대장균의 RNase P의 RNA 성분인 M1 RNA는 대장균 rnpB 유전자의 주요한 일차전사물인 선구-M1 RNA로부터 3'가공으로 생성된다. 이 가공 활성을 가지고 있는 효소 분획을 부분 정제하고 그 특성을 조사하였다. 이 활성 분획을 높은 염농도에 노출시키면 가공 활성이 불활성화하는 것으로 보아, 가공효소는 여러 효소로 이루어진 효소 복합체인 것으로 추정된다. 이 효소 분획은 화학적 핵산 가수분해효소인 납(II) 이온으로 처리하면 효소 활성을 잃지만, 효소 분획 자체에서 추출한 RNA를 가하면 효소 활성을 되찾는다. 이 결과는 효소 활성에는 RNA 분자가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다. 부분 정제한 효소로 형성되는 절단자리들의 분석 결과도, 3'가공과정이 여러 효소에 의하여 일어나고, 적어도 두 가지 다른 경로로 일어난다는 것을 암시한다. Ml RNA, the RNA component of RNase P from Escherichia coli, is produced by 3' processing of pre-Ml RNA, a major primary transcript of the rnpB gene. The enzyme fraction containing the processing activity was partially purified and characterized. Since exposure of the active fraction to the high salt condition results in the inactivation of the processing activity, the processing enzyme seems to be an enzyme complex composed of multiple enzymes. The enzyme fraction loses the processing activity when treated with the chemical nuclease lead(II) ion, but regains its activity by the addition of RNA isolated from the enzyme fraction itself, suggesting that an RNA molecule(s) may be essential for the processing activity. Analysis of cleavage sites produced by the partially purified enzyme fraction also implies that the 3' processing occurs by multiple enzymes and at least in two distinct pathways.

볼크만 구축 환자의 술 전 준비 단계에서 척골 및 요골 동맥에 대한 도플러 초음파 유도 알렌 검사를 시행하여 청각 도플러와 CT-혈관조영술에서는 확인되지 않았던 척골 동맥의 혈류 감소를 인지할 수 있었다. 저자들은 척골 및 요골 동맥에 대한 도플러 초음파 유도 알렌 검사의 유용성에 대한 인식을 높이고자, 그 증례를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. We had applied Doppler ultrasound guided modified Allen's test for a Volkmann's ischemic contracture patient who had ulnar artery constriction which was not detected with acoustic Doppler and CT-angiogram preoperatively. We report this case of Volkmann's ischemic contracture with brief review of literatures for awareness of the Doppler-ultrasound guided modified Allen's test.

A Ca2+_dependent PLA2 activity termed Rpla2, was detected in the cytosol of bovine red blood cells (RBCs). The Rplab was characterized as a similar form to Group IV Cpla2, but different in secteral column chromatographic profiles including an anion exchange column.73 examine whether this Rpla2 is different from the well characterized Rpla2, a quinone derivative, BJ5O, was developed and tested for the inhibitory effect on the two PLA2 enzymes. The rPLA2 activity was inhibited by a quinone derivative (BJ5O) with ID50 of 20μM., but had no effect on the cPLA2, suggesting that rPLA2 may be a novel type of cytosolic PLA2 in RBCs.
3D 실감 체험학습을 위한 증강현실 저작도구 및 해양생물 문화콘텐츠

3D 입체공간에서 재미와 학습요소가 가미된 해양생물 문화콘텐츠를 개발하고, 도서해양 생물자원의 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발과 체험학습의 활용 방안을 제안한다. 증강현실 저작도구는 위지윅(WYSIWYG) 기반의 저작도구로 Node 구조와 Drag & Drop을 통해 저작도구를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 해양생물 문화콘텐츠는 marker를 통한 애니메이션 효과, 모델링 데이터의 변화 등의 이벤트 요소를 추가하고, 해양생물 내레이션(narration)으로 실감 체험학습을 지원한다. 해양생물 AR Book은 50여종의 해양생물 증강현실 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 초등학교 수업 교재로 활용이 가능하며, 증강현실을 활용한 3D 입체영상 교육으로 실재적 관찰, 다양한 사고, 최대의 몰입감을 부여하여 학습효과를 높여준다. The marine life culture contents added with fun and learning factors are created in a 3D space, and the development of augmented reality contents concerning marine life resources in islands and the utilization method of experience-based learning are proposed. As a WYSIWYG-based authoring tool, an augmented reality authoring tool was made to easily use a authoring tool through a node structure and drag & drop. Marine life contents add the animation effect through a marker and event factors such as the change of modeling data, and also, they support real experience-based learning with the narration of marine life. Based on around 50 species of marine animals augmented reality contents, a marine animal AR book can be utilized as a textbook for elementary school classes, and as a 3D image education utilizing augmented reality, it enhances a learning effect by allowing realistic observation, various ways of thinking, and the maximum flow.

The Korea chinese chives are a major edible vegetable and they are traditionally been used as a folk medicine. However recently studies on the Allium tuberosum are mainly on the morphological property and the chemical constituent. There are no reports concerning hematological changes in dogs administrated ethly acetate extracts of Korea chinese chive. This experiment was conducted to investigate the hematological changes in dogs administrated ethyl acetate extracts of the Korea chinese chives(5㎖/㎎) for 6 days. During administration blood samples were collected at 3h, 6h, 12h and then on daily basis until day 6. Blood samples were analyzed red blood cell(RBC), packed cell volume(PCV), hemoglobin concentration(Hb), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean corpuscularl hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), reduced glutathion(GSH), and met-hemoglobin concentration. The RBC count was significantly(p<0.01, p<0.05) decreased during experimental periods. Packed cell volume, hemoglobin concentration were not showed significantly difference during experimental periods. The MCV was significantly(p〈0.01, p<0.05) increased from 3 hours after administration to day 4. The MCHC was significantly(p<0.05)decreased on day 6. GSH concentration was not showed significant difference during experimental periods and the met-hemoglobin concentration was significantly(p<0.05) increased on day 3.
