        FBG 광섬유센서가 내장된 7연 강연선을 이용한 포스트텐션 UHPC 교량의 긴장력 장기모니터링

        이 연구에서는 FBG센서가 내장된 강연선을 포스트텐션 UHPC 교량(길이 11.0m, 폭 5.0m, 높이 0.6m)에 적용하고 약 1년간의 긴장력 장기모니터링 결과를 정리하였다. 그리고 초기 도입 긴장력과 차량재하시험을 통하여 콘크리트 내부 강연선의 긴장력 변화를 계측하고 계측결과에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 이 연구에서 제안하는 콘크리트 내부 긴장력 측정방법이 공영 중인 교량에서 외력으로 인한 콘크리트 내부의 작은 프리스트레스 변화를 효과적으로 측정할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 아울러 장기 계측결과를 이용하여 응력변화에 의한 유효변형률을 정확하게 얻기 위해서는 온도보정에 사용되는 열팽창계수의 선택이 매우 중요함을 알 수 있었다. This paper presents results of one-year monitoring on prestressing force of a 7-wire steel post-tensioning strand which is installed in a UHPC(ultra high performance concrete) bridge with 11.0 m long, 5.0 m wide, and 0.6 m high by using a FBG-encapsulated 7-wire steel strand. The initial prestressing forces and the prestress changes during a vehicle load test were measured using the FBG-encapsulated strand. The results show that the FBG-encapsulated 7-wire strand is very effective for monitoring the prestress forces even the change in the tension force is very small. Additionally, it was indicated that selection of the thermal expansion coefficient which is used for the temperature correction shall be carefully carried out.

        유기질비료의 표층 및 전층시비에 따른 벼 수량 변화

        벼 유기재배를 하는데 있어서 전층과 표층 시비방법에 따른 토양의 화학성, 물리성, 미생물상, 그리고 벼의 생육과 수량에 대해서 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 구명하기 위해서 수행하였다. 2008년부터 2010년까지 3년간에 걸쳐서 전라남도농업기술원 시험포장(논, 양토)에서 조사하였고 시험품종은 '동진1호'를 이용하였다. 토양유기물은 표층시비에서 높았고 토양양이온은 전층시비에서 높았다. 유기질비료의 질소 무기화율은 표층시비에서 높았고 잔존하는 시기별 토양 유기물함량도 표층시비에서 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 토양물리성은 전층시비에 의해서 향상되는 경향을 보였고, 토양 미생물상은 전체적으로 표층시비에서 높았다. 표층시비구가 전층시비보다 5%의 수량이 증수되는 특성을 보였다. This study was investigated to evaluate the effects of fertilizer application of surface and broadcast for rice culture on the soil chemical, physical, and microbial properties as well as growth and yield of rice. The application was made with 'Dongjin 1' rice at Jeollanam-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services from 2008 to 2010. Soil organic matter and cation concentrations were increased by surface and broadcast applications, respectively. Plots treated by surface application tended to be higher seasonal N-mineralization rate in the organic fertilizer and seasonal soil organic matter than those of broadcast application. Soil physical properties seemed to be improved by the broadcast application, and soil microbial properties were increased by the surface application. Surface application increased 5% of rice yield compared to that of broadcast.

        The techniques of the dental treatment are well known to common people, but the dental implant as one of the treatment options to rehabilitate patient's mouth is little known to them. Taking these situation into consideration, we, writers made actual analyses of statistics by putting into the form of diagrams based on questionnaires. Three hundreds of common people over 20 years old were picked up and we used convenience sampling method which is one of nonprobability sampling methods. Statistics are about these questions. 1. How much common people know about dental implant as a treatment option. 2. How much common people know about the detailed portions of the dental implant for rehabilitaton. 3. How common people got to know the dental implant. We present actual answers of the common people.

        pH와 삼투압 변화가 정자운동성에 미치는 영향

        To maintain a good sperm motility is one of the key factors for the successful artificial insemination in retrograde ejaculation, and the sperm motility has been shown to be affected by various environmental factors, including change in pH and osmolarity. Herein we have analyzed the effect of change in pH and osmolarity in urine and normal saline on sperm motility by Sperm Quality Analyzer and Makler counting chamber. Semen, which sampled by masturbation from a 28 year old male and showed normal finding on semen analysis, was used for this study. The results were as follows: 1. When osmolarity was fixed to 300mOsm, pH did not show a definite effect on the sperm moility. However, the motility was generally a bit better in alkaline urine and saline than in acid, particularly than in pH 5.0. 2. When pH was fixed to 7.5, sperm motility was best in urine and saline of 300mOsm. Hyperosmolarity had more adverse.effect on the motility than hypoosmolarity. 3. The sperm motility was worse in the urine than in saline under the same pH and osmolarity. In conclusion, osmolarity has a definite effect on sperm motility, where as pH has relatively little effect. And certain components of urine other than pH and osmolarity might affect the sperm motility.

        다중매개모델에서 bootstrapping기법을 이용한 흡수능력의 매개효과 분석

        매개효과 검정기법으로 널리 사용하고 있는 Baron and Kenny 접근법, Sobel, Aroian, Goodman 검정법들의 통계적 검정력이 약할 뿐만 아니라, 정확하지 않다는 비판이 대두되면서, bootstrapping 기법이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 bootstrapping 기법을 토대로 세 개 이상의 변수로 구성된 다중매개모델에서의 매개효과 검정을 위해 가상의 phantom 변수를 도입하여 검정하였다. 특히, 경영전략분야의 자원기준관점 연구에서 진행되고 있는 조직자원과 매개변수 흡수능력, 그리고 기술사업화역량 관계 모델을 다중매개모델로 설정하여, bootstrapping 접근방법과 phantom 변수 설정을 통해 총간접효과 크기와 유의확률을 계산하고, 흡수능력의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과 매우 효율적이고, 체계적인 매개효과 검정이 가능하였음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인적자원과 물적자원의 자원 특성에 따라 흡수능력의 매개 특성도 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. The mediation methods suggested by Baron and Kenny, Sobel, Aroian and Goodman, have widely used to test the mediating effect. However, as there are many problems in statistical test power, as well as statistical accuracy, a bootstrapping technique has been suggested as an alternative. In this paper, we adopt the phantom variables based on the bootstrapping technique to test the mediating effect in multiple mediator model consisting of three or more mediating variables. In particular, we formulate the multiple mediator model for analyzing the relations among organizational resources, the absorption capacity as mediating variables and technology commercialization capabilities. And using the bootstrapping approach, we analyzed the mediating effect of the absorption capacity by setting of phantom variables and calculated total indirect effect size and the statistical significance. The empirical results are as follows. First, we confirmed that the bootstrapping approach and the phantom variable is the very efficient and systematic mediation method. Second, we recognized that there is a difference in the mediating characteristics of the absorption capacity depending on the resource characteristics of human resources and material resources obviously.

        종합병원간호사의 조직효능감, 자기효능감, 간호전문직이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was designed to help the operation of the hospital organization through analysis of factors influencing organizational commitment of general hospital nurses. 129 nurses in general hospitals were targeted in G City. This study was conducted to analyze the effects of group efficacy, self-efficacy, and nursing professionals on organizational commitment. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Descriptive statistics and multiple regression were used. Stepwise regression analysis found that organizational commitment was affected by group efficacy(β=0.240, p =.003), nursing professionalism(β=0.229, p =.004) and daytime work(β=0.249, p =.003), The F statistic was 10.478 (p <.001). Therefore, in order to improve organizational commitment, it will be necessary to prepare communication programs and cooperation programs per unit to improve collective efficacy. In addition, it is necessary to improve the system, such as a system dedicated to night workers, so that the working hours of nurses in general hospitals can be maintained constant. In addition, it is necessary to develop a support program so that nursing professionals do not decrease due to disappointment in reality in the nursing field.

        적시생산방식을 이용한 가구공사 개선방안에 관한 연구

        최근 우리나라의 건설 환경은 도심지 내 대형 건설공사가 증가하는 추세이며, 건설공사 관리 요소 중 기존 골조공사의 관리 중요성에 더하여 마감공사관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 마감공사의 체계적인 관리를 위해서는 마감공사의 공정 중 자재 양중 측면, 공사기간 측면에서 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 세대 내 가구공사의 관리체계 정립이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 초고층 주거건축을 위한 마감공사 중 양중 측면에서 주 고려 대상이 되고 있는 가구공사의 관리체계를 정립하기 위하여, 적시생산(Just-In-Time)방식과 린건설(Lean Construction)의 개념을 도입하였다. 이를 바탕으로 가구공사의 프로세스를 분석하고 그에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 분석과 개선방안의 제시는 마감공사의 원활한 흐름을 유도할 수 있으며, 또한 공사기간을 단축하고 공사비용을 절약함으로써 프로젝트의 성공에 기여할 수 있다. In this study, the concept of Just-In-Time, Lean Construction and Supply Chain Management have been applied to furniture works of high-rise residental building. For the purpose of systematic furniture work planning, it should be established to analyse furniture-work process from design phase through contract, and procurement to construction phase. The analysis of process and data for furniture-work provides the roles of conducting subjects and presents management items at each phase. This proposal will provide the systematic furniture-work managements and reduce construction time and cost, and also raise the quality of furniture works.

      • 신체형 동통장애 환자의 정신치료 경험

        The authors tried to look into the process of the individual psychotherapeutic experience of a 18-year-old male diagnosed as somatoform pain disorder or chronic pain syndrome. The patient had showed strong resistance to acceptance of his psychological problems. Some issues such as indications of psychotherapy for chronic pain, changing the mode of the treatment some problems around changing the therapist secondary gain and parents' attitude were discussed considering their relatedness to the outcome. The psychotherapy had lasted about 2 years and the result was estimated as fair.

        고련피 추출물의 항암활성

        In the present study, the anti-cancer activity of 80% ethanol extracts from 120 kinds of medicinal herbs and native plants were investigated. Among them, the barks of Melia azedarach L. var. japonica Makino showed the highest cytotoxicity in HCT-15 human colon cancer cell. With this result, we carried out hollow fiber (HF) assay and anti-metastasis study to confirm the anti-cancer effects of M. azedarach var. japonica. In MTT assay, M. azedarach var. japonica.inhibited the proliferation of HCT-15 cells in dose-dependent manner. HF assay was carried out using A549 human adenocarcinoma cell, HCT-15 and SK-Hep1 human liver cancer cell via intraperitoneal (IP) and subcutaneous (SC) site. As a results, SK-Hep1 implanted in IP site showed the highest cytotoxicity. The result from metastatic model using B16/BL6 mouse corresponded to that of HF assay. These results suggest that the ethanol extract from M. azedarach var. japonica. might have a potent anti-cancer activity and advanced study is needed for the development of novel natural anti-cancer drug.

        감압조대술을 이용한 함치성낭종의 치험례

        함치성낭종은 병소의 크기 및 인접 구조물과의 관계 등에 따라 개창술 및 적출술, 감압조대술 등 여러 방법으로 치료할 수 있다. 본 증례에서는 여러 함치성낭종의 치료를 위해 감압조대술 시행하였고, 수술 후 낭종 내부에 매복된 미성숙 영구치는 병소의 크기가 줄어듦에 따라 모두 정상 맹출하였다. 또한 하악 제3대구치를 포함하는 광법위한 크기의 함치성낭종에 소파술을 동반한 감압조대술을 시행한 결과, 낭막의 악성변이가 발견되었음에도 불구하고 인접 구조물의 손상 없이 이상적인 치료 결과를 얻었다. 감압조대술은 광범위한 병소의 적출 시 야기될 수 있는 악골 및 주위 인접 구조물의 손상을 최소화하고, 특히 젊은 환자에서 낭종 내에 포함된 영구치의 보존 및 맹출유도를 위한 가장 적절한 치료법이다. 그러나 수술 후에 지속적인 경과관찰 또한 치료계획에 포함되어야 한다. Dentigerous cyst is one of the most prevalent types of odontogenic cysts in the jaw. Usually dentigerous cysts begin to develope through an accumulation of fluid between remnants of the enamel organ and subjacent tooth crown which is developing or submerged. The teeth most often involved are mandibular third molars, maxillary canines, and mandibular premolars. And the cysts usually occur in the second or third decade of life. The treatment of dentigerous cysts-enucleation, marsupialization, and fenestration-is dictated by the size, environmental structures of the lesion, and desirability of conserving involved tooth. Marsupialization is a conservative technique which allows the reduction or elimination of cystic lesion by making it an accessory compartment of the oral cavity in the case where complete enucleation is not desirable. Marsupialization is thought to be the most suitable method of treatment for the conserving of the involved tooth, thus guiding eruption of it. We report the positive outcome got from marsupialization in dentigerous cysts with review of literature.
