        한우 거세우 부분육 및 체형형질 유전모수 추정

        두 개의 형질 사이에 유전상관이 존재하면 제 1의 형질을 선발함으로써 다른 중요한 형질의 간접선발도 가능해 진다. 따라서 부분육 형질 중 선호도가 높은 안심과 등심에 대한 생산량 증대를 위해서 생체 상태에서 부분육과 상관도가 높은 체형형질을 발굴하여 개량함으로써 고가이며 선호도가 높은 안심과 등심 등의 생산량을 높일 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. 분석에 이용한 데이터는 1998~2012년도에(23~53차) 후대검정한 5,001두의 후대검정우 자료이며 조사형질로는 대분할육 10개의 형질과 18개월령 체형형질을 이용하였다. 유전모수 추정은 WOMBAT 6.0 software package를 이용하여 실시하였다. 분석에 이용된 모형은 부분육 중량의 경우 도축일을 범주형 변량으로 도축 전 생체중을 공변량으로 하였으며 체형형질의 경우에는 차수, 출생지 및 검정소를 범주형 변량으로 측정일령을 공변량으로 하였다. 분석 결과 안심, 등심 및 갈비중량의 유전력은 각각 0.53, 0.50 및 0.14로 나타났다. 등심과 안심은 체고, 십자부고 및 곤폭과 유전상관이(0.34~0.53) 비교적 높게 나타났으므로 이러한 체형형질을 간접선발 함으로써 선호되는 부위의 생산량을 늘릴 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. Selection of a trait is possible through selection of another trait if there is a strong genetic correlation between them. For improvement of tenderloin and loin traits, which are difficult to measure in live animals, an indirect selection of body size traits are needed that are highly correlated with them. Analyzed data on primal cuts and body size traits were collected from 5,001 steers of Hanwoo progeny testing program at Hanwoo Improvement Main Center (NACF) between 1998 and 2012. Genetic parameters were estimated using WOMBAT 6.0 software package. Fixed effects of batch, birth location and test station, and a linear covariate of age at testing were fitted in the animal models for body size traits. For primal cut weights, the date at slaughter and live weight were fitted as fixed effect and a linear covariate in the models, respectively. The heritability estimates of the tenderloin, loin and rib were 0.53, 0.50 and 0.14, respectively. Loin and tenderloin was found to be moderately correlated with wither height, hip height, and pelvic width (0.34~0.53). Therefore, it is expected that indirect selection for body size traits might be effective for increasing yield of popular carcass primal cuts.

        The boron-doped conductive diamond electrode(BDD) was used as a working electrode for detection of serotonin, (5-hydroxytryptamine)(SE) in the presence of ascorbic acid(AA) which is mainly contained from vitamin C in human blood. In this study, the cationic polymer film of N,N-dimethylaniline (DMA) was electrochemically deposited on the BDD electrode surface to modify the characteristics of electrode. The PDMA film-coated BDD electrode can separate the oxidation potentials of AA and (SE) which coexist in a homogeneous solution. The selective detection of SE is achieved at the PDMA film-coated BDD electrode in the presence of AA.

        홀스타인 선형심사형질에 대한 유전모수 추정

        The objective of this study was to estimate genetic parameters for 18 linear conformation traits and overall conformation score in Holstein cattle. A total of 376,606 records for type traits were collected from 2001 to 2011 from Korea Animal Improvement Association. The model of estimation of variance components and correlations among lactations using VCE included both fixed effects (herd-year-season and stage of lactation parity-wise) and random effect (animal additive genetic). The estimated heritabilities (h2) for capacity class, such as stature, chest width, body depth, angularity, and body condition score were 0.32, 0.16, 0.27, 0.12, and 0.19, respectively. Rump angle and width from rump class also showed h2 of 0.31 and 0.17, respectively. The heritabilities in udder class were mostly low to medium; in which traits were fore udder attachment (0.13), rear udder height (0.17), udder support (0.11), udder depth (0.33), front teat placement (0.17), front teat length (0.21), and rear teat placement (0.21). For feet and legs composite class, the estimated heritabilities for rear leg set, foot angle, rear leg rear view, and locomotion were 0.12, 0.07, 0.08, and 0.03, respectively. The h2 estimated for overall conformation score was 0.16 in the study. The genetic and environmental variance components estimated from this study would be helpful to change from single lactation animal models to multiple lactation animal models in the national genetic evaluation system for the improvement of linear type traits. Moreover, The breeding values obtained using these variance components would be able to be used in the calculation of Korean type production index (KTPI), udder composite (UDC) and, feet and legs composite (FLC).

        베이지안 네트워크 기반 계층적 CPV 태양광 추적 시스템

        지구 온난화 문제와 화석 연료 양의 한계 때문에 재생 가능한 전력 생산에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 특히 재생 에너지 중 태양광 에너지의 전력 생산 비율은 점차 증가함에 따라 집광형 태양광발전 시스템은 높은 전력 생산량으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 이 시스템은 태양광 중첩률이 높을 때 가장 높은 발전 효율을 내기 때문에 허용 오차 범위가 작은 정밀 태양 추적 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 복잡한 환경에 대응할 수 있는 베이지안 네트워크와 나이브 베이즈 분류기를 이용한 계층적 추적 시스템을 제안한다. 베이지안 네트워크는 불완전하고 불확실한 상황을 모델링 하는데 강력한 모델로 충분한 양의 데이터가 없을 경우에도 도메인 지식을 바탕으로 네트워크를 설계할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 제안하는 계층적 확률 시스템에서는 불확실한 하늘 상황을 9개로 분류하고 모듈형 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 현재 날씨 상황을 추론한다. 또한 나이브 베이즈 분류기를 이용하여 추론된 날씨 상황을 고려한 효율적인 추적 방법을 분류하고 선택한다. 베이지안 네트워크의 유용성을 평가하기 위해 실제 날씨 데이터를 수집하였고 평균 93.9%의 정확도(Accuracy)를 보였다. 또한, 제안하는 시스템과 핀홀 카메라 시스템의 태양광 발전 효율을 비교한 결과 약 16.58%의 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다. The power production using renewable energy is more important because of a limited amount of fossil fuel and the problem of global warming. A concentrative photovoltaic system comes into the spotlight with high energy production, since the rate of power production using solar energy is proliferated. These systems, however, need to sophisticated tracking methods to give the high power production. In this paper, we propose a hierarchical tracking system using modular Bayesian networks and a naive Bayes classifier. The Bayesian networks can respond flexibly in uncertain situations and can be designed by domain knowledge even when the data are not enough. Bayesian network modules infer the weather states which are classified into nine classes. Then, naive Bayes classifier selects the most effective method considering inferred weather states and the system makes a decision using the rules. We collected real weather data for the experiments and the average accuracy of the proposed method is 93.9%. In addition, comparing the photovoltaic efficiency with the pinhole camera system results in improved performance of about 16.58%.

        조선조공예품(朝鮮朝工藝品)에 나타난 기하문(幾何紋)에 대한 연구(硏究)

        The current idea of modern technology is gradually tending to attempt simplification rather than complexity. Accordingly, at the formative nature, it used the formation of brief and clear straight line pursuing the shape. At the decoration, it is going to use mainly the abstract geometrycrest being natural and abbreviated than realistic crest. According to the transition of the modern formation, in our traditional crest pattern, after extracted and classified the geometry-crest and research the formative characteristic to create the situation of utilization to the modern technologic design is seemed to have the sense of making modern individual design in restoring the local peculiar characteristic. In order to the point view, at this manuscript, I investigated geometric crest pattern of those spots, lines, Buddhist cross, symbol of the YEM and YANG, Thunder bolt, Turtel shell and patterns of Turtel shell which showed mainly in those Ornamental patterns on Rice cakes, Wooden blocks, Gold foil, Patterns of Pillow`s side, Ceramic and Turtel shell, in consideration with the significance of utilization as suitable decorative element to the modern technologic formation for its feeling emotion of free, simplicity and wild attraction showing variously the object figured with the geometry-crest showed in the industrial products of Chosun generation. Especially, in the generation of Chousun reign, geometrycrests were figured at material decoration as the formation of basic crest and belt-crest, and the spot-crest are transmitted enough of life emotion for they have good figure and size. Line crest possesse endless variety according to the line`s size, length, direction and space of repeating, Buddhist cross, Turtel shell, Thunder bolt, Symbol of the YEM and YANG. Patterns of Turtel shell are also found that they have the specialized formative elements which could display variously of decorative organization Accordingly, at this essay, I tried to classify and fomalize systematically of the geometry-crest after investigation of the sense of geometric crest, and I classified it according to the object figured. I had investigated the speciality, and tried to make and investigation for the utility of geometry-crest in expressing the instance or utilized modern Korean industrial products. Accordingly I am again recognized the significant value of the geometry crest exposed reign`s industrial products as modern technologic design, and at the point in the chosun of utilization with the view of variety, there need more research and investigation for the element of development to enjoy abundant life by human being. At the point of view, this manuscript, even immatured, would analize and organize our traditional geometric crest which would create the function of future beauty.
