본 연구의 목적은 다양한 배경의 교사들이 입학사정관제 및 관련 언수에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 조사하여 적합한 연수과정 마련에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하는 것이다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다 첫째, 입학사정관제에 대한 관심이나 인지도, 제도 및 연수 만족도 측면에서는 진학지도 담당/일반계고 교사, 고3 지도 경력 및 연수 경험이 있는 교사, 작은 규모의 지역에 근무하는 교사일수록 놈은 경향이 나타났다. 이러한 집단간 차이에도 불구하고 연수 만족도 항목은 3점대 이하의 낮은 점수를 보였다. 다음으로 입학사정관제에 대한 기대효과 측면에서는 부장교사, 진학지도 담당 교사, 연수 경험이 있거나 작은 규모의 지역에 근무하는 교사일수록 긍정적인 반응을 보였다 마지막으로 연수 내용의 중요도 측면에서는 세 집 단 모두 모든 항목에 대해 중요도를 높게 응답하였으며, 특히 입학사정관 전형의 실제적인 준비와 관련된 내용은 상당히 높은 점수를 보였다. 본 연구의 함의는 다음과 같다 첫째, 연수 만족도가 낮으면서도 연수 내용의 중요도에 대 한 인식이 높다는 점, 연수 경험이 있는 교사들일수록 긍정적인 반응을 보인다는 점에서 교원 연수가 입학사정관제의 안정적 실행에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다고 하겠다. 다음으로 직급, 담당교과, 학교 유형, 근무지 등 다양한 배경에 따라 입학사정관제 및 관련 연수에 대한 인식의 차이를 보인다는 점에서 이들의 세부적인 요구를 반영하여 차별화된 맞춤형 연수 과정이 마련될 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' perception of the admission officer system and teacher training program and to obtain implications for the proper content of the in-service teacher training program. The results can be summarized as follows. First, teachers who are a chief teacher, work at a general high school and in a small-sized region, have experiences of senior class, and have experiences of an in-service training program about an admission officer system showed more positive attitudes to the questions of interest/recognition/satisfaction of an admission officer system and satisfaction of a teacher training program. Even though teachers answered each items differently according to their backgrounds, they were dissatisfied wi th the in-service program of admission officer system. Second, teachers who are a chief teacher, work in a small-sized region, and have experiences of an in-service training program answered more positively to the questions of expected effects about an admission officer system, They agreed that the admission officer system could select qualified and potential students, but all the other effects would be limited. Third, in the questions of importance of training content, all the teachers answered with high scores in all the sub-items of an in-service training program. Especially, the content related to practical preparation of college admission showed the highest score. Based on these results, the study suggests constructing the proper in-service teacher training for teachers' understanding of an admission officer system as follows. First of all, in order to stabilize an admission officer system, in-service teacher training should be sustained and strengthened considering the fact that training satisfaction scored low, while significance of training content scored high and the teachers who have training experiences showed positive response. Next, an in-service teacher training program should consist of diverse content that can meet the diverse needs of teachers.

본 논문에서는 국내 도서관의 한자검색의 문제점에 대해 집중적으로 분석해 보았으며, 특히 간체자와 이체자의 문제점에 대하여 유니코드와 관련시켜 해결방안을 모색해 보았다. 간체자와 이체자를 정자로 인식하지 못 하는 문제점이 나타나는데 이는 매핑테이블을 이용하여 해결할 수 있을 것이다.

사회과 법교육에 있어서 국제법 교육의 실태와 대안 탐색에 관한 연구

본 연구는 고등학교 사회과 법 교육에서 다루어지고 있는 국제법 교육(international law related education)의 실태와 문제점을 사회과 교과서 분석을 통해 규명해 보고 그 대안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 현재 제7차 교육과정 고등학교 사회과 교과서의 국제법 관련 부문은 국제법의 의미와 현실적 한계를 거론하는 수준에서 매우 제한적으로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 고등학교 사회과 법 교육 영역의 국제법 관련 교육에 대한 보완 및 개선방안이 필요한데, 그 대안적 방법으로 독립된 별도의 국제법 단원을 구성하는 방안을 제안하였다. 국제법 단원은, 개인, 국가, 국제 사회의 수준에서, 과거(국제법의 형성 및 발전과정)와 미래(국제법의 가능성과 전망, 발전 방향)의 시간적 측면을 고려하여, 지식, 이해, 태도(실천)의 발달을 도모할 수 있는 교과 구성이 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해 학습자의 법의식 발달을 자극할 수 있는 구체적이고 현실적이며 맥락적인 사례 연구 방법이 도입되어야 한다. As globalization became inevitable, building of world citizenship has developed into one of the most important issues in social studies. Thus, in order to accomplish this goal, it is necessary to reinforce the international law-related education in social studies, which is abided by the global community. Currently, the international law-related education in Korean social studies field falls short of the world standard. There are not enough contents related to the international law in law-related textbooks, and also, even those contents are written with narrow-minded points of view which in turn make it difficult to understand the international law. Therefore, the international law-related education has to improve and to do so, there have to be independent chapters in textbooks of the social studies. These international law chapters have to provide correct understanding of the international law and make possible for building one's ability to behave correctly, by including various international law-related case studies.
