RAW 264.7 대식세포 내에서 남정목 열매 추출물의 항염증 효과

Objectives This study was designed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of extracts from Ligustrum obtusifolium S. fruits(LOF) in RAW 264.7 Macrophages stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Methods We examined productions of nitric oxide(NO), reactive oxygen species(ROS), inducible isoforms of NO synthase(iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of LOF extracts. In addition, we measured generation of pro-inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α, IL-6). Results Cell viability showed that LOF extracts had no cytotoxicity in Raw 264.7 cells. The treatment with LOF extracts significantly decreased the generation of NO and pro-inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α, IL-6) in LPS-stimulated macrophage cells. Furthermore LOF extracts inhibited intracellular ROS generation dose dependently and reduced the expression of iNOS, COX-2 proteins. Conclusions These results showed that the LOF extracts had an anti-inflammatory effect on LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells. These findings provide scientific support for the use of this Ligustrum obtusifolium S. for inflammatory-related diseases.

Recently, acute toxic liver injury has been reported to be the most common cause of acute hepatitis. We witnessed one case of hepatic injury which suggested drug-induced hepatitis by herbal medication (Gamiyukgunja-tang). This patient, diagnosed cerebral infarction, was treated with herbal medication and physical therapy for improvement of right hemiparesis. In the course of treatment, this patient showed elevation of serum transaminase (ALT 129 IU/L, AST 150 IU/L), alkaline phosphatase (ALP 261 IU/L), and total bilirubin (2.0 IU/L), so we supposed toxic hepatitis by herbal medication. Saenggangeonbi-tang was administered for 8 days, ALT, AST, ALP, total bilirubin decreased within normal limits.

The roles of each employees in service industry are very important because it is labor intensive industry. Thus the employee who offers the services needs intimacy with customers to interact and to satisfy. The service is in intangible, therefore the service quality is known by the service employees. For that reason, the service companies require the employees to express their emotion moderately. On account of the customer satisfaction is the core competitiveness of the company, employees were forced to express their emotion according to the manual of the emotional expression which was required by the company. Hence, this study was conducted to find out the influences of the employees' emotional behavior on the job stress and also the influences of the job stress on the Customer Orientation and job commitment. This study was verified by the collected data using survey method. The survey was conducted the employees who work for three different resort in island area. the questionnaire were distributed 410 and collected 383, and 347 were used finally after removing insincere 36 responses. The results are as follows; First, the surface behavior affect job stress positively, internal behavior affect job stress negatively. Second, the job stress affects the Customer Orientation negatively. Third, the job stress affects the job engagement negatively. This study was examined to suggest the effective management of employees who are emotional workers in service industry. The practical implications were suggested in the study.
자동차용 밀폐용기의 수지밀봉을 위한 다이슬라이드식 사출성형 공법에 관한 연구

In this study, die slide injection molding for resin-seal-molding of airtight container should be resolved in the resulting defects. The process variables are optimized by using the L16 orthogonal array and smaller-the-better characteristics of the Taguchi method. The optimum values are confirmed to be similar in 95% confidence and 5% significance level through analysis of variance (ANOVA). And modifying the mold for resin-seal-molding is performed and rusin experiment. In addition, the dimensions of existing products and improved products is analyzed by measuring the degree of improvement through measurement and analysis of actual mold dimensions are compared.

Die slide injection marvelously reduces the cost and time in processing plastic products because they can simplify the conventional process through eliminating additional process. However, this process must resolve some defects like whitening, resin infiltration, blowhole, Resin overflow, etc. In this study, the process parameters of the injection molding are optimized by using the finite element method and Taguchi method, The injection molding analysis is simulated by employing the Moldflow insight 2010 code and the 2nd injection is by adopting the Multi-stage injection code, The process parameters are optimized by using the L16 orthogonal array and smaller-the-better characteristics of the Taguchi method that was used to produce an airtight container (coolant reservoir tank) from polypropylene (PP) plastic material rodanwhile, the optimum values are confirmed to be similar in 95% confidence and 5% significance level through analysis of variance (ANOVA). rooreover, new products and old products were compared by mdasuring the dimensional accuracy, resulting in the improvement of dimensional stability more than 5%.
조직공정성에 대한 구성원의 인식과 조직시민행동 및 혁신행동의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 매개효과

본 연구에서는 조직공정성 지각을 통해 조직지원인식을 적극적으로 관리함으로서 혁신행동과 조직 시민행동 모두를 높일 수 있다는 관점을 바탕으로 연구의 영역을 확대할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다. 또 한 기존의 연구결과들을 기초로 하여 공기업에서도 기존이론들이 확대 적용될 수 있는지의 여부를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직공정성의 하위변수인 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용 공정성 모두 조직지원인식에 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 조직지원인식은 구성원들의 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직지원인식은 구성원들의 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직공정성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에 있어서 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 분배공정성, 절차공정성, 상호작용 공정성은 모두 조직지원인식을 매개하여 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 조직공정성과 혁신행동과의 관계에 있어서 조직지원인식의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 분배공정성은 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 상호작용공정성은 완전매개 역할을 하였으며, 절차공정성은 매개효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, as managing perceived organizational support by considering organizational justice, it has meaning that related study area can be expanded by increasing both innovative behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, in earlier days, Most public enterprises have been privatized for securing competitiveness continuously, it is trying to study existing studies can be also applied to public enterprise or not. Followings are the summarized results of empirical analysis. First, low rank variables of organization fairness, justice of distribution, procedure and interaction, are all showing statically considerable relationship with perceived Organizational Support. Secondly, perceived organizational support has considerable effects on organizational citizenship behavior of members. Thirdly, perceived organizational support has considerable effects on innovative behavior of members. Fourthly, in the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior, after proving mediated effect of perceived organizational support, it is shown all justice of distribution, procedure and interaction have considerable effects on organizational citizenship behavior by mediating perceived organizational support. Fifthly, in the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior, after proving mediated effect of perceived organizational support, it is shown distribution justice has part of medicated effect, interaction justice has perfect mediated effect and procedure justice has no mediated effect.
