        方藥合編 皮膚外科 處方에 대한 分析

        Subjects : We tried to analysis dermatosurgical prescriptions including 477 WonBang(元方) prescriptions for SangJungHaTong(上中下統) introduced by HwangDoYeon(黃道淵). Methods : Prescriptions in BangYakHapPyun(方藥合編) is generally categorized into SangTong(上統), JungTong(中統), HaTong(下統) which are called PoJe(補劑), HwaJe(和劑), KongJe(功劑) respectively. This study classified and analyzed major diseases and symptoms appeared in dermatosurgical prescription and composition of medicine, as well as in BangYakHapPyun(方藥合編). Results and conclusions : The results of examining dermatosurgical prescriptions in WonBang(元方) of SangJungHaTong(上中下統) in BangYakHapPyun(方藥合編) are as follows; 1. The proportion of dematosurgical prescriptions was SangTong(上統) $\frac{10}{126}$(7.9$\%$). JungTong(中統) $\frac{22}{181}$(12.1$\%$), and HaTong(下統) $\frac{16}{163}$(9.8$\%$), which means that JungTong(中統)(HwaJe 和劑) takes up relatively the largest portion. 2. As for SangTong(上統), upper level herbs used in medicine are Glycyrrhiza uralensis(甘草), Paeonia japonica(白芍藥), Angelica gigas(當歸). Astragalus membranaceus(황기). Ginseng(人蔘), Poria cocos(복령), Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma(白朮). Cinnamon(肉桂), Rehmaniniae radix preparat(熱地黃). And these herbs are the components of Sipjundaebo-tang(十全大補湯), one of the most well-known medicine for weak energy and blood(補氣血). 3. As for JungTong(中統), in addition to medicine for weak energy and blood. Ledebouriella seseloides(防風) that removes ill elements on skin surface and Pung(風) called "wind". Limonium tetragonum(桔梗) that eliminates discharges and sputum, Angelica dahurica(白芷) that removes discharge and suppress tumor are applied. Other herbs are Ostericum koreanum(羌活). Skullcap(황령),Schizonepeta tenuifolia(荊芥), Aurantii fructus(地殼), Cimicifuga heracleifolia(升麻), Bupleurum falcatum(柴胡), Lonicerae flos(金銀花). These herbs are more effective for wind-calming treatment. cooling down fever, clearing skin irritation, detoxication. removal of tumor and discharge than replenishing energy and blood. 4. As for HaTong(下統), Angelica gigas(當歸) and Ledebouriella seseloides(防風), the two major herbs for SangTong(上統) and JungTong(中統), are mostly used. In addition, Skullcap(黃芩), Gardenia jasminoides(梔子), Eisenia bicyclis(大黃) are other major components and their key efficacy is to lower fever and KongHa(功下). 5. Herbs applied for SangTong(上統), JungTong(中統), and HaTong(下統) in large quantity are Glycyrrhiza uralensis(甘草) that harmoniously combine different herbal elements and Poria cocos(복령) that discharges humidity and watery elements out of body, removes humid and hot elements, and strengthen gastrointestinal system. Based on this, it is inferred that prescriptions for this study focus largely on treatment of humid and hot elements. In the composition of this prescription, Angelica gigas(當歸), Paeonia japonica(白芍藥), and Cnidium officinale(川芎) are taking up relatively large proportion, which are basic herbs for Samul-tang(四物湯). Therefore, it is incurred here that the concept of "replenishing blood" bears importance in dermatosurgical treatment. 6. As for herb medicines used for more than two types of prescriptions of SangTong(上統), JungTong(中統), and HaTong(下統), most of them are simultaneously used for SangTong(上統) and JungTong(中統), or for JungTong(中統), and HaTong(下統) except for Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma(白朮) and Gleditsia sinensis(조각자). This finding implies that prescription or treatment that are simultaneously applied are replenishing and harmonizing, or harmonizing and attacking while replenishing and attacking never go together.

        억간산가미방(抑肝散加味方) 투여(投與)와 구치료(灸治療)를 위주로 한 포륜진도(胞輪振跳) 치험2례(治驗2例)

        Objectives : This study was performed to report two cases of improved hemifacial spasm by herbal remedy and moxa-treatment. Methods : This study calendered the improvements of symptoms of two patients with hemifacial spasm who visited the author's clinic. Ukgansangamibang(抑肝散加味方) and moxa-treatment on chung-wan(CV12) were prescribed to the patients concerned due to their antipathy against acupuncture treatment. Results : Significant improvements were observered from both patients not only for hemifacial spasm but neuropsychosis-related symptoms Conclusion : The study shows remarkable results of the efficacy of herb remedy and moxa-treatment, for the treatment of hemifacial spasm , however the cases investigated in this study were only two(2). Therefore, more studies should be followed to support the efficacy of Oriental Medicine for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.

        Mouse cell에서 선방활명음(仙方活命飮)의 항산화작용과 항알러지 및 항염증 효과

        Background and Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-oxidant, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory ability of the Taglisodog-eum(SHE) extract on the RAW 264.7 and EL4 cells Materials and Methods : Three types of experiments were implemented for this study: first, the experiment to study the anti-oxidant effect of SHE using Riboflavin; second, in vitro experiment to investigate the inhibition of Th 2 cell differentiation by SHE using EL4 cells (IL-4 mRNA expression); third, the suppression of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation using RAW 264.7 cells (iNOS and COX-2 mRNA expression). Results : The anti-oxidant ability of SHE were dose-dependantly increased. From in vitro, the LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 mRNA expression were dose-dependantly decreased in the RAW264.7 cells treated with SHE and the PMA-induced IL-4 mRNA expression were also dose-dependantly decreased in EL4 cells. $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation was suppressed, and iNOS & COX-2 production were inhibited by SHE Conclusion : The results suggest that SHE has dose-dependant anti-oxidant ability, and has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects through the suppression of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation and the inhibition of Th 2 cell differentiation.

        주의 기반 시각정보처리체계 시스템 구현을 위한 스테레오 영상의 변위도를 이용한 새로운 특징맵 구성 및 통합 방법

        인간의 시각 주의 시스템은 주어진 시각장면을 모두 다 처리하기보다는 주의가 집중되는 일정한 작은 영역들을 순간적으로 선택하여 그 부분만을 순차적으로 처리함으로써 복잡한 시각장면을 단순화시켜 쉽게 분석할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주의 기반 시각정보 처리체계 시스템 구현을 위한 새로운 특징맵 구성 및 통합 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 시각특징으로서 색상, 명도, 방위, 형태 외에 2개의 스테레오 영상 쌍으로부터 얻을 수 있는 깊이 정보를 추가하여 사용하였다. 실험결과를 통해 깊이 정보를 사용함으로써 주의 영역의 정탐지율이 개선됨을 확인하였다. Human visual attention system has a remarkable ability to interpret complex scenes with the ease and simplicity by selecting or focusing on a small region of visual field without scanning the whole images. In this paper, a novel feature map generation and integration method for attention based visual information processing system is proposed. The depth information obtained from a stereo pair of images is exploited as one of spatial visual features to form a set of topographic feature maps in our approach. Comparative experiments show that correct detection rate of visual attention regions improves by utilizing depth feature compared to the case of not using depth feature.

        특징기반 주의 모듈을 사용하는 CMOS 디지털 이미지 센서

        본 논문에서는 A/D 변환기, 모션 예측 회로와 ROI(Region of Interest) 탐지를 위한 주의 모듈로 구성된 CMOS 디지털 이미지 센서를 소개한다. 현재 논문에서 제시하고 있는 이미지 센서의 A/D 변환기와 모션 예측 기능은 하드웨어인 $0.6{\mu}m$의 CMOS 프로세싱 회로(processing circuit)로 구현되어 있으며, ROI 탐지는 주의 모듈로서 소프트웨어로 구현되어 있다. 현재의 이미지 센서는 명암도의 변화에 반응하며, 모션을 예측하기 위해 시간정보를 사용하기 때문에 이미지 센서의 응용분야는 한정되어 있다. 센서라는 본래의 특징을 가지게 하면서 이의 응용분야를 확장하기 위하여 정지영상 및 동영상을 위한 특징기반 주의 모듈을 사용하여 이미지 센서에 인지기능을 부여하고자 한다. 이러한 접근법을 통해 이미지 센서는 모션이 예측되지 않다거나 명암도 변화가 감지되지 않을 경우에도 부가적인 기능을 할 수 있다. 실험결과를 통해 현재 구현된 이미지 센서의 효율성 및 다양한 분야로의 확장가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, a CMOS digital image sensor, which consists of A/D conversion, motion estimation circuits, and an attention module for ROI (Region of Interest) detection is presented. The functions of A/D conversion and motion estimation are implemented by $0.6{\mu}m$ CMOS processing circuit as hardware, and the attention module is implemented outside the circuit as software currently. Attention modules are taken to improve limited applications of the smart image sensor. The current smart image sensor responses to the changes of intensity, and uses the integration time to estimate motion. Therefore it is limited in its applications. To make up for inherent property of the sensor from circuit design and extend its applications we decide to introduce perception solutions to the image sensor. Attention modules for still and moving images are employed to achieve such purposes. The suggested approach makes the smart image sensor available with additional functions for such cases that motion estimation or intensity changes are not observed. Experimental result shows the usefulness and extension of the image sensor.

        고온 스트레스를 받은 밀 엽록체에서 광합성능과 엽록소 형광의 관계

        Correlative changes between photosynthetic O_2 exchange rates and room temperature Chl fluorescence were investigated in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) chloroplasts treated with high temperature for 5 min. With increaseing treatment temperature, photosynthetis O_2 evolution rate mediated by PSⅡ was decreased, showing 50% inhibition at 38℃ (Ⅰ_50). But PSⅠ activity measured by O_2 uptake rates was stimulated as a function of increasing temperature. Dark level fluorescence (Fo)-temperature (T) analysis showed that florescence rising temperature( T_r), critical temperature (T_c), and peak temperature (T_p) was 38, 43, and 52℃, respectively. Quenching analysis of Chi fluorescnece showed that both the oxidized fraction of plastoquinone (qQ) and the degree of thylakoid membrane energization (qNP) increased up to 40℃ and then declined dramatically. These results suggest that T_r is correlated with temperature showing a 50% inhibition of photosynthesis and under mild high temperature stress, qNP is worth regarding as indicator for heat-induced damage of photosynthesis.

        일반적으로 아파트 분양을 실시 할 때 고객들을 끌어 모으기 위해 목 좋은 곳에 모델하우스를 건설하여 경쟁을 벌이는 모습을 흔히 볼 수 있었다. 하지만 이 모델하우스를 짓기 위하여 엄청난 거액의 돈을 들여 완공시킨 후 분양이 다 끝나면 부수기 마련이다. 또한 모델하우스의 유지비만 해도 엄청나게 비용이 많이 든다. 이러한 방법 보다는 사이버 모델하우스를 제작 하여 주택 수요자들에게 보여주는 것이 비용 절감에 도움이 된다. 기존 건축물 모델하우스를 뛰어넘는 3D 모델하우스를 제작하여 모델하우스의 평형 구조, 인테리어 가구, 소품 등의 정보를 사용자에게 제공한다. In general when an apartment is selling, we can easily find a competition between construction’s companies. They build to model houses in good place to attract customers. However, the model houses which were built as a large amount money are destroyed after sale of apartment. In addition, they have to spend a lot of money for maintenance fund of model houses. If they make cyber-model houses, they will save their money. The cyber-model houses which are 3D and better than existing model houses can offer information of parallel structure, interior and furnitures about apartment to customers.

        A great quantity of dredged soil generation through rise of depth of water due to movement of soil and continual maintenance of depth of water is expected. Because lots of soils due to urbanization of inland area are flowing into the mouth of the river, there are many troubles in an estuary harbor. In case of open sea dumping, legal regulation due to importance of environmental conservation and high cost for coastal reclamation raise difficulties in dumping dredged soil. Therefore, lack of dumping area is becoming an issue and construction of dumping area is in trouble. Also, it is necessary to protect local resident's life by fast construction and molding work because a bad smell and a harmful insects occurs in case of dredging deposits in harbor.
