당뇨병, 종양 등의 기저질환을 가진 성인 환자들에서 소수의 감염 예가 보고되고 있으나 소아기, 특히 신생아에서의 감염증은 잘 알려지지 않았다. 저자들은 생후 4일된 신생아에서 발생한 vancomycin 내성 E. faecalis 패혈증 l례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Vancomycin-resistant enterococcus(VRE) was first isolated from various specimens of patients with renal failure or leukemia in 1988. Thereafter VRE has been increasing gradually and became one of the clinically important palhogenic organisms currently. We experienced a case of E. faecalis sepsis in a 4 day old neonate. She was born at 39 weeks gestational age with 2,900gm weight by Cesarean section delivery due to breech presentation. She had had swelling and motion limitation of the left knee joint with fever for one day at age of 4 day and was transfered to our hospital. Ultrasonographic examination of her left knee joint showed some inflammatory change. E. faecalis was isolated from the blood. The organism showed resistance to vancomycin on drug susceptibility test using BHI agar screening test and disk diffusion method. After treatment with ampicillin-sulbactam for 3 weeks the baby was improved. Although VRE infection has been considered rare in Korea. considerable number of demonstrative studies about VRE isolation have been reported recently thus adequate countermeasures are needed to reduce the emergence and prevent nosocomial spreading of this organism.

        분열효모에서 TREX-2 복합체의 구성요소인 Sus1이 생장 및 mRNA 방출에 미치는 영향

        Sus1 / ENY2는 진핵생물에 잘 보존된 작은 단백질로 염색사 리모델링과 mRNA 생성과정에 관여한다. Sus1 단백질은 전사 보조활성자인 SAGA 복합체와 핵공과 연관된 TREX2 복합체 등, 핵에 존재하는 2개 복합체의 구성 요소이다. 분열효모 Schizosaccharomyces pombe의 유전체 데이터에서 Sus1의 이종상동체를 찾아 기능을 분석하였다. 4분체 분석 결과 이 유전자는 생장에 필수적이 아니었으나, Sus1 유전자를 결실시키면 낮은 온도에서 생장이 느렸으며, $poly(A)^+$ RNA도 핵 안에 약간 축적되는 표현형을 보였다. 또한 Sus1-GFP 단백질은 주로 핵에 존재하였다. Yeast two-hybrid 분석과 공동면역침전 실험에서 Sus1 단백질은 TREX-2 복합체의 또 다른 구성인자인 Sac3와 상호작용을 하였다. 이와 같은 결과들은 S. pombe의 Sus1 단백질도 역시 TREX-2 복합체의 구성인자로 mRNA 방출에 관여하고 있음을 시사한다. Sus1 / ENY2 is a tiny conserved protein that is involved in chromatin remodeling and mRNA biogenesis. Sus1 is associated to two nuclear complexes, the transcriptional coactivator SAGA and the nuclear pore associated TREX2. In fission yeast, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, ortholog of Sus1 / ENY2 was identified from the genome database. Tetrad analysis showed that the S. pombe sus1 is not essential for growth. However, deletion of the sus1 gene caused cold-sensitive growth retardation with slight accumulation of $poly(A)^+$ RNA in the nucleus. And the Sus1-GFP protein is localized mainly in the nucleus. Yeast two-hybrid analysis and co-immunoprecipitation experiment showed that Sus1 interacts with Sac3, another subunit of TREX2 complex. These results suggest that S. pombe Sus1 is also involved in mRNA export from the nucleus as a component of TREX-2 complex.

        하마다 쇼지의 작풍 변천의 재고 - 조선도자와의 영향관계를 중심으로

        This paper examines the well-known an artist of the Mingei(folk crafts) Hamada Shōji’s works and rethinks his style considering the influencing relation with Korean Ceramics. Previous research focused on his works style in UK, Okinawa, and Mashiko where he actually did his Mingei works. However, there is less attention to the relationship between Joseon Ceramics (especially Buncheong ware), which seems has influences on the Form(shape), decoration(design), and techniques. Ever since Hamada’s first visit to Korea in 1918, he made works which has been influenced by Korean Ceramics in the shape such as flask and the painted iron and brushed slip technique throughout his life. He involved the Mingei Movement with Yanagi Muneyoshi and collected Korean Ceramics. In this paper, I focused on his style changing by periods in three aspects: Form(shape), decoration(design), and technique. Regarding the decoration, this paper examines Hamada’s trademark sugarcane design, and divide this into five periods: Early design, late design, groping and experiment, complete, and liberation period. This paper also tries to explore the relationship between Hamada’s works and Korean Ceramics through the comparison with the Hamada’s Korean Ceramic selection in the Shoji Hamada Memorial Mashiko-Sankokan Museum and Yanagi’s collection in the Japan Folks Crafts Museum. Hamada’s works style changes in 1936~38 and his works changed noticeably influenced by Korean Ceramics. Korean ceramics influenced not only his style but his ideology on the Mingei. The liberal and nonobjective expression of his ceramics manufactured in the last ‘liberation period’ are the parallel of ‘glass and flower design of Korean Ceramics.’ Conclusively Korean Ceramic is not the only source of this works but it took an essential role in his works.

        비건 패션의 범주와 실천 방안 모색

        The purpose of this thesis is to suggest a Practical Plan for ethical consumption by reviewing the category of Vegan Fashion and investigating its Social Value of vegan fashion. This will be achieved through investigating the papers and official home pages of 13 selected Vegan Fashion brands. It was found that in terms of use of materials such as leather, fur and organic fibers the brands can be divided into three sections: fur-free, cruelty-free and perfect vegan. A Practical Plan is suggested based on the aspects of production, consumption, distribution and education. Firstly, the provider should be required to understand vegan materials deeply, it is also desirable for them to get vegan certifications. Secondly, the seller should also understand about vegan materials, and be able to explain this to consumers. The education from the seller is vital and the meaning of logos and associated contents used by the label should be clearly explained to consumers. Thirdly, the association of consumers, and fashion brands should cooperate to enhance the level of general understanding in society further, this should influence new laws, that address ethical issues regarding the use of fur in fashion. Environmental problem of the future might be reduced if the stakeholders in Vegan Fashion are cooperatively and actively trying to educate the general population and make Vegan Fashion popular and ethical consumption popular.

      • 가와이 간지로(河井寛次郎)와 조선도자(朝鮮陶磁)

        The aim of this study is to reveal the aesthetic sense of Korean ceramics through a point of view mingei (folk crafts) and also by looking at a number of works by Kawai Kanjiro (1890~1966), who is pivotal in the history of modern arts and crafts. Besides, Kawai often is called a mingei artist. In Kawai, the influence of Korean Ceramics is a significant part of the works throughout his lives, as well as various works. However, there are few research reports that all along the line the relationship between Kawai and the Korean Ceramics so far. Furthermore, most of Korea study focuses heavily on the Mingei of Yanagi muneyoshi (1889~1961), and there is little awareness of mingei artist and research is inadequate. Therefore, This Study is to reveal express the influence of Gyeryongsan Buncheong in Joseon Dynasty on Kawaii’s influence, and the technique and design of the Fish and Flowering plant, which was not noted so far. And the purpose of this project was to perform a more specific comparative analysis on the effects of Korean “Ceramic inkstones” in which parts were mentioned and to verify the relationship of influence. As a research method, examined the changes and characteristics of Kawai’s style, and looked at the relationship of influence of Korean Ceramics by time. In particular, Kawai first met a Korean Ceramics and noticed that it was the beginning of a change of style in 1921. Also, around 1936 and 37 when Kawai visited Korea, as the starting point of changing the style of works when he met the Korean Ceramics. Kawai’s work consistently valued form above all else in producing the work with bright, vital characteristics, and the Korean Ceramics was enough to motivate him. Kawaii went to Korea in 1936 and 37 to witness the living landscape of Korea, which was assimilated with nature, and to understand the “Beauty of unintentional” seen in Korean Ceramics. Kawai absorbed “simple and healthy beauty” from the Korean Ceramic inkstones into his work. Moreover, “beauty of humor,” which comes from the free-spirited and humorous expressions shown in the words of the Fish design of Gyeryongsan Buncheong, is also present in Kawai’s works. In conclusion, in the base of his aesthetic consciousness, there is also the “beauty of humor” in Korean Ceramics he discovered. 본 논문에서는 근대 일본의 대표적인 도예가이며 이른바 제1세대 민예(民藝)작가로서 유명한 가와이 간지로(河井寛次郎, 1890~1966, 以下가와이)에 있어서 조선도자의 미는 어떠한 것이었는지 검토하고자한다. 가와이에게 있어서 조선도자의 영향은 생애에 걸쳐서 다양한 작품을 비롯해서 공예관까지 적지 않은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 하지만, 지금까지 한일에 있어서 가와이와 조선도자의 영향관계를 전면적으로 다룬 연구보고는 찾아보기 힘들며, 일본에서는 2016년 가와이의 사후 50주년을 기념한 순회전이 올해에도 여전히 진행되면서 주목을 받고는 있지만, 실제 그 전시회에서도 조선도자에 관련된 부분은 조선의 백자제기와 삼단합 등 직접적으로 형태를 모방한 몇 가지를 다뤘을 뿐이다. 더군다나 한국에서는 대부분 야나기 무네요시(柳宗悦, 1889~1961)의 민예사상에 크게 초점이 맞춰지면서 그에 비해 민예작가들에 대한 인지도도 적으며 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 그러므로 필자는 지금까지 주목되지 않았던 조선시대 계룡산 분청자의 「魚文」이 가와이의 「魚文」에 미친 영향과, 분청자의 기법과 초문 등의 영향을 함께 밝히고자 했다. 그리고 어느 부분 언급이 있었던 조선「陶硯」의 영향에 대해서 더욱 구체적으로 비교분석을 하고 영향관계를 검증하고자 했다. 연구방법으로는 가와이의 작풍의 변천과 특징을 검토하며 시기별로 조선도자의 영향관계를 고찰하였는데, 특히 야나기를 만나기 전 가와이가 조선도자를 만나면서 작풍을 전환하게 되는 시발점으로 주목한 1921년과, 가와이가 조선에 다녀온 1936년과 37년을 전후로 한 작풍변화에 주목하였다. 가와이의 작품은 일관되게 밝고 생명력이 넘치는 특징을 가지고 작품제작에 있어서 형태를 무엇보다 중요시 여겼는데 조선도자는 그런 그에게 자극을 주기에 충분했다. 가와이는 1936년과 1937년에 조선에 가서 자연과 동화된 조선의 생활 풍경을 목격하고 조선 도자에 보이는 「無作為의 미」를 이해하게 된다. 가와이의 「陶硯」에 대한 열정이 그것을 증명해 주는데 대범하게 만들어지는 조선「陶硯」의 「간소하고 건강한미」를 자신의 작품에 흡수시켰다. 나아가, 계룡산 청화분청의 어문에서 보이는 자유분방하고 유머러스한 표현에서 오는 「滑稽의 미」는 가와이 작품 속 魚文에서도 현현히 들어난다. 야나기는 가와이의 도예활동을 「환희의 일」이라고 평가하는데, 존재하는 모든 것에서 환희를 발견하는 것이 미의 정체라고 적은 가와이의 詞句「喜者皆美」, 그 미의식의 저변에는 그가 발견한 조선도자의 「滑稽의 미」도 내재되어있다.
