This study examined the trend of healthcare status and compared the status of South Korea and other member of the Organizationfor Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) using the OECD health statistics 2022. We used the OECD health statistics from2022 and a position value for relative comparison (PARC) index to compare the five elements of the healthcare system. The studyalso used a Mann-Kendall test to analyze the trend of the PARC values from 2000 to the present year. The findings of the studyindicate that many South Korea’s PARC values were higher than the OECD median. But practicing physician in supply part and medicalcost were lower than OECD median but the trend significantly increased. Medical accessibility part and quality of care part exceptprimary care, and mental health had a high relative position but the trend did not increased significantly. After outbreak ofcoronavirus disease 2019, there were changes in medical accessibility. Health screening and vaccinations showed an overall declinein 2020 compared to 2019. These results suggest that policymakers need to take necessary steps for a sustainable healthcare systemin the country.

<지식채널e>의 교육적 활용에 대한 교사 인식 연구

The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ is often used as educational materials; it delivers very short but compelling message of strong or interesting timeliness. However, as the media environment changes, expectations and demands for The Knowledge The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ is used in school education and what should be improved upon to increase utilization of educational resources. We surveyed 361 elementary, middle and high school teachers and analyzed the frequency of using, approach and learning activities of The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ in school education. We also analyzed difficulties in using it in the school and what improvements should be made. Result show that the frequency of using The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ in school is highest in elementary schools, followed by middle school, and then high school. Teachers strongly consider curricular relevance when selecting broadcasting contents for education, and among programs of EBS(Educational Broadcasting System), most frequently use The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ. The The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ is mainly used as an incentive for increasing motivation. When examined by elementary school curriculum, this material is highly utilized in subjects with content such as society, morality, and science, or with approaches that require various perspectives. However, it is difficult for teachers to find materials directly related to their classes, and since other media content similar to The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ is abundant, the utilization of The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ is decreasing. To improve this, The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ needs to improve its platform and transformed the type of The Knowledge of the Channel ⓔ content being provided on social media. <지식채널e>는 한국교육방송공사의 미니 다큐멘터리로서, 교육 콘텐츠로 널리 활용된다. 이 연구의 목적은 <지식채널e>의 교육 현장에서의 활용 실태를 조사하여, 성공적인 교육 콘텐츠의 특성을 분석하고, 교육용 미디어 콘텐츠가 지향해야 할 방향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 초, 중, 고등학교 교사 361명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 학교 교육에서 <지식채널e>의 활용 빈도, 접근 방법, 학습 활동, 문제점 및 개선점을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, <지식채널e>가 학교 교육에 활용되는 빈도는 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 순이었으며, 교사들은 교육을 위한 방송 콘텐츠를 선정할 때 교육과정 내용과의 적합성을 중시하는 것으로 나타났다. <지식채널e>는 수업 동기 유발 자료로 주로 활용된다. 초등 교과별로 살펴보면, 사회, 도덕, 과학 등 내용 지식의 성격이 강하거나 다양한 관점의 접근이 필요한 주제에서 활용도가 높다. 그러나 수업과 직접적으로 관련된 자료를 찾기가 어렵고, <지식채널e>와 유사한 콘텐츠가 풍부해졌기 때문에 <지식채널e>에 대한 활용도가 떨어지고 있다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 <지식채널e>를 제공하는 플랫폼을 개선하고, <지식채널e>의 제작 방식을 소셜 미디어 환경에 맞게 전환해야 한다.

20대 여성을 위한 의복압 경감 브래지어 설계

This study is on the brassiere of reduce clothing pressure. To set the measurements of bras for women in their 20s, considering the comfortableness in wearing and tightness, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey concerning breasts and bras as well as measurements of body and contact surface pressure. As a result of comparing the discrepancies between the lower chest circumferences of the body and the bra, it was revealed that 67.0% were wearing one that was bigger than the body size. Most of them mentioned 'feeling of tightness' as a reason(60.4%), which suggests there are problems of the total length and elasticity in the process of making bras. The favorite bra types are wire type(57.9%), mold type(24.3%), and strapless type(10.4%).it is recommended that the total length of lower chest circumference be increased. The result and the recommendations of this study are as follows: First, the total length of brassiere be increased by 5cm from the current patterns in the process of manufacturing. Second, elasticity of the lower-side tapes be extended from 120% to 170%.

The The purpose of this study is to establish evaluation criteria for the purchase of electric vehicles and to present an evaluation model using quantitative scales for evaluation factors. This study was limited to the study of purchasing factors related to electric vehicles, and the spatial scope was limited to potential buyers in their 20s to 50s living in the Daejeon area. Based on the survey, the factors affecting the purchase factors (energy economics, image, performance, maintenance, price) were examined using the AHP method, and the priorities were analyzed to determine how much influence these factors have on the purchase of electric vehicles. In addition, in order to verify the logical consistency of the survey items, a consistency ratio test (c) was conducted. Through this study, priority considerations for the purchase of electric vehicles were presented, and information on future consumer interest in electric vehicles was conducted. It is judged to be able to provide an opportunity to provide various services for each layer.

This research is a study on up cycling design to protect nature in order to postpone global warming to the maximum extent possible as it has been a serious global issue to the fashion industry and even to individual consumers. This research focuses on the ways to use wedding dress, one of the clothes made of synthetic fiber, which is a major cause of global warming. Among clothing from the 19th century, two styles of clothes, Bustle style and Art Nouveau style were analyzed ranging from their underwear styles to outwear styles through collections in books and museums. Two styles of dress using drawers, chemise, and corset as basic underwears were manufactured. All the fabric and subsidiary materials except for parts of underwears were made with discarded wedding dresses. It was developed for rental clothing which women could try on Western costume, from underwears to outwears. First, for bustle dress, woman put on basic underwears, then bustle, and bustle-type petticoat. Dress is a two-piece type, and it was made to put on detachable train on the back of skirt. Second, based on the Art Nouveau style clothes, our-glass style dress consists of petticoat, one-piece over drawers, chemise, and corset. After putting on drawers, both chemise, and corset were the same as Bustle Style. This research is a practical way of realizing sustainable design. The aim of the current work is to provide educational effect on the development of rental clothes which upcycle wedding dress and let women experience other cultures.

문화예술교육사의 역량 개발을 위한 기초연구

Focusing on the job duties of arts and culture education instructors, this paper studies competency development details of educators and arts educators in Korea and overseas and suggests ways to develop their job-based competencies. This research first determines the job duties of arts and culture education instructors and then conducts basic research on the competencies of arts and culture education instructors with reference to competencies demanded by arts educators and planners in Korea and overseas. First, competencies of arts and culture education instructors were grouped into the arts expertise competency group, class instruction competency group, planning and research competency group, and general operations competency group based on the job duties of arts and culture education instructors. Then within each competency group, groups specific to knowledge, attitude, and functional competencies were determined and used to describe the group competencies proposed using detailed behavioral indicators. Detailed classification of competencies of arts and culture education instructors may contribute to the overall development and management of human resources in the arts and culture education field. It may also contribute to the training curricula and class management of arts and culture education instructors. 본 연구는 문화예술교육사의 직무에 기반한 역량 탐색을 위해 문화예술교육사의 직무에 초점을 맞추어 국내외의 교육자 및예술교육자 역량 개발 내용에 대해 알아보고 문화예술교육사의 역량 개선 방안을 제시하고 있다. 문화예술교육사는 예술강사보다 폭넓은 개념이며, 그 직무에도 차이가 있다. 따라서 문화예술교육사 고유의 역량을 정의하고 이에 기반하여 문화예술교사의 교육 및 선발, 평가 등을 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 문화예술교육사의 역량모델 개발에서 예술전문성 역량군, 문화예술교육 역량군, 예술교육 역량군, 기획 및연구 역량군, 일반업무역량군, 등으로 문화예술교육사의 역량군을 나누고 이 역량군 내에 구체적인 행동 지표로 제시된 역량을 기술할 것을 제안하였다. 문화예술교육사의 역량모델은 문화예술교육사의 전반적인 인재개발 및 관리에 도움을 줄 수있으며 이는 문화예술교육사 교육과정 및 수업운영에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

의복구성학적 측면에서의 지속가능한 패션 디자인 프로토 개발 -패턴 수업을 중심으로-

The fashion industry that perceived the severity of environmental pollution, has sought various methods of sustainable fashion. However, most of the businesses paid attention to the development of materials using industrial waste, or vegan material. Thus, this study aims to present the methods for improvement in creativity for inversely developing the design from patterns and present new approaches by applying the contrarian development of proto to class under the limited condition of material concerning general design, selection of material, and production of sample. In the case of three student teams enrolled in the first semester of the second year, the fabric and used clothing donated by industry were used as material. The whole cut for cutting a single fabric in connected state, and Zero Wastes Design within a rectangular frame of fabric, upcycling of used clothes, and cutting out of Geometric Form are suggested. The team(A) produced a zero-wastes coat and whole-cut Pancho that could be variously represented. The team(B) produced two kinds of asymmetric dress by utilizing used check-patterned shirts through upcycling. The team(C) utilized the fabric in geometric forms such as rectangle, trapezoid, and atypical figure by drawing design within donated fabrics. The items were a dress, blouse, and skirt. Consequently, an opportunity for both academia and industry to present more concrete methods for sustainable fashion and deeply perceive the sustainable fashion is presented along with novel methods for creation by carrying out the composition of pattern and design at the same time.
