초등교사의 학습조직에 대한 인식 조사

The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers' perceptional level on the learning organization and make suggestions for revitalizing learning organization in elementary schools. In this investigation, 400 elementary school teachers in Kyeonggido were asked to rate the questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows: First, elementary school teachers' perceptional level about belief system and empowerment in school members' characteristics showed that the male teachers, head teachers, the teachers of graduate course, expert teachers were higher than others. Second, elementary school teachers' perceptional level about leadership and organizational structure in the supporting systems showed that the male teachers, expert teachers were higher than others. Third, elementary school teachers' perceptional level about the share and preservation of knowledge in the process of putting the learning into practice showed that expert teachers were higher than others. 본 연구는 초등학교 교사들의 학습조직에 대한 인식의 정도를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 초등학교에서 학습조직을 활성화할 수 있는 방안 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도내 초등학교 교사 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 교사들의 학습조직에 대한 인식의 정도는 구성원 행동특성의 하위요인인 신념체계에서 남교사, 부장교사, 석사학위과정 이상자, 교직경력 11년 이상~20년 이하 교사들이 높았으며, 권한부여 요인에 대한 인식의 정도는 남교사, 부장교사, 경력이 많은 교사일수록 더 높았다. 학교조직의 학습지원체제의 하위 요인인 리더십과 조직구조에 대한 인식의 정 도는 남교사, 부장교사, 경력이 많은 교사일수록 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 의사소통의 경우에는 남교사가 여교사들 보다 더 높게 인식하고 있었다. 학교조직의 학습실천 과정에 대해서는 교사의 학력에 따라 지식공유 및 지식저장에 대한 인식의 차이가 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 학습조직을 활성화하기 위해서는 1) 수평적 학교조직 구조로 전체 구성원의 참여를 보장하는 학습조직 구조 마련 2) 교사 발달단계별 학습지원 체제 3) 학습조직의 실천을 위한 전담 부서의 설치･운영을 제안한다.

초등학교 학급조직에서의 교사 리더십 방향 탐색

최근 교육패러다임의 변화와 더불어 교육조직에서 교사 리더십에 많은 관심을 보이고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 초등학교 학급조직에서 요구되는 교사리더십의 방향 탐색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 선행 연구와 관련 문헌의 분석을 통하여 초등학교 학급조직의 특성을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 학급조직에서 요구되는 교사 리더십의 방향을 제시하였다. 학교조직의 기본 단위인 학급조직은 교수 · 학습조직, 경영조직, 조직화된 무정부 조직, 사회체제로서의 성격을 가지고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 특성을 가진 초등학교 학급조직에서 교사 리더십은 교육의 질을 높이는 데 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인 중의 하나라 할 수 있다. 교사 리더십은 학생, 동료교사. 학교행정가, 학부모 및 지역사회를 대상으로 발휘된다. 학급조직에서 요구되는 교사 리더십은 교수 · 학습조직의 관리자로서의 리더십, 학급경영 전문가로서의 리더십, 학급 공동체 의식의 함양자로서의 리더십, 사회체제 이행자로서의 리더십 등이 요구된다. 이러한 교사 리더십은 교육의 질적 수준 제고와 학습자의 욕구충족을 위해 상호복합적으로 작용하게 된다. The purpose of this study is to suggest the strategies of teacher leadership in an elementary school classroom organization. The method of this study is through theoretical approach. This study describe the character of the elementary school classroom organization and the means of teacher leadership; thereby, suggesting the strategies of teacher leadership in an elementary school classroom setting. Classroom organization is the basic unit of achieving the purpose of education. The classroom organization has the characters as follows: organizations for teaching and learning, management systems, organized anarchies, and social systems. Teacher leadership is the most important factor in heightening the quality of education in a classroom. The teacher’s leadership influences students, teachers, parents, and school administrators. As leaders of education, teachers should exercise leadership as managers of teaching and learning methods, experts of classroom management, cultivators of classroom community spirit, and executors of social systems. These findings will be used as a theoretical basis in building successful teacher leadership in the classroom organization.

유치원 조직의 총체적 질 관리를 위한 변혁적 리더십의 정착 방안 탐색

본 연구는 유치원조직에서의 총체적 질 관리를 위한 변혁적 리더십의 정착 방안탐색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 총체적 질 관리의 의미를 살펴보고, 변혁적 리더십의 본질에 대한 고찰을 통하여 유치원 조직에서의 총체적 질 관리를 위한 변혁적 리더십의 정착 방안을 제시하였다. 연구자는 유치원 조직에서 나타나는 변혁적 리더의 행동 특성으로 비전의 제시, 조직에 대한 헌신, 조직문화 창조, 개인적 배려, 지적 자극, 평생학습에 참여 등을 제시하였다. 또한 총체적 질 관리를 위한 변혁적 리더십을 정착시키기 위한 방안으로는 교육의 질 제고를 위한 교육적 리더십의 발휘, 유치원 조직의 질 개선 문화 형성, 구성원의 참여와 헌신 유도, 고객 중심의 교육, 권한의 위임, 평생학습이 기회 제공, 지속적인 자체 평가를 통한 질 개선 등을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest Kindergarten principal's transformational leadership for the total quality management of kindergarten organization. Must do with kindergarten principal's quality management philosophy about the kindergarten organization for total quality management. This study comes out that major core variables to quality management. That is, transformational leadership based on basis philosophy such as setting up the vision of organization and sharing a goal, constituent's commitment and guide to participation, create of Kindergarten organizational culture, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, participate to life-long education and so on is required. And directions of kindergarten principal's transformational leadership is exhibition of educational leadership, role as leader of organization culture, guide to constituents' participation and commitment, customer centered education, delegation of power, quality improvement through continuous self-estimation etc

다문화가정 학생 적응지원을 위한 학급경영 전략

최근 한국 사회는 급격히 다문화 사회로 전환되고 있다. 이에 따라 증가하고 있는 다문화 가정 학생들의 학교생활 적응을 지원하기 위한 다양한 교육프로그램 운영, 그리고 학교·학급경영 전략의 수립 및 실행이 요구된다. 특히, 실질적인 교육활동이 전개되는 학급 경영전략은 다문화 가정 학생들의 학교 적응 및 개인의 잠재능력 계발에 중요한 요소로 작용하고 있는 것으로 간주된다. 이에 본 연구는 다문화 가정 학생들의 학교생활 적응력을 높이기 위한 학급경영 전략의 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 관련 문헌을 통해서 다문화 가정 학생들이 학교생활에서 겪고 있는 문제점을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 다문화 가정 학생들의 학교생활에서 나타나는 문제는 정체성 혼란, 낮은 학업성취도, 집단 따돌림 등으로 분석되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 구체적인 학급경영 전략으로 소그룹 활동의 활성화, 다문화 체험의 교실환경 구성, 다문화 학습공동체 활동의 전개, 동료 학습 멘토링 제도 도입, 의형제 맺기 활동전개, 따돌림 예방 프로그램운영 등을 제시하였다. Korean society comes into a sharp change in a multi-culture. So, it is necessary to prepare and execute many education programs and management programs for managing classes and schools to assist multi-cultural family students expected to take charge of the future of Korea. Especially, classroom management strategies for doing real educational activities react as an important factor needful to adaptation to schools and development of potential ability. So, the purpose of this study is to suggest the multi-cultural class management strategies to enhance their adaptation to school living. This study analyzed the problems through precedent studies and related literatures that multi-cultural family students suffered from. As a result, the problems found out from multi-cultural family students were identity confusion, low academic achievement, and group alienation. This study presented, as a concrete strategy to solve the problems, activating small group activities, creating classroom environment suitable to experience multi-cultures, activating learning activity communities, introducing peer learning mentoring, developing sworn-brother relationship making activities, and operating alienation prevention programs.

유치원과 보육시설 교사의 자기장학 인식과 수행정도 및 활성화 방안

본 연구는 유치원과 보육시설 교사들의 자기장학의 효과에 대한 인식과 수행 정도, 자기장학을 저해하는 요인, 중점을 두어야 할 자기장학의 분야, 효과적인 자기장학의 방법 등을 밝혀 유아교사들의 자기장학 활성화 방안 제시를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 전남 동부 지역 유치원 교사와 보육교사 320명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 내용은 유아교사들의 자기장학 인식에 관한 5문항, 자기장학 이행에 관한 12문항, 자기장학 활성화에 관한 3문항 등 총 20문항으로 구성되어 있다. 수집된 자료는 백분율, 표준편차, t검증, F검증, chi-square test, Scheffe 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 유아교사들의 자기장학을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 교사들의 업무경감, 보상제도 도입, 학습조직 구축, 유아교육기관의 실정 및 교사발달 수준에 맞는 자기장학 모형개발 등을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out the status of the perception and performance degree on self-supervision of early childhood teachers in the kindergarten or day-care center, and to provide basic data for revitalization of their self-supervision. For this, the investigator conducted a questionnaire survey of 320 early childhood teachers in JeollaNamdo. The result of research and analysis are as follows: First, the early childhood teachers are positive in the self-supervision. Second, they have a high self-supervision performance degree. Third, it is preferable to reduce the heavy work to revitalize the self-supervision.

유아 다문화교육의 현황 및 교육적 지향점

본 연구의 목적은 최근 유아 다문화 연구와 관련 문헌들을 기초로 우리나라 다문화 가정 유아들의 교육 실태를 점검하고 우리 실정에 맞는 유아기 다문화교육에 관한 교육적 대안을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 유아 다문화교육의 현실에 대해 다문화 가정의 현황, 다문화 가정 유아들의 유아 교육기관 적응 실태 및 다문화 가정에 대한 교육지원 현황의 측면에서 고찰하였다. 다문화 가정유아들 이 공통적으로 겪고 있는 문제점은 언어능력의 부족, 외모의 차이에 의한 집단따돌림, 정체성의 혼란, 대인관계 형성의 어려움 등으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 다문화 가정 유아들이 겪고 있는 교육적인 문 제를 해결하기 위한 방안 및 다문화 사회에서의 유아기 다문화교육의 대안을 논의하였다. The objective of this study is to survey education for young children in Korean multicultural families and to make educational proposals for early childhood multicultural education fit for our current situation based on recent research on young children exposed to multiple cultures and related literature. For this purpose, we examined the current state of multicultural education for young children focused on the current situation of multicultural families, multicultural family children s adaptation to early childhood educational institutions, and educational support to multicultural families. Common problems experienced by multicultural family children were low language skills, bullying for difference in appearance, confusion of identity, difficulty in building interpersonal relations, etc. Based on these results, we discussed solutions for educational problems experienced by multicultural family children, and alternatives to early childhood multicultural education in multicultural society.

초등학생이 지각한 교사의 변혁적 리더십, 교사신뢰, 학습동기와의 관계

이 연구는 초등학생이 지각하는 교사의 변혁적 리더십과 교사에 대한 신뢰, 학습동기와의 관계를 알아보고 교사의 변혁적 리더십이 교사신뢰 및 학습동기 형성에 어떻게 작용하는지를 알아봄으로써 교사의 리더십이 교사신뢰 및 학습동기 형성에 얼마나 중요한지를 규명하고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 교사의 변혁적 리더십과 교사신뢰, 학습동기에 대한 선행연구물을 분석하였으며, 전남지역 16개 초등학교에 재학 중인 5, 6학년 581명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생들의 배경변인에 따라 지각하는 교사의 변혁적 리더십, 교사신뢰, 학습동기의 차이는 상황에 따라 다르다. 교사의 변혁적 리더십에 대한 지각의 정도는 학년이 낮을수록, 그리고 여교사 일 때 더 높다. 교사에 대한 신뢰의 정도는 학년이 높을수록, 그리고 여교사일 때 높다. 학습동기의 형성은 과외경험이 있는 학생들이 높다. 둘째, 교사의 변혁적 리더십과 교사에 대한 신뢰 및 학습동기 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있다. 셋째, 교사신뢰를 매개로 한 교사의 변혁적 리더십은 학생의 학습동기에 영향을 미친다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of teacher's transformational leadership, teacher-trust, children's learning motivation perceived by their students. Data were collected from 650 students in 5th and 6th grade from 16 elementary schools in Jellanamdo province. Questionnaire was constructed to assess transformational leadership, trust, motivation. The statistical methods for data analysis were descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and regression analysis with SPSS program. The results were as follows: 1) the differences in teacher's transformational leadership perceived by their students, teacher-trust, learning motivation. There was no difference in teacher's transformational leadership, teacher-trust perceived by their students between the two genders. But there was difference in teacher's transformational leadership, teacher-trust perceived by their students between the graders. And there was difference in learning motivation perceived by their students between out-of-school studies or not. But there was difference in teacher's transformational leadership, teacher-trust perceived by their students between the teacher's two genders. Also there was difference in teacher-trust and learning motivation perceived by their students among the teacher's ages. 2) Teacher's transformational leadership was the strongest predictor for teacher-trust and student's learning motivation. 3) Teacher's transformational leadership had a direct influence on student's learning motivation mediated between with teacher-trust.
