이미 합성하여 보고한 1,2-Dihydroxyanthraquinone 유도체(9, 10)에 매우 간편하고 효율적인 방법으로 $-N(CH_3)_2,\;-OMe,\;-NH_2,\;-COOH,\;-CHClC(O)NH_2,\;-CHClCH_2OH,\;-CHClC(O)CH_3$ 등이 붙은 여러 종류의 새로운 Morindaparvin A(2~8)의 유도체를 합성하였다. A simple and efficient synthesis of new kind of Morindaparvin A derivatives (2~8) containing $-N(CH_3)_2,\;-OMe,\;-NH_2,\;-COOH,\;-CHClC(O)NH_2,\;-CHClCH_2OH\;and\;-CHClC(O)CH_3$ was completed with the reported 1,2-dihydroxyanthraquinone derivatives (9, 10).
Synthesis of New Anthracyline Derivatives Containg Acetylsalicyclic or Palmitic Acid Moiety.

The potential anticancer agents new anthracycline derivatives (2~9) have been synthesized from daunomycin (1a) and doxorubicin (1b) ad starting materials. Compounds 2 and 6 were prepared by the nucleophilic displacement type esterification of a 14-bromodaunomycin (1c) with a acetylsalicylic and palmitic acid in triethylamine, respectively. Compound 3 and 7 were obtained from daunomycin (1a) by direct amidation with the corresponding acids in the presence of EDCI and PP as esterification regents. Whereas 4 and 8 were prepared by reaction of doxorubicin (1b) with one equivalent of acetylsalicylic and palmitic acid using DCC/DMAP, respectively, 5 and 9 were obtained from 1b by acylation with two equivalents of the corresponding acids using EDCI/PP reagents.

The potential anticancer agents, new anthracycline analogues (2-9) have been synthesized from the glycosides daunomycin (1a) and doxorubicin (1b). Compounds 2 and 6 were prepared by nucleophilic displacement esterification of a 14-bromodauomycin(1c) with sodium or potassium salts of butyric and all trans retinoic acid, respectively. Compounds 3 and 7 were obtained from daunomycin (1a) by direct amidation with a butyric and all trans retinoic acid in the presence of EDCI and PP, respectively. Compounds 4 and 8 were obtained from doxorubicin (1b) by reaction with the corresponding acids in the same manner. Compounds 5 and 9 were prepared from doxorubicin (1b) by acylation with two equivalents of the corresponding acids under the same reaction conditions.

항암항생제 Danuorubicin(1b)의 aglycone인 daunomycinone의 전이물질 6-deoxybisanhydrodaunomycinone(20)의 전 합성이 이루어졌다. 만들어진 enone 화합물 4를 phthalide sulfone 7과 반응시킨 뒤 oxidation과 methylation을 시켜서 anthraquinone 화합물 10을 얻었다. 화합물 10의 benzyl기를 bromination시켜서 얻은 monobromo 화합물 11을 bis(tetrabutylammonium) dichromate로 고리화반응을 시켜서 hydroxyanthraquinone 화합물 16을 얻은 뒤 OH기를 thiophenol로 치환시켰다. sulfide 화합물 17은 phosphate buffer 용액속에서 m-CPBA로써 산화시켜서 anthraquinonyl sulfone 화합물 18을 얻은 뒤 methyl vinyl ketone(19)과 결합시켜서 화합물 20을 얻었다. A brief route for total synthesis of 6-deoxybisanhydrodaunomycinone(20) was described, namely the precursor of the daunomycinone, the aglycone of the anticancer antibiotic daunorubicin (1b). The prepared enone 4 was condensed with phthalide sulfone 7 to afford anthraquinone 10 after oxidation and methylation. The benzylic group of 10 was brominated, and subsequent oxidation with bis(tetrabutylammonium) dichromate followed by cyclization give hydroxyanthraquinone 16, which was displaced with thiophenol. Oxidation of 17 with m-CPBA in phosphate buffer solution afforded anthraquinonyl sulfone 18 which was condensed with methyl vinyl ketone (19) to furnish 20.
직류 가정용 All-in-one 컨버터의 최적 운전 기법

본 논문에서는 직류 수용가용 All-in-one 컨버터의 일반적인 구성 및 제어 방법을 제안한다. PV, ESS, 연료 전지 등의 다양한 분산전원과 연계되는 직류 배전 시스템은 직류 계통과 연계하기 위하여 다수의 직류 컨버터를 요구하며 기본적으로 부하 공급용 컨버터, PV용 컨버터, ESS용 컨버터 등 다수의 컨버터를 구성하여 전력 제어를 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 다수의 컨버터를 대체하여 다수의 출력을 갖는 하나의 컨버터로 전체 시스템의 전력제어가 가능한 다채널 컨버터를 적용하였다. 하나의 제어기를 사용하여 전체 입/출력에 대한 전압/전류 정보를 이용하여 All-in-one 컨버터의 전력 제어를 수행하여 계통 연계 운전 및 독립 운전에서 최적 제어가 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
팽창흑연 복합소재를 이용한 리튬 배터리의 화재 및 열 폭주 억제 기술에 관한 연구

In the rapidly growing electric vehicle battery market, the fire hazard caused by thermal runaway is an essential problem that needs to be solved. To prevent thermal runaway, many studies are being conducted, such as the development of effective thermal management systems, stabilization of electrolytes, use of new materials and designs for more stable battery manufacturing, and reduction of battery defects through manufacturing process improvements. Expanded graphite can withstand high temperatures, so it is widely used as a non-combustible material and a non-combustible coating compound. Composites prepared using expanded graphite form a thick air layer by the expanded graphite during a fire. As this air layer blocks high-temperature radiant heat generated by the fire, it can be applied as a non-combustible material or a fire and heat resistant material. In this study, a composite material consisting of expanded graphite was manufactured, and experiments were conducted to investigate its effectiveness in suppressing fires and thermal runaway in lithium batteries, utilizing the thermal physical properties of expanded graphite. We verified that this material can be a viable alternative for effectively blocking heat and preventing large-scale fires caused by heat transfer to adjacent batteries and continuous explosions.
