신경세포의 기능을 등가적으로 표현할 때 활성화 함수는 비선형적이며 이의 구현을 위해 고가의 수치계산 전용 칩이나 고속 컴퓨터를 사용하여왔다. 본논문에서는 이 함수를 근사화하여 구현하기 위해 오차의 종류와 그 크기에 따른 선형함수의 갯수를 조사하고 이를 구현하기 위한 하드웨어 구성 회로를 고찰하였다. The activation function is nonlinear when the equivalent model of a neuron is considered. Expensive numeric processors or a high speed computer has been used to realize the function. In this paper two kinds of error are considered and the number of linear functions in a certain interval is investigated. A new hardware implementation is studied to realize a number of linear functions.
DBS와 Brij 30의 혼합미셀화에 미치는 n-Butanol의 효과

The critical micelle concentrations(CMC^(*)) and the counter ion binding constants(B) in a micellar state of the mixed surfactant systems of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(DBS) with polyoxyethylene(4) lauryl ether(Brij 30) at 25℃ in aqueous solutions of n-butanol were determined as a function of α_(1)(the overall mole fraction of DBS) by the use of electric conductivity method and surface tensiometer method. Various thermodynamic parameters(X_(i), γ_(i), C_(i), a_(i)^(m), β, △H_(mix) and △G_(m)^(o)) for the micellization of DBS/Brij 30 mixtures were calculated and analyzed by means of the equations derived from the nonideal mixed micelle model. The effect of n-butanol on the mixed micellization of that mixed surfactant system has been analyzed by comparing the values of the thermodynamic parameters in pure water with those in aqueous solutions of n-butanol (0.1M and 0.2M).
RFID를 이용한 실시간 생산원가 산출기능을 갖는 생산관리 시스템

본 연구는 RFID 리더에서 머신 팩터(Machine Factor)와 맨 팩터(Man Factor)를 네트웍상으로 실시간 전송하여 정확한 원가 계산이 가능하도록 한 실시간 생산 원가 계산 기능을 갖는 생산관리시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 생산 설비 제어장치에 마이크로프로세서를 도입하였고, 생산 설비의 일측에 RFID 리더를 추가로 설치하였다. 제어부와, 작업의 시작과 종료 시 카드를 통과시키는 카드리더와, 산출된 머신 팩터와 맨 팩터를 PLC 통신포트, 직렬통신포트, 이더넷 통신포트 등을 거쳐 네트웍상의 서버로 전송할 수 있도록 하였다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 생산원가나 정확한 생산효율을 실시간으로 산출할 수 있으므로 효과적인 생산관리가 가능하게 되어, 원가절감과 생산성 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있게 되었다. In this paper, the implementation of a production control system has been studied in order to obtain Realtime Cost Calculation using an exact Machine Factor and Man Factor based on RFID reader data transferred through network. For the study, microprocessor built in the controller of production facilities is used and also RFID reader is built additionally. Control part, card reader used for check the beginning and ending working time of workers, and Machine Factor and Man Factor calculated are transferred to server via PLC transmission port, serial transmission port, or Ethernet transmission port. By using the system, the production cost or the production efficiency is calculated exactly. Therefore it is possible to improve production rate and cost reduction by the use of the proposed production control system.
디지털 시스템의 시뮬레이션과 회로합성 교육용 코스웨어 개발에 관한 연구

Since 1970, computer aided circuits simulation or circuits design has been stuided. At that time, the size of a circuit was under 1000 gates and SPICE program was proposed for the first time. In the year of 1980, the CAD program was upgraded to CAE with numerical computing power. The size of a circuit was in the range of 10,000 to 100,000 gates and schematic capture or logic simulation was utilized. In the year of 1990, an electronic design automation using a hardware description language is used widely. Such wide use of a hardware description language is apparent so that it is necessary to develop a courseware of the language for the effective and efficient learning. In this paper, the courseware targets to the integrated education of a digital system analysis. a design theory, and a hardware description language training. In order to achieve the integration, the learning of a digital system analysis, that of a design theory, and the training of a hardware description language is simultaneously performed. This paper consists of two subjects. One is that the learning of a digital system analysis, that of a design theory, and the training of a hardware description language is simultaneously performed. The other is that the courseware is running on CD-ROM title. To learn the hardware description language, the explanation using sound or moving images, setting-up of a simulation or a synthesis program., and simulating are executed on a CD-ROM title. And also, we proposed an integrated education systems for the hardware description language. It consists of the presentation systems and the experiment systems. The theory presentation systems supports multimedia display functions.
