1974년 CFC에 의한 오존층 파괴의 학설이 발표되고 1980년대 들어 오존층 등의 환경문제가 심각히 대두되어 1985년 비엔나 협약과 1987년 몬트리올 의정서가 채택되어 CFC 등의 오존층을 파괴하는 물질에 대한 국제적 규제가 시작되어 CFC-113, 1,1,1-TCE (1,1,1-trichloroethane)는 이미 사용금지 되었다. 대체세정제는 수계, 준수계, 대체염소계, 탄화수소계, 알콜계, 불소계 등으로 구분할 수 있으며, 이중 수계 세정제가 현재 가장 유력한 대체세정제로 부상하여 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 대부분의 수계 세정제의 경우 세정력이 뛰어나고 가격이 저렴한 nonylphenolethoxylate(NP)계의 계면활성제가 주로 사용되고 있으나 NP계의 계면활성제는 독성과 생분해도의 문제로 인하여 이미 선진외국에서도 사용이 제한되고 있으므로 NP계의 계면활성제를 대체할 수 있는 저독성과 우수한 생분해도를 가진 환경친화적 계면활성제를 주체로 한 수계 세정제의 개발이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 NP계의 계면활성제를 대체할 수 있는 비교적 가격이 저렴하고 저독성과 우수한 생분해도를 가진 비이온 계면활성제를 중심으로 해당 시스템의 상평형 실험을 수행하였고 또한, 동일 시스템에 대하여 용제의 종류가 상거동에 미치는 영향에 관하여 살펴 보았다.

To investigate only the effects of the stratified mixture distribution on initial flame propagation and combustion characteristics, the instantaneous equivalence ratio in the spark plug gap and combustion pressure were measured simultaneously In a constant volume chamber, To induce the stratified propane-air mixture distribution near the spark plug, counter-flow typed mixture injection system was used under the constant mean equivalence ratio $\Phi$$\_$mean/= 1.0 The instantaneous equivalence ratio was measured by a single-shot Raman scattering with narrow-band KrF excimer laser. The measuring error was within the limit of $\pm$ 3.5% provided that the proposed method was applied to the measured Raman signals. Judging from mass fraction burned derived from the measured pressure, the optimum combustion characteristics were shown under the condition that the local equivalence ratio in the spark plug was near 1.28$\pm$0.04, and these characteristics were more remarkable at the initial stage of combustion.
사회생태학적 모형에 기반한 한국인 위암검진 수검의 관련 요인

Objectives : We measured behavioral factors associated with Koreans receiving gastric cancer screening based on a socio-ecological model, in part to develop strategies to improve cancer screening rates. Methods : A telephone survey was conducted with 2,576 people chosen through stratified random sampling from April 1 - May 31, 2004. Collected information included gastric cancer screening, socio-demographic factors, and socio-ecological factors at intrapersonal, interpersonal, community, and public policy levels. Results : Among 985 survey respondents(380 men and 605 women), 402 had received gastric cancer screening. Logistic analysis was performed to compare those screened and unscreened. 'Age' was the only demographic factor that showed a statistically significant association with getting screening. People in their fifties (OR=1.731, 95% CI=1.190-2.520) and sixties (OR=2.098, 95% CI=1.301-3.385) showed a higher likelihood of getting screened, compared to those in the forties. 'Accessibility to a medical institution' was a significant factor related to having gastric cancer screening at the intrapersonal level. At the interpersonal level, recommendations by family members to be screened and a family practice of routine cancer screening were significantly related. People with frequent education about cancer screening or with stronger social feelings that cancer screening is necessary also demonstrated significantly higher tendencies to be screened. Conclusions : In conclusion, a socio-ecological model seems appropriate for explaining gastric cancer screening behavior and associated factors. Health planners should develop integrated strategies to improve cancer screening rates based on socio-ecological factors, especially at the interpersonal and community levels.
상세화학반응기구를 이용한 탄화 수소 및 메탄을 층류 화염 속도 모델링

In order to be applicable to the combustion modelling of stratified charged combustion like that of - lean burn and GDI engine, the correlations of laminar burring velocities fur several hydrocarbon fuels and methanol are needed over a wide range of equivalence ratio, pressure and temperature. In this study, these correlations are modeled in the 1311owing form based on the experimental and Muller\`s modeling results for several fuels, where $\alpha$, ξ, and ξ are functions of pressure and temperature, $S_{L}$ =$\alpha$ exp[-ξ($\Phi$-$\Phi$$_{m}$)$^{2}$ -exp {-ζ($\Phi$-$\Phi$$_{m}$)}-ζ($\Phi$-$\Phi$$_{m}$)]. By using the results calculated by PREMIX code with Sloane\`s detailed chemical reaction mechanism for propane, it is verified that the coefficients of the abode modeling can be determined by considering laminar burning velocity data only in a range of equivalence ratio less than $\Phi$$_{m}$. Therefore, Muller\`s modeling results can be adopted leer modeling of the pressure and temperature dependency. Compared with the results of the existing Keck'and Gulder's models, those of the present one showed the good agreement of the recent experimental data, especially in the range of lean and rich sides.s.des.s.

Public health system and public health practice have changed over the past decades as the result of social and epidemiologic changes. New public health concept emphasizes leadership, strategical thinking, systematic planning and effective performance to identify and solve complex health problem In Korea, the role of Health Center has been expanded rapidly. However there is strong suspicion that Health Center can achieve their mission. This paper aims at understanding what is the needed functions of Health Center and which of its aspects needs improvement. The main results of this study are summarizes as follows. District Health Law does not address the core functions of Health Center. The staffs of Health Center have difficulties in prioritizing their services. The recent attempt to restructure Health Center and change delivery pattern of public health services ended with only limited success. To effectively confront threats to the public's health, the three major function of Health Center must be ${\circled}1$ modifying individual behavior and lifestyle, ${\circled}2$ improving social and economic conditions, and ${\circled}3$ reforming health policies. Better results do not come from setting new functions only; they come from understanding and improving the processes that will then leads to better outcome. We recommend that policy-makers focus economic evaluation of public health programs, building and spreading of the scientific evidence of programs, linkage of public health research and public health program. The criteria of delegation of public health service to private sector is urgently needed. Making community health information data available on a routine basis to providers, managers and researchers of public health services helps promote the efficiency of the overall operation of public health system.
