Since the Constitutional Court ruled in July 1999 that the private urban planning facilities were subject to the violation of private property rights, the government has adopted a sunset system for urban parks. While the private business owner s size of urban parks was lowered from 80 % to 70 % in 2014, the cause of the controversy over the project was changed from 100,000㎡ or more in total urban parks to 50,000㎡ or more. Therefore, this study analyzes the causes of failure in the public park formation projects based on the cases in which conflicts are emerging in analyzing similar systems abroad and promoting projects, and analyzes the causes of failure through related experts and surveys. In addition, the causes of conflicts are different, local sentiments and development conditions are different, and the limit of urban park management and response plans for future urban urban planning based on projects focused on the business feasibility and retrofittibility are limited, and urban park plans are less than 50,000㎡.
바이모달 트램의 후진주차보조 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구

The bi-modal tram is under development as a new public transportation. The features of the tram are an extended wheel base and its length. This features result in difficulties for drivers on maneuvering the tram. Therefore, the all wheel steering system is applied to the articulated vehicle. The AWS system enables the vehicle to steer all the rear wheels independently and improves its driving characteristics. However, the bi-modal tram has a problem to move backward in the limited place because of its geometric feature and the AWS system. Hence, the reverse parking assistant algorithm for articulated vehicle is developed to solve the problems of the reverse parking. Using the vehicle model which includes the reverse parking assistant algorithm, the dynamic analysis is performed for several parking cases. By the result of the analysis, the stability and validity of the reverse parking assistant algorithm is verified.

The Cu-bearing PFS-700 steel which has yield strength over 700 MPa was developed to replace the existing submarine structural material, HY-100. The PFS-700 steel has a combination of good mechanical properties and superior weldability. Becaus of that, it can be welded without pre-heating. The application of PFS-700 steel to submarine or battle ship will give a great reduction of cost by omitting pre-heating or lowering pre-heat temperature. To develop pre-heating free welding consumables that match and take advantage of PFS-700 steel, new welding consumables have been designed for the GMAW, SAW processes and explosion bulge test(EBT) was conducted to see the reliability of welded structure. All welds were made without pre-heating, and the inter-pass temperature was below $50^{\circ}C$ for SAW50 and $150^{\circ}C$ for GMAW and SAW150. All EBT specimens show over 14% thickness reduction without through-thickness crack or crack propagation to the hole-down area. Tensile properties for all welding conditions show higher(GMAW) or similar values(SAW50, SAW150) to the base metal. Charpy impact values for the weld metal also show 163.5J(GMAW), 95.4J(SAW50) and 69.0J(SAW150), which meet the goal(higher than 50J) of this project.

Cu를 함유한 2종의 저합금 고장력강(HSLA-A, HSLA-B)\ulcorner 기계적 성질에 미치는 시효처리의 영향을 조사하였다. 탄소량이 적음에도 불구하고 Cu첨가로 석출물을 생성시킴으로서 2합금 모두 $650^{\circ}C$에서 시효한 경우 양호한 강도(HSLA-A:Y.S 703Mpa, E.L 22.6% HSLA-B:Y.S 810 Mpa, E.L 23.8%)와 인성(HSLA-A:271.4J, HSLA-B:197.5J at -5$0^{\circ}C$)의 조합을 나타내었다. 50$0^{\circ}C$에서 시효할 때 가장 높은 항복 강도를 나타내나 인성은 아주 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 50$0^{\circ}C$이상 시효 온도가 증가하면 강도는 감소하고 인성은 증가하였다. HSLA-B강의 강도가 HSLA-A 강보다 높은데, \ulcorner칭 상태에서의 강도 차이는 경화능을 증가시키는 원소인 Ni, Mn, Mo, Cu의 첨가량 차이에 의한 기지 조직의 차이에 의한 것이며, 시효한 상태에서의 강도 차이는 기지 조직과 석출 강화에 기여하는 Cu량의 차이에 의한 것으로 판단된다. 시효 경화 곡선에서 $700^{\circ}C$에서의 경도 증가는 오스테나이트-페라이트 2상 영역으로부터 냉각시 생성된 “M-A constituents”에 의한 것이다. HSLA-A강과 HSLA-B강의 충격 천이 온도는 각각 -1$25^{\circ}C$와 -145$^{\circ}C$이었다.

We developed the module of the software that robot designers can perform their work faster and more easily. The parametric modeler is founded on the virtual robot design program. The virtual robot design program is the powerful software which may be used to solve various problems of robot kinematics and dynamics. The parametric modeler in the software we developed is that all the positions of joints and links are changed automatically when the designer changes one joint or one link in the robot system. Without parametric method, robot-designers must change all the positions of connected joints and links. It might become time-consuming. However, it is very efficient for designers to use the method of batch-processing in performing design-changes of robot-links using the parametric modeler.

Objective:Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is the most common childhood psychiatric disorder, affecting 3-5% of school-aged children. Although the biological basis of ADHD is unknown, family studies provide strong evidence that ADHD has a genetic basis. Recent genetic studies have suggested associations between ADHD and serotonin 1B(5HT1B) receptor gene G861C polymorphism. The aim of this study is to test for the association between ADHD and 5HT1B receptor gene G861C polymorphism in Korean population. Method:We processed DNA extraction and genotyping. 106 Korean children with ADHD and their parents were analyzed using the transmission disequilibrium test(TDT) and haplotype-based haplotype relative risk (HHRR). And the ADHD children were compared with 212 age and gender matched normal controls. Results:There was no statistical difference of distributions between ADHD cases and controls. We did not observe any preferential transmission of alleles of 5HT1B receptor gene G861C polymorphism in ADHD. Conclusions:Though there is the possibility of failing to detect small genetic effects, our results show no evidence of an association between ADHD and 5HT1B receptor gene G861C polymorphism in the Korean population and indicate that it is unlikely that the 5HT1B receptor is implicated in the susceptibility to ADHD.

Using of computers in design is a trend in recent years. A good suspension model is depend on the carefully prepared data like joint connection points or spring stiffness, etc.<br/> Once a good computer model is obtained, a parametric study for specific suspension design factor, like a toe angle, can be done to obtain sensitivity information. Using this information, several important design parameters for a specific design factor can be identified. Once a design of experiments is done using computer models, the results can be used to approximate a function which can best represent the experimentation. An optimum solution of this function can be used to fined an optimum design of a suspension system for a specific suspension design factor. Same method is again applied to other design factors iteratively until a good suspension system design is obtained.<br/>

The author had observed 48 cases diagnosed as oral malignancies of the patients who visited to the infirmary of Dental College of Seoul National University from 1973 to July 1976. The following results were obtained. 1. 5 decades age group showed the highest incidence and there was hardly difference in sex. 2. From the histopathological view point, most of cases were squamous cell carcinoma. 3. Most of cases were considerably in advance and showed the bony destruction not only primary site, but of surrounding structures.

Authors observed a rare case of tatal anodontia. The patient was 4 years old boy whoes roentenologic aspects of bone pattern was decreased in trabeculation and there was not tooth and tooth like substances. It was supposed that the cause of this disease was endocrine dysfunctions in his childhood.

The authors have interpreted one patient's full mJuth intra-oral films, oblique- lateral film of the left mandible and orthopantomograph which revealed 6 radicular and 1 residual cysts. As a results of interpretation of these serial films, we have drawn following conclusions: 1. Radicular cyst arose from the cell rests contained in an apical granuloma which was sequel to advanced pulpitis due to dental caries. 2. Residual cyst was developed from remaining cell rests after the extraction of a tooth with such a radicular cyst or apical dental granuloma. 3. Cyst grew in size by absorption of fluid into cystic cavity due to difference in osmotic pressure between the cystic fluid and adjacent tissue fluid.
