When three systems commonly used for screening(washed platelets suspended in uffer containing Ca2+, washed platelets in buffer without Ca2+and platelet rich plasma) are compared by studying the anti-aggregating capacity of garlic extract, platelet rich plasma was the least sensitive system. The most sensitive assay system, based on the IC50s of garlic extract and 2 other platelet aggregation-inhibiting agents(vitamin K3 and propranolol), was the platelet preparation without Ca2+in the suspension buffer. This system was confirmed as the most sensitive during subsequent investigation of garlic extract's capacity to inhibit platelet ATP release. These results suggest that applying the system with washed platelet without Ca2+is most effective to screen for the anti-affregating capacity of natural food.

In this paper, various motor profiles for motion control of motors are surveyed. The S-curve for motor profile is widely used in the field application, though, this profile has shortcomings that if one intends to suppress the residual vibration he should reduce both starting and arrival jerks of the S-curve, and consequently lengthen seriously total time of S-curve. To overcome the weak point of S-curve, asymmetric S-curve (AS-curve) is suggested and realized with satisfying the constraints. Then, the performance of AS-curve is compared with that of S-curve and reveal to be successful and the application is promising.

본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션에 의하여 R2 MFC 디지탈 수신기의 구성을 위한 알고리즘을 선택하고 평가하였다. 이러한 알고리즘은 CCITT 규정을 만족함을 보여 준다. 또한 PCM 화한 신호를 수신하여 유효한 주파수 성분을 검출할 수 있는 개선된 회로를 디지탈 신호 처리 소자(S2811)를 이용하여 제시하였다. 마이크로컴퓨터 Altair 8800b를 이용하여 시뮬레이션한 결과, 주어진 잡음, 주파수 편이 및 진폭 왜곡 등에 대한 특성이 허용치내에 들어옴을 보여 주었다. An algorithm for the implementation of R2 MFC digital receiver is evaluated using simulated data. The algorithms satisfy the CCITT recommendations. In this paper, our aim is to provide more efficient way of decoding an input in PCM format and detecting the frequency components. The digital signal processor chip (S2811) is suggested to meet these aims Through the software simulation using an Altair 8800b microcomputer, the proposed receiver is shown to have tolerable performance in spite of a given noise, frequency drift, and twist.
