The Infrared-Thermography Technique is widely used for nondestructive evaluation (NDE) of structures due to its convenience. Particularly, various techniques have been tried to detect imperfections such as surface defects and welding defects of steel structures. This paper is a part of a study to detect defects in weld zone in steel structures using Infrared Thermography techniques. Finally, defects were detected by comparing infrared thermal image and surface temperature data of defected area with healthy area.

Recently, the Infrared-Thermography Technique is widely used for nondestructive testing (NDT) of structures due to its convenience. In particular, various techniques have been applied to detect imperfections such as surface defects and welding defects of steel structures. This paper is a part of a study to detect defects in weld zone in steel structures using Infrared Thermography techniques. The temperature on steel structures surface depends on the material and thermal properties such as specific heat, thermal conductivity, and thermal diffusion coefficient. In this study, Infrared thermography technique was used to detect the information on the diagnosis of steel structure in welds. Test specimens were prepared with artificial defects, then the passive and active methods were used to determine damages on the steel structures in welds as well to detect the defects. Finally, defects were observed by comparing infrared thermal image and surface temperature data of defected area with the normal area. Furthermore, the defects were measured using the standard deviation of the temperature corresponding to the weld. For normal weld, the standard deviation of the temperature corresponding to the weld zone was low; although the standard deviation of the weld defects zone was high.

여러 가지 산화상태의 폴리아닐린을 화학적으로 합성하여 FT-IR, UV-Vis, GPC, TG-DTA로 측성 분석하였다. ITO 기관위에 다양한 산화상태의 LEB-PAN/NMP 용액으로 스핀코팅하고, AI 전극을 진공증착하여 단일층 발광다이오드를 제작하고 I-V 특성과 EL 스팩트럼에서 완전환원형인 LEB 함량이 증가할수록 ${\pi}$-${\pi}$* 전이의 장파장이동과 분자 엑시톤 전이 세기가 감소하고 PL과 EL 세기가 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. ITO/LEB/AI 구조의 LED에서 작동 전압은 5V 이었다. 백색광은 단지 폴리아닐린의 환원형 구조에서만 발광하는 것을 확인하였다. Various oxidation states of Polyaniline(PANI) were chemically synthesized, and characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, GPC, TG-DTA, Single layer light emitting diodes(LED) were perpared by spin coating of LEB-PANI solutions which have various oxidation states onto an ITO substrate and subsequent vacuum deposition of aluminum top electrode and then current-voltage characteristics. EL spectrum was investigated It was found that ${\pi}$-${\pi}$* transition were shifled to longer wavelength and molecular excition transition were decreased in the UV-Vis spectra and the intensity of EL and PL were increased as the contents of fully reduced form LEB increased. The turn-on voltage of ITO/LEB/AI structured LED was 5 V. It was found that the white light was emitted only from the phase with reduced epeat unit.
연약지반에 피에조콘시험을 이용한 통계학적 콘계수 산정에 관한 연구

Recently, as the importance of investigation on the soft ground is increasing in Korea, various investigation techniques are being introduced and applied. Particularly, various characteristics of the ground can be distinguished precisely by using Piezocone penetration test. Also, the division of stratum and various results can be acquired, which are depth consistent, through the continuous measurement. Therefore, Piezocone penetration test is being widely used both domestically and in the outside of the country. Therefore, comparative studies based on different test objects should be conducted including characteristics of the site in order to estimate reliable Piezocone factor. Also, in order to utilize the results of Piezocone penetration tests properly, Piezocone factors should be estimated by using the results of Piezocone penetration tests conducted in the domestic sites. In this study, laboratory tests and field tests were performed to find the characteristics of soft ground that are widely distributed around Siwha lake. A comparative analysis of these tests with Piezocone penetration test was performed.
