        교회교육을 위한 자기주도적 봉사 캠프 프로그램 개발 및 적용

        교회교육은 단순한 지식 전달이 아닌 신앙의 내면화를 추구한다. 이를 위해 학습자는 학습의 적극적인 주체로서 성경교육을 이끌어가는 자기주도적 학습자로서의 전환이 요구된다. 학습 환경 또한 삶 속에서 성경을 배우고, 느끼고, 성취할 수 있는 학습의 장으로 전환이 요구된다. 이런 맥락에서 본 연구는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 작은교회 청소년 43명을 대상으로 2박 3일 일정으로 진행한 교회학교 계절 성경캠프 프로그램을 자기주도적 봉사활동 프로그램으로 개발 및 적용하였고, 질적조사방법론을 사용하여 프로그램의 효과를 분석하여 교회교육 캠프의 새로운 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높았고, 둘째, 실생활 문제해결을 통하여 학생들 간의 협동심이 고취되었으며, 마지막으로 신앙의 내면화를 위한 촉매제 역할을 했음을 발견했다. 따라서 자기주도적 봉사활동 교회교육 캠프 프로그램은 21세기의 기독교 교회교육 방법의 새로운 대안적 방식으로 고려해볼 만한 가치가 있다고 하겠다. Contemporary Christian educators emphasize that the student has to become not a passive beneficiaries of knowledge, but an active subject for self-directed learner to pursue a Bible training. In addition, learning environments need to be converted into a learning place in which students can learn the principles of the Word, taste its meaning, and apply them into the scene in their lives. This study is to investigate new possibilities of self-directed volunteer camp, developing it as an alternative program for summer retreat and evaluating its effectiveness. According to qualitative research findings. self-directed volunteer camp provide for the youth students to develop their leadership as well as their faith. Especially, the higher effect of self-directed volunteer camp was found on program satisfaction, promoting cooperation through real problem-solving, and internalizing of the faith. Therefore, self-directed volunteer camp for vacation Bible church programs can be expected as an alternative teaching method for church education in the 21st century.

        예비 종교교사를 위한 인공지능 융합 교육역량 요인 구성 연구

        This study aims to provide foundational data for the development of an educational curriculum to enhance the AI-convergence educational competency of prospective religious education teachers through factor analysis. To achieve this, 8 literature reviews were analyzed, extracting 20 factors that could contribute to AI-convergence educational competency. Through open coding and consultation with three experts in Christian education and AI education, these factors were organized into 5 categories consisting of 31 elements. Subsequently, a Delphi survey involving 6 experts led to the final delineation of 5 domains: foundational competency, AI convergence lesson preparation competency, AI convergence lesson execution competency, AI convergence lesson evaluation and reflection competency, and advanced professionalism competency. Basic competency comprised 7 elements, AI convergence lesson preparation competency comprised 6 elements, AI convergence lesson execution competency comprised 7 elements, AI convergence lesson evaluation and reflection competency comprised 5 elements, and advanced professionalism competency comprised 2 elements. Notably, elements corresponding to each factor were differentiated into general, AI, and religious education teacher-specific areas, thus yielding specialized areas tailored for religious educators. It is anticipated that this study will serve as foundational material for constructing AI-convergence education courses for prospective religious education teachers.

      • 한무숙 단편소설에 나타난 여성과 신앙의 관계

        본 연구는 한무숙의 단편소설에 드러난 여성 인물과 신앙의 관계를 분석함으로써 작가가 종교적 소재를 활용해 주제를 형상화하는 방식을 고찰하고자 한다. 천주교 신자였던 한무숙은 자신의 소설에 기독교, 불교, 유교, 무속신앙 등 다양한 종교를 등장시켰다. 한무숙은 그 교리를 다루기보다는 소설 속 인물과 종교가 맺는 관계를 묘사하는 것에 집중했다. 이는 전통과 근대, 운명과 의지, 현실과 이상의 대결로 표현되어 작품의 주제의식과 연관을 맺었다. 이 논문은 한무숙 소설에 여러 차례 나온 광신도상을 비롯해 종교 공간으로 도피하는 인물, 세례를 받고 생을 회고하는 인물 등 한무숙 소설에 나타난 ‘종교적 인간’의 면면을 살피는 한편 공간 묘사와 서사전략에서의 종교적 접근을 들여다본다. 첫째, 「감정이 있는 심연」의 여성 인물들은 작가의 소설에 반복된 기독교적 세계관의 원형을 간직한 존재로, 종교가 가부장제와 결탁하는 예시로 재현된다. 둘째, 「생인손」의 고해성사는 여성 인물이 속죄와 구원을 위해 택하는 발화 행위로, 주체성 회복의 기제로 쓰인다. 셋째, 가의 개인사와 연관을 맺는 후기 소설 「우리 사이 모든 것이」는 신앙은 여성 인물의 치유와 여성 인물 간 공감을 불러일으키는 매개로, 상실의 의미를 재해석하는 서사를 가능하게 한다. 결과적으로 기존 한무숙 연구의 초점이었던 여성작가, 해방·전후 세대 작가로서의 한무숙을 넘어 종교적 세계관으로써 현실을 재구성하고자한 신앙인-작가로서의 한무숙을 조명했다. 작가가 다양한 종교에 대한 이해와 포용을 바탕으로 내놓은 마지막 장편소설 『만남』을 발표하기 이전에 쓴 단편소설들 중 종교적 소재들이 두드러진 작품을 분석해 작가의 양가적 현실인식이 표출되는 방식의 한 형태를 정리했다. By analyzing the relationship between female characters and faith revealed in Hahn Moo-Sook's short stories, this study aims to examine the way the author shapes the religious motifs in her stories. Hahn Moo-Sook, a Catholic, featured various religions in her novel, including Christianity, Buddhism, Confucianism, and shamanism. Rather than dealing with the religiousdoctrine, Hahn Moo-Sook focused on describing the relationship between the novel characters and religious belief. This was expressed as a confrontation between tradition and modernity, fate and will, reality and ideal in her stories. This paper examines the aspects of religious humans in Hahn Moo-Sook's novels, including fanatic images from Hahn Moo-Sook's novels. First, the female characters in The Abyss with Emotions are beings that retain the original Christian worldview repeated in the author's novel, and are reproduced as examples of patriarchy with Christianity. Second, Festered Finger and Everything Between Us, related to the author's personal history, show Catholic motifs to induce cure and empathy between those characters. Among them, confession is an act of utterance that a character chooses for atonement and salvation, and is used as a mechanism for restoring subjectivity. This study shed light on Hahn Moo-sook as a believer-writer who tried to reconstruct reality as a religious view. Among the short stories written before the author released the last full-length novel Encounter based on understanding and inclusion of various religions, religious subjects were analyzed to summarize a form of the author's ambivalent perception of reality.

        에듀테크 기반 플립러닝 교수학습 모형 개발 및 적용

        The Edutech emerging in the education circles in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution places much value on learners’ diversified experiences, departing from the conventional teacher-centered cramming education, and thus, provides for an environment where creative and diversified thinking and learning are encouraged beyond the simple acquisition of knowledge. The purpose of this study is to design and apply the flipped learning or a kind of the learner-centered teaching/learning model and thereby, examine its possibility as an alternative future pedagogic centered about learners to help increase their satisfaction with and their participation and interest in learning. For this purpose, the researcher sampled 41 sophomores of ‘S’ university in Gyeonggi-do who were taking the educational class or ‘Curriculum’, and thereby, applied to them the flipped learning using the Edutech designed and developed by the researcher. As a result of reflective journal, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, it was confirmed that the subjects who had used the flipped learning based on the Edutech scored higher in terms of satisfaction with, participation and interest in the class. Such results may well suggest that the flipped learning using the Edutech would be an effective alternative pedagogic in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

        에듀테크를 활용한 상호작용적 비대면 실시간 수업 설계 및 개발 연구 : 기독교교육과 수업 사례를 중심으로

        This study is a case study in which the interactive non-face-to-face classes using Edutech were applied to the Department of Christian Education. The subjects were 20 students from the Christian education department of A University located in the metropolitan area. The course was 'Instructional Methods and Educational Technology' in the first semester of 2020. In theory, I studied non-face-to-face classes and interaction, and edutech and interaction. Afterward, it designed and developed interactive non-face-to-face classes using edutech. The interactive non-face-to-face classes using edutech were developed as a process of applying Flipped-PBL based interactive edutech. In addition, Edutech was selected for active interaction according to the Flipped-PBL process to be carried out in a non-face-to-face situation. In particular, in the process of developing the problem of PBL, it was built around the situation of the church. As a result of applying the class, first, learners showed high satisfaction and interest in the class. Second, positive transference appeared in the space of learning and the space of living. Third, interactive non-face-to-face classes using Edutech have generated active interaction. In particular, interactive edutech and learning methods have become the main factors enabling active interaction. Through this, learners have improved learning efficiency, immersion, and satisfaction. Also, as an alternative to face-to-face classes, I was able to experience online classes. In other words, the satisfaction and interest of learning, and the transference of learning space, were also possible through active interactions generated through learning methods using interactive Edutech used in class. Furthermore, disabilities in the online communication(Internet) environment and learners' unfamiliarity with the online environment have been found as factors that hinder learning satisfaction and interaction. During learning, obstacles to the online communication environment hinder the utilization of interactive Edutech, preventing active interactions from occurring. This results in diminishing satisfaction and interest in learning. Therefore, we find that designing interactive non-face-to-face classes using Edutech requires sufficient learner learning and checking of the online communication(Internet) environment in advance for Edutech and learning methods. In response, this study confirmed the possibility by applying interactive non-face-to-face classes using Edutech to Christian education classes as an alternative method of education that allows active interaction and consistent transference of learning and life. Although it is a case study with limited duration and limitations of the number of people, I would like to present the possibility as an alternative Christian education method of an era where the direction of online classes should be presented as an alternative to a face-to-face class.

        학습참여동기에 대한 공동체 의식과 부부 친밀감의 상호작용 효과 탐색 : 교회 가정사역 프로그램 참여자를 중심으로

        This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of interaction bewteen a Sense of Community and Marital Intimacy effect on learning participation motive in the church family ministry program. In this study, data from 607 people(male: 302, female: 305) nationwide churches and institutes participating in church family ministry program were collected as analysis targets. The produced results from this study are: First, Emotional connection, one of the Marital Intimacy, has meaningful effect (t=6.087, p<.001) on Continuous motivation, one of the learning participation motive. Second, Membership, one of the Sense of Community, has meaningful effect (t=3.343, p<.001) on Intrinsic motivation, one of the learning participation motive. Third, Influence, one of the Marital Intimacy, has meaningful effect (t=5.358, p<.001) on Extrinsic motivation, one of the learning participation motive.

        대안적 기독교 교육방법으로서의 PBL

        Christianity has influenced as much the Korean educational contents and methods as the society around 70s and 80s. Christian education which was mainly led by missionaries in Korea, however, has remained as it was without adopting to the new trends and changes occurring in the socio-educational environments of the 21st Century. This study, in this context, aimed to examine an alternative Christian educational model which actually reflects the education method of Jesus in the Bible. Considering that Jesus used to make interactive conversations with common folks, listening attentively to their voices rather than proclaiming unilaterally or imposing his own standpoint, it is found that He already used to teach His disciples according to the principle of ' student-centred/ directed learning.' PBL (Problem-Based Learning, hereafter PBL) which is considered as one of the student-centered learning approaches recently, then, was taken to be the alternative Christian education model in this study. And a PBL-based seasonal bible school program was developed and implemented to 65 students of 5th and 6th graders and 15 teachers at 'S' church in Seoul for three days. As for the evaluation of the program, data collected from surveys, interviews and presentation outcomes of the participants were analyzed. The results showed that the PBL-based seasonal bible school was, in terms of the response of the participants, highly satisfactory: All of the students more actively participated in the program, compared with the previously conducted ones, as the teachers in the program and the parents of the students have confirmed in their interviews. In conclusion, PBL can be considered as an alternative approaches to the Christian education, where found are dynamic conversation among the students and the teachers, and the students' active participation to their learning with ownership, just as Jesus in the Bible already has showed us.

        SLC6A18 유전자의 minisatellites 5 (SLC6A18-MS5)의 고혈압과의 관련성 및 진화적 의미

        SLC6A18은 neurotransmitter로서 고혈압과 연관성이 보고 되었고, 유전자 내에 총 8개의 minisatellites가 존재함이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서 8개 minisatellites 중 가장 높은 heterozygosity를 나타내는 SLC6A18-MS5 영역에 대하여 생물정보학적 방법으로 Transfac software를 이용하여 transcription factor binding site를 분석한 결과, Pax4와 HNF4의 binding site를 발견하였다. HNF4는 당뇨병 대사에 관여하는 것으로 고혈압과의 연관성이 있을 것으로 사료된다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 SLC6A18-MS5 영역과 고혈압과의 연관성을 조사하기 위하여, 대조군 301명과 고혈압 환자군 184명의 genomic DNA를 이용하여 대립형질의 패턴을 조사하였다. SLC6A18-MS5의 대립형질 분포와 고혈압은 직접적인 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 높은 heterozygosity를 나타내는 SLC6A18-MS5에 친자확인 및 DNA typing 마커로서의 유용성을 알아보기 위해 20가족의 샘플을 이용하여, 감수분열 후 자손에의 분리 형태를 조사한 결과 부모에게서 자손으로 정확히 전달되는 멘델의 법칙에 의해 분리됨을 확인하였다. 또한 SLC6A18 유전자 내의 minisatellites들의 진화적 관계를 조사한 결과, 인간과 원숭이에서만 보존적으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 intron영역의 minisatellites 분석이 영장류의 비암호화 영역의 중요한 진화 마커로 사용될 수 있음을 나타내어, 영장류 특이적 진화를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. In this study, SLC6A18-MS5 sequence which showed the highest heterozygosity among seven minisatellites was analyzed using the Transfac software, the putative binding sites for the transcription factor Pax4 and HNF4 were discovered as a result. The HNF4 is involved in the diabetes pathway and suggested the relationship to hypertension. Thus, we investigated the putative functional significance of allelic variation in this minisatellites with respect to susceptibility for hypertension. To address this possibility, we analyzed genomic DNA from the blood of 301 hypertension-free controls and 184 cases with hypertension. A statistically significant association was not identified between the allelic distribution of SLC6A18-MS5 and occurrence of hypertension. We then examined the meiotic segregation of SLC6A18-MS5 and it was transmitted following Mendelian inheritance. Therefore, this locus could be useful markers for paternity mapping and DNA fingerprinting. Moreover, we undertook a comprehensive analysis of the genomic sequence to address the evolutionary events of these variable repeats. SLC6A18 minisatellites regions are only conserved in human and primates. This result suggestedthat intronic minisatellites analysis is powerful evolution marker for the non-coding regions in primates and can provide a great insight to the molecular evolution of repeated region in primates.

      • Meiotic role of SWI6 in Saccharomyces Cerevisiae

        The transcript levels of DNA replication genes and some recombination genes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae fluctuate and peak at the G1/S boundary in the mitotic cell cycle. This fluctuation is regulated by MCB(Mlu/cell cycle box) elements which are bound by the DSC1/MBF1 complex consisting of Swi6 and Mbp1. It is also known that some of the MCB-regulated genes are induced by treatment with DNA damaging agents and in meiosis. In this report, the function of △SWI6 in meiosis was investigated. △swi6 cells underwent sporulation as did wild-type cells. However, the deletion mutant cells showed reduced spore viability and lower frequency of recombination. The transcript levels of the recombination genes RAD51 and RAD54, which have MCB elements, were reduced in △swi6 cells. The transcript levels of SW16 itself were also induced and declined in meiosis. Furthermore, an increased dosage of SW16 enhanced the transcript level of the RAD51 gene and also the recombination frequency in meiosis. These results suggest that SW16 enhances the expression level of the recombination genes in meiosis in a dosage-dependent manner, which results in an effect on the frequency of meiotic recombination.
