가습기살균제 사용에 따른 피해 신청자들의 특성 및 노출평가 오류 영향요인 분석

Objectives: The lung injuries by exposure to the humidifier disinfectants (HDs) were reported in 2011, Korea. For the HD victims, environmental exposure level and clinical diagnosis were conducted to determine the levels of damage by HDs. Methods: The exposure assessment to the HDs from 1st to 4th questionnaire surveys were carried out for 5,245 victims. And the affecting factors of exposure levels were analyzed by characterizing exposure and demographic information. By using of exposure concentration and cumulative time, exposure levels were classified and compared by percentage of clinical diagnosis classes. The high exposure and low clinical diagnosis rating groups, and low exposure and high clinical diagnosis rating groups were analyzed to overcome the limitation of past exposure assessment such as recall bias. Results: Among the all applicants damaged by the humidifier disinfectants, survivors were 4,028 and the dead were 1,217. And male and female were 2,675, and 2,547, respectively. In case of occurrence age of lung disease, under 10 years was majority age group (1,536) and followed by thirties (917). Pregnant women and fetuses were 339 and 439, respectively. And the damages by exposure to the HDs were concentrated on these susceptible populations in groups with low exposure and high clinical diagnosis rating. On the other hand, the groups classified by high exposure and low clinical diagnosis rating were shown different characterization. Conclusions: The questionnaire survey on past exposure may be uncertain due to recall bias. However, the relationship between classified exposure levels and clinical diagnosis ratings might be shown positive correlation if the exposure assessment errors were analyzed and controlled.
방과후 아동의 감성교육 프로그램이 아동의 정서지능과 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향 - 가정환경변인에 따라 -

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the program of emotional education on young children's emotional intelligence and social competency. The questions for research were as follows; 1. What is the effets of the program of emotional education on after-school children's emotional intelligence? Is there any difference by home environmental conditions? 2. What is the effects of the program of emotional education on after school children's social competency? Is ther any difference by home environmental condition? 3. What is the degree of the correlation of the effects of emotional intelligence to social competency by the program of emotional education? The subjects of the study were 47 eight-year-old children consisted of 25 children of K elementary school(the experimental group) located in Seong-dong-ku and 22 children of K elementary school(the comparison group) located in Dong-jak-ku. The results of this study were summarized as follows; 1. The program of emotional education improved after school children's emotional intelligence by home environmental condition. 2. The program of emotional education improved after school children's social competency by home environmental condition. 3. Between the effects of emotional intelligence and social competency by the program of emotional education was high static correlation. 본 연구는 감성교육프로그램의 실시가 아동의 정서지능과 사회적 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이는 아동의 정서지능에 관한 훈련효과가 가정환경변인에 따라 정서지능과 사회적 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝혀보고, 정서지능 및 사회정서 발달을 위한 프로그램의 계발에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하는데 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

Comb-like polysiloxanes with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) and oligo(ethylene oxide)groups (EO) in the side chains were prepared through the hydrosilylation reaction of poly(ethylhydrosiloxane)(PEHS) with 1-allyl-3,5,7,9,11,13,15-heptacyclopentylpentacyclo-[9.5.1.13,9.15,15.17,13] octasiloxane (allyl-CyPOSS)and allyl-functionalized oligo(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ethers. The physical and chemical properties of these polysiloxanes were studied systematically by changing the content of bulky POSS groups and hydrophilic flexible oligo(ethylene oxide) groups with different lengths. For example, the glass transition temperature of the polymer increased with increasing content of POSS side groups, whereas the melting temperature and heat of fusion of the oligo(ethylene oxide) side group decreases. Furthermore, the glass transition temperature and melting temperature increase when the length of the EO group was increased, whereas the decomposition temperature decreased.
