DR 부가시 Push-Push 유전체공진기 발진기 출력향상에 관한 분석

In this paper, output power improvement of Push-Push FET DRO adding an identical DR has been analyzed using the electrical characteristics of DR located between two microstrip lines. In this analysis, the DR located between two microstrip lines locks the phase difference of two FET's output at 180˚ and improves the output power of Push-Push DRO. Since this effect can be used for correction the impedance difference between two FET's output circuit and the electrical length error of the power combiner at the output circuit of Push-push DRO, which may occur when fabricate the oscillator, the Push-Push DRO with an additional DR can be a useful structure for fabricating oscillator.
대기업의 1·2차 협력사 간의 사회적 자본 형성이 1차 협력사의 동반성장 의지와 기업성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 동반성장을 대기업과 1차 협력사의 관점에서 확대하여 대기업의 1·2차 협력사 간 사회적 자본 형성이 1차 협력사의 동반성장 의지와 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 국내 109개 1차 협력사의 설문자료를 분석한 결과, 1·2차 협력사 간의 인지적 및 관계적 사회자본은 1차 협력사의 동반성장 의지에 영향을 미치며, 동반성장 의지는 1차 협력사의 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 자본 중 인지적 사회자본이 동반성장 의지에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 1·2차 협력사가 목표와 이해를 공유할 때 1차 협력사의 동반성장 의지가 강해질 수 있음을 의미한다. This study examined the impact of social capital development between 1st and 2nd tier suppliers on the 1st-tier supplier's willingness of shared growth and performance by extending relationship between the large company and its 1st tier suppliers. Based on the analysis of survey data from 109 1st tier suppliers, we found cognitive and relational social capital between 1st and 2nd tier suppliers affected the 1st-tier supplier's willingness of shared growth which ultimately brought improvement of his/her performance. Among three elements of social capital, cognitive social capital most impacted willingness of shared growth, which implied the 1st-tier supplier's willingness of shared growth strongly increased when the 1st and 2nd tier suppliers share their goals and interests.
Recessed-gate 4H-SiC MESFET의 DC특성에 관한 연구

DC characteristics of recessed gate 4H-SiC MESFET were investigated using the device/circuit simulation tool, PISCES. Results of theoretical calculation were compared with the experimental data for the extraction of modeling parameters which were implemented for the prediction of DC and gate leakage characteristics at high temperatures. The current-voltage analysis using a fixed mobility model revealed that the short channel effect is influenced by the defects in SiC. The incomplete ionization models are found out significant physical models for an accurate prediction of SiC device performance. Gate leakage is shown to increase with the device operation temperatures and to decrease with the Schottky barrier height of gate metal.
Piezoelectric효과와 열 효과 모델링을 고려한 AlGaN/GaN HFET의 DC 특성

In this paper, we report on the DC characteristics of the AlGaN/GaN HFETs using physical models on piezoelectric and thermal effects. Employing the models was found to be essential for a realistic prediction of the DC current-voltage characteristics of the AlGaN/GaN HFETs. Though use of the implementation of the physical models, peak drain current, transconductance, pinch-off voltage, and most importantly, the negative slope in the current were accurately predicted. The importance of the heat sink effect was demonstrated by the comparison of the DC characteristics of AlGaN/GaN HFETs fabricated from different substrates including sapphire, Si and SiC. Highest peak current was achieved from the device with SiC by an effective suppression of heat sink effect.
국내 · 외 물리치료 환경에 대한 고찰 - WCPT 회원국을 중심으로 -

Purpose : This study reveals the differences of the educational program, laws and specialized affairs permitted to physical therapists around the world and basic data necessary to improve the education and environment of physical therapists according to the analysis of domestic physical therapy. Result : There have been 2249 colleges producing physical therapists and 54 colleges mostly awarding a bachelor degree among 81 countries surveyed of the registered countries in WCPT. The average duration of education is 3.8 years, ranging from at least 2 years to 6 years. 16 countries have no legislation to prevent private practice, providing direct access to physical therapy, private practice and physical therapy in public system. The only examples in contrast to these countries are Togo and Korea. Although the numbers of PT(professional program) of physical therapy all over the world are 2.1 in Asia of the western Pacific, there is no PT in our country, accordingly the lowest in Asia. Conclusion : Domestic level-up college degree by the reorganized educational system for professional development and high-qualified physical therapists is highly needed because of the gap of educational programs between us and other nations. As private practice permitted to physical therapists graduating from 2 or 3 year-college in foreign countries, we also need to allow private practice of physical therapy center to supply good service, based on the legislative amendment and systematic procedures.
전산유체역학을 이용한 용접흄농도 간접적 예측가능성 연구

There are various methods for welding fume control. These methods can be divided into local exhaust system, general ventilation system and integrated control system. With the general ventilation system, we should have a good prediction tool for testing various appropriate control options. But, until now there are not many studies about how to predict the welding fume concentrations. Especially, the prediction of welding fume concentration is not a very easy task because welding fume is the particulate matters. In this study, we tried to measure $CO_2$ concentrations and welding fume concentrations in a small single room with a small ventilation opening. Using commercially available CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software, we tried to predict $CO_2$ concentrations under the exactly same conditions. Then, we tried to compare the numerical $CO_2concentrations$ with the experimental results to know whether we could predict $CO_2$ concentrations. Then we tried to compare $CO_2$ concentrations with experimental welding fume concentrations to know whether we can use the numerical $CO_2concentrations$ to predict the welding fume concentration indirectly.
