본 논문에서는 OTFT를 기반으로 하는 AMOLED 디스플레이 구현을 위해 두 개의 OTFT와 하나의 캐패시터 그리고 하나의 OLED로 구성된 화소 회로를 설계하였고 그 동작을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. 먼저, 화소 회로를 이론적으로 설계하였고, $32\times32$ AMOLED 패널을 제작하기 위한 화소의 Layout을 설계하고 TFT W/L과 저장 캐패시터의 용량을 설계하였다. 그리고 설계된 화소 회로의 전기적 특성을 분석하기 위해 HSPICE 시뮬레이션 하였다 시뮬레이션 결과 OTFT 기반의 AMOLED 구현 가능성을 확인하였다. In this paper, we designed a pixel circuit for AMOLED display based on organic thin film transistors and analyzed the operation with SPICE simulation. First, we theoretically designed the pixel circuit with the result of layout for fabricating $32\times32$ AMOLED panel, TFT W/L and capacitance of storage capacitor. And we simulated the designed pixel circuit using HSPICE for analyzing electrical performance. As a result of simulation, we identified the possibility of AMOLED display based on OTFTs.

The transcription factor CP2c has been recently validated as an oncogenic protein that can serve as a promising target for anticancer therapy. We have recently documented that a recombinant protein corresponding to the putative DNA-binding region (residues 63-244) of CP2c adopted two different conformers, one of which is dominated by zinc binding. However, in the present study, a longer construct encompassing residues 63-302 appeared to form a single structural domain. This domain could be considered to adopt a functionally relevant fold, as the known specific binding of a dodecapeptide to this protein was evident. Hence, the residues 63-302 region rather than 63-244 can be regarded as a natively folded structural domain of CP2c. In addition, it was confirmed that zinc ions can bind to this putative DNA-binding domain of CP2c, which resulted in reduced stability of the protein. In this context, it is suggested that the mode of action of CP2c would resemble that of tumor suppressor p53.

The OTFTs have become an attractive research field of the electronic nose applications, which develop low cost portable sensing systems by using organic semiconductor. In this paper. we fabricated flexible polymer OTFTs by using solution process. And also, we observed gas sensing properties of fabricated flexible OTFTs with ammonia (NH<sub>3</sub>) gas. The transfer curves of fabricated flexible polymer OTFTs that were continuously measured under exposure of NH<sub>3</sub> gas. In the p-type semiconductor, the measured drain current was decreased, as exposure in the gas was increased. And also, we observed that the channel resistance was linearly changed. Therefore, the fabricated OTFTs are possible for gas sensor device.
