Rotator cuff tear is a common musculoskeletal disease that often requires surgical repair. Despite of recent advances in surgical techniques, the re-tear rate of the rotator cuff tendon is very high. In this study, a platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB)-immobilized asymmetrically porous membrane was fabricated to investigate the feasibility for enhancing rotator cuff tendon regeneration through the membrane. PDGF-BB is recognized to promote tendon regeneration. The asymmetrically porous membrane was fabricated by polycaprolactone and Pluronic F127 using an immersion precipitation technique, which can allow selective permeability (preventing scar tissue invasion into defect region but allowing permeation of oxygen/nutrients) and incorporation of bioactive molecules (e.g., PDGF-BB) via heparin binding. The PDGF-BB immobilized on the membrane was released in a sustained manner over 42 days. In an animal study using Sprague-Dawley rats, the PDGF-BB-immobilized membrane group showed significantly greater regeneration of rotator cuff tendon in histological and biomechanical analyses compared with the groups of control (suturing) and membrane without PDGF-BB immobilization. The enhancing regeneration of rotator cuff tendon of the PDGF-BB-immobilized membrane may be caused from the synergistic effect of the asymmetrically porous membrane with unique properties (selective permeability and hydrophilicity) as a scaffold for guided tendon regeneration and PDGF-BB sustainedly released from the membrane.

본 논문에서는 M 개의 전송 안테나를 가진 송신국(source)이 단일 안테나를 가진 R 개의 릴레이(relay)를 이용하여 단일 안테나를 가진 수신국(destination)에 신호를 전송하는 증폭 후 전달(amplify-and-forward, AF) 릴레이 시스템에서의 outage 확률 성능을 살펴본다. 이때, R 개의 릴레이 중에서 수신국에서의 수신 신호에 대한 가장 큰 신호 대 잡음비(signal-to-noise ratio, SNR)를 보장하는 하나의 릴레이를 선택하는 최적 릴레이 선택(best relay selection) 기법이 사용되고, 송신국과 선택된 릴레이 링크에서 송신 maximum-ratio-combining(transmit MRC)이 적용되었을 때의 AF 릴레이 시스템의 outage 확률을 분석한다. 또한, 분석의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 모의실험들을 제공한다. We assume that the source node equips transmit antennas, but only one antenna is equipped at the each node of relay and destination. The outage probabilities are presented when the transmit maximum-ratio-combining (MRC) is used at the source-relay (S-R) links, and the best relay selection, which selects only one relay that contributes the most to the received signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) as active relay, is combined. 대구 지역 문학운동의 역사적 성격과 그 활성화 방법 연구

The pm-pose of this study is to examines literary movement in Daegu district from just after Liberation(1946) to present. And the preceding review in this paper has focused on inquiring into practice different literary coterie magazines and searching for the methods of the more effective activation in district's literature. The literary history of Daegu district is the procedure of conflict, conquest, unification between pure aesthetics and participation in the realities of life. The features of these literary movement means various tendency of coteries. But the characteristics of historical literary movement in Daegu leans toward pure literature. After puting into effect a self-governing body in 1990's, there are many concerns about district's literature. The Korean literary history is indivisible from all works of writers living in their hometown. It is necessary to restore subjectivity and self-respect of writer in Daegu district. At the same time, it is impossible for new evaluation works without studying literature in district systematically. For upbringing district's literature, it is impotent to make new environment developing literary creation in administrative support and cultural policy. The publishing world and organs of public opinion in Daegu district must help writers to create an alive specimen in local literature.
