Advanced Countries make efforts to develop the concept of Capability-Based NCW and have built the defense power by using the AF that is the common language. MND also makes efforts to develop defense EA through MND-AF for NCW approach. however, it seems to be very difficult to develop Capability-Based NCW without RTM based framework of integrated capability. The purpose of this paper is to make “The RTM Based EA2I Framework” which composed of Organization, Operation, Function, Integrated Capability, System, and Resource with force operating view and force developing view EA. This framework contains the concept of Alignment, Integration, Interoperability, Transition Plan, and Products. 최근 선진국은 능력기반의 NCW 개념을 정립하고 공통언어인 아키텍처 프레임워크를 활용하여 국방력을 건설 중이다. 한국군도 NCW 접근을 위해 MND-AF를 이용하여 EA 구축에 노력하고 있으나, 능력을 중심으로 복잡한 주요 영역간 관계를 논리적으로 설명하고, AF의 사상을 포함하여 전환계획과 산출물을 제시한 프레임워크가 부재하다. 따라서 본 논문에서 EA 사상아래 조직, 작전, 기능, 통합능력, 체계, 자원, 전략 등 주요 NCW 구성요소들을 통합능력을 중심으로 프레임워크내에 정의하여 복잡한 그들간의 연관관계를 함께 산출물로 제시하므로서 구성요소간의 정렬, 통합 및 상호운용성이 가능하게 하고, 현재의 전력운용 관점과 미래의 전력개발 관점을 동시에 포함하여 전환계획이 가능한 RTM기반 EA2I프레임워크를 제안한다.

As the aging of the population progresses rapidly in recent years, patients with chronic arthritis such as degenerative arthritis in the elderly are increasing. This has increased the interest and demand for phototherapy unit, infrared home use, and there is a need for a performance evaluation method to ensure the safety of phototherapy unit, infrared home use with the aim of alleviating pain. In this study, performance evaluation items are studied based on contents such as International Electronical Commission (IEC) 60601-2-57, 62471 and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
Transition from Pemphigus Foliaceus to Pemphigus Vulgaris: Case Report with Literature Review

Moreover, the development of PV in a patient with PF is much more unusual than that of PF in a patient with PV. We report a 48-year-old man who presented with cutaneous lesions showing the typical clinical and histological features of PF. Five years later, his skin lesions became extensive and he developed oral erosions. His condition did not respond well to steroids and azathioprine. Histological examination of a vesicle disclosed suprabasal acantholysis in contrast to the subcorneal acantholysis discovered upon initial histological evaluation. Indirect immunofluorescence revealed IgG antikeratinocyte cell surface antibodies at a titer of 1:640. The titer was 1:160 at initial diagnosis. Upon immunoblotting, the patient's serum reacted with 130 kiloDalton (kDa) and 160 kDa proteins, suggesting desmoglein (Dsg) 3 and 1, respectively. Effect of length of alkyl chain consisting of fluorine and carbon in self-assembled monolayers

All-solid-state lithium batteries (ASSBs) using inorganic sulfide-based solid electrolytes are considered prospective alternativesto existing liquid electrolyte-based batteries owing to benefits such as non-flammability. However, it is difficult to form afavorable solid-solid interface among electrode constituents because all the constituents are solid particles. It is important toform an effective electron conduction network in composite cathode while increasing utilization of active materials and notblocking the lithium ion path, resulting in excellent cell performance. In this study, a mixture of fibrous VGCF and sphericalnano-sized Super P was used to improve rate performance by fabricating valid conduction paths in composite cathodes. Then,composite cathodes of ASSBs containing 70% and 80% active materials (LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2) were prepared by a solutionbasedprocess to achieve uniform dispersion of the electrode components in the slurry. We investigated the influence of binarycarbon additives in the cathode of all-solid-state batteries to improve rate performance by constructing an effective electronconduction network.
