웨어러블 디바이스가 새로운 IT 성장동력으로 기대를 모으며, 웰빙과 헬스케어에 대한 니즈가 증대되는 가운데, 건강정보를 측정, 조회해주는 손목 착용형 헬스 디바이스인 헬스밴드에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 어떤 사용자가 어떤 헬스밴드를 원하는가에 대한 답을 얻는 것이다. 이를 위해 인구통계학적 문항, 운동-라이프스타일, 헬스밴드사용경험, 디자인, UI/GUI, 기능에 걸친 총 26개 문항으로 구성된 온라인 설문을 작성, 252명에게서 설문을 얻어, 교차분석 및 카이검정, 평균비교 및 분산분석 등의 통계를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 2~30대 젊은층은 matrix 디스플레이를 채택한 밴드형 디바이스를 원하며, 여성은 남성에 비해 복잡하고 화려한 외형과 UI화면에 더 수용적이다. 단순한 외형을 원하는 사람은 심플한 UI화면을 선호하고, 그 반대도 성립된다. 50대 이상은 그 이전세대에 비해 화려한 외형에 더 수용적이다. 여성은 디자인에 있어서 단순한 쪽으로든 화려한 쪽으로든 확실한 선호 태도를 보인다. 분석 결과, 연령대와 성별과 같은 인구통계학적 변수는 헬스밴드의 특성을 결정하는데 의미있는 변수였으나, 운동정도나 운동유형과 같은 운동-라이프스타일 변수는 예상과 달리 예측력이 약했음을 알 수 있었다. 사용자 유형에 따른 차별화된 헬스밴드 디자인 컨셉 수립 등의 연구결과 활용이 기대된다. Wearable devices are expected to be the new IT growth engine. With the increased demand for better health care and well-being, so are the interest in wrist worn devices that measures and monitors personal health information. The purpose of this research is to understand who wants which health band. An online survey composed of 26 questions in 6 categories: demographic factors, exercise-lifestyle, user experience of health band, design, UI/UX, and Functions. 252 samples were gathered and analyzed using cross-tabulation, Chi-test, mean comparison, and ANOVA. The finding states: Younger people (Twenties and Thirties) prefer band types with a matrix display. Women prefer more flashy and fancier designs than man. Most people like simple designs with an easy to read UI screen. Seniors in their fifties and over are more acceptable to flashy styles compared to the younger users. Women shows a more resolute preference in design than man. Demographic factors such as gender and age group are strong factors in determining the type of health band designs. However, exercise-lifestyle factors such as exercise intensity and type of exercise are not a meaningful factors in determining the type of health bands. This Study can be utilized to differentiate the type of health band designs concepts according to the user demographics.

자율신경계(autonomic nervous system, ANS)는 말초신경계통에 속하는 신경계로 우리 몸속의 장기와 심장, 외분비샘, 내분비샘을 통제하여 몸의 환경을 일정하게 유지하는 역할을 한다. 신체의 상태를 비침습(non-invasive)적으로 판단하기 위한 방법으로 심박변이도(heart rate variability) 측정 방법을 이용하여 자율신경계와의 관계성을 확인하고 체내 항상성(homeostasis) 유지능력을 판단할 수 있다.

Non-invasive auricular vagus nerve electrical stimulation is suitable for diseases with high drug dependence and convenient in terms of usability. Vagus nerve electric stimulation uses biphasic current pulse to directly perform electrical stimulation on the epidermis of the body, each parameter for implementing stimulation was reviewed and a circuit module was studied.
瀉血이 家兎各組織內 水分 및 電解質 分布狀態에 미치는 影響

Ninety rabbits were divided into 3 groups in order to study the effects of blood letting on water and electrolytes distribution in various tissues. group 1. control, 30 rabbits group 2. 20cc of blood letted, 30 rabbits group 3. 40cc of blood le tted, 30 rabbits The blood was depleted slowly by cardiac puncture. After 15 hours bloodletting the animals were killed and liver, kidney, intestine, spleen, skeletal muscle and heart were taken out to determine the contents of water, sodium, potassium and chloride. Water content was determined by drying method in 100°C oven until the weight remained constant. Sodium and potassuim were analyzed by means of Baird flame photometer. Serum chloride was analyzed after Schales and Schales, while tissue chloride after van Slyke. The results of this investigation were as follows. 1) Sodium was decreased remarkably in serum, while the changes in potassium and chloride were not significant. 2) Sodium and potassium were decreased, but chloride and chloride space were increased in liver. 3) Sodium and sodium space were increased and potassuim was inversely decreased in Kidney. 4) In intestine, water, sodium, potassium, chloride, extracellular spaces and total Na^(+) + k^(+)were inclusively decreased. 5) Sodium, potassium and chloride in spleen were decreased, but water content was not changed. 6) In skeletal muscle tissue, sodium and sodium space were decreased significantly, while others were not changed remarkably. 7) Decrease of potassium was siginficant in cardiac muscle. In general the changes of electrolytes contents were more remarkable in the animals 40cc of blood letted than in the animals 20cc of blood letted, and tissue water was not changed except in intestine.
