        파괴적혁신 이론에 의한 한국가전 기업의 미국진출 성공 사례 연구

        As a export-oriented Korean company, entering into an advanced and big market is a very strategic issue. In this study,We analyzed the new entrants, korean home-appliances companies, how they defeated the leading companies based on the Christensen's disruptive innovation theory. Korean washing machine gained 25% of market share in total washer market,and closed to 50% of market share in premium drum washer segment in US, competing with GE, Whirlpool who are No.1,2 company, in 6 years. We present some insights for successful launching in US or other advanced market. Which including, industry information, Market share, distribution channel, competition status and many empirical data and information. Until many papers, studied about the technological acquisition strategy and related theory rather than marketing approach view. But in this study how differentiate, and how leading the market in view of new-market disruptive innovation products and winning marketing factors.

        역전이 관리능력이 작업동맹에 미치는 영향: 상담자 상태불안의 매개효과

        본 연구의 목적은 상담자의 역전이 관리능력이 상담자와 내담자가 평정한 작업동맹에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 그 관계에서 상담자 상태불안의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 대학교 학생상담센터, 청소년상담센터에 근무 중인 111명의 상담자들과 그들이 상담하고 있는 16세 이상의 내담자들이 연구에 참여하였으며 상담자 역전이와 작업동맹의 효과를 고려하여 연구에 참여한 상담자와 내담자들은 4회 이상 상담을 진행하고 있는 대상들로 제한하였다. 111명의 상담자와 내담자들을 대상으로 역전이 관리능력 질문지, 작업동맹 질문지, 상태-특성 불안 질문지가 실시되었고, 모집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석되었다. 연구 결과 상담자 역전이 관리능력과 상담자가 평정한 작업동맹 간의 관계는 상담자 상태불안에 의해 완전매개 되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 작업동맹 형성에 있어 상담자의 역전이 관리능력이 중요성을 확인할 수 있었고 작업동맹 및 상담과정에 영향을 미치는 역전이 관리능력의 메커니즘을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of counselor state anxiety and investigate the influence of countertransference management ability on the working alliance. For this purpose, countertransference factors, working alliance and state anxiety inventories were administered to 111 counselors and clients. Client participants were over the age of 16 and counselors included both university and youth counseling center employees. In order to explore countertransference’s effect on the working alliance, counseling sessions were restricted to no more than 4 sessions. The data was analyzed using the structural equation model. Results showed that counselor's state anxiety completely mediated both countertransference management ability and the counselor's working alliance. This implicates the importance of countertransference management ability’s role on both the working alliance and the counseling process. Findings and further implications of this study are discussed.

      • Wistar종 흰쥐간의 δ-Aminolevulinate Dehydratase의 정제 및 성상

        δ-Aminolevulinate dehydratase (δ-ALAD; EC 4.2.1.24) was purified from liver homogenate of Wistar strain of rats more than 300 folds with a 22.3% yield by a modification of the procedure of Doyle and Schimke and its physicochemical and kinetic properties were partially characterized as follows. 1. The purified enzyme preparation had a specific activity of 54.4 units/㎎ of protein, which was 5∼6 folds as activity as those purified from ICR mouse liver homogenate. 2. the enzyme had optimum catalytic at pH 7.0 in phosphate buffer and its Km value was 3.0×10^-4 M. It also found that the enzyme was relatively heat stable. 3. The enzyme was relatively stable by storage. The purified enzyme could be stored at 4℃ for 7 days without significant loss of activity, showing half­life of 40 days. The enzyme stored frozen at -10˚ or -30℃ for 50 days maintained their original activity without any evidence of decrease of enzyme activity. 4. Activity of the purified enzyme decreased linearly relative to the frequency of the freezethawing when it was kept frozen at -30℃ in a deep freezer and thawed at a room temperature up to 20 times. 5. After the DEAE­cellulose column chromatography in the purification procedure no enzyme activity was shown unless the preparation was previously activated with a thiol reagent, β­mercaptoethanol. Maximal activity was obtained with addition of the reducing reagent in concentration of 20 and 100mM. However, the activity was decreased drastically above 100mM. On the contrary, the enzyme activity was inhibited in inverse proportion by increasing concentration of iodoacetamide in the reaction mixture, which suggests that sulfhydryl group was required for the enzyme activity and cystein in the active site is implicated in the catalytic function of the enzyme molecule. 6. Molecular weight of the δ-ALAD was estimated to be 270,000 and 269,000 respectivelly, by both the Sephadex gel filtration and polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis.

        종합적 유해생물관리(IPM)를 통한 국립태안해양유물전시관 방제대책 연구

        Management) from February to December 2020 in order to optimize its pest control research. During this period, temperature and humidity monitoring was conducted over the special exhibition hall and the permanent exhibition areas 1 to 4. Additionally, inflow pests were caught and identified, and the surface contamination of reproduced Mado Shipwreck No. 1 was examined. As a result of temperature and humidity monitoring, it turned out that while the temperature over the exhibition halls and relic showcases was in the proper condition since the air conditioning system was operated 24 hours a day, the humidity was affected significantly by seasonal changes. Thus, it is thought that the dehumidification/humidification system inside exhibition halls need to be upgraded. Among inflow pests collected through the installed traps, there were a small number of coleopterans that might harm wooden articles. As a result of visual inspection, it also turned out that reproduced Mado Shipwreck No. 1 made of wood also had been subject to damage by pests. Even dead coleopterans, which are presumed as Buprestis haemorrhoidalis, which are harmful to wood, were found inside the ship. It is necessary to conduct additional investigation promptly, and if necessary, to consider the necessity of active pest control measures over reproduced Mado Shipwreck No. 1 such as covering and fumigation. As to the surface contamination of reproduced Mado Shipwreck No. 1, it was in a satisfactory condition except for the effect of the temporary exhibition hall closure due to COVID-19, but it is appropriate to remove elements that easily cause dust around the reproduced ship such as imitation rice straw. Based on the findings of this study, it will be necessary to establish an effective and comprehensive pest management system through annual inspection from a long-term perspective in addition to short-term measures such as fumigation and use of chemicals. 국립태안해양유물전시관에 최적화된 방제대책 연구를 위하여 2020년 2월부터 12월까지 종합적 유해생물관리(IPM, Integrated Pest Management)를 실시하였다. 이 기간 동안 기획전시실과 제1~4상설전시실의 온・습도 모니터링, 유입해충 포집 및 동정, 마도1호선 재현선박 표면오염도를 조사하였다. 온·습도 모니터링 결과, 공조기의 24시간 가동을 통하여 전시실 및 유물 진열장의 온도는 적정 조건이 조성되었으나 습도는 계절 변화에 따른 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 전시실 내부 공간은 제습·가습 장치의 보완이 필요하다고 판단된다. 트랩 설치를 통해 포집된 유입해충 중에는 목재를 가해할 수 있는 딱정벌레목이 소량 확인되었다. 육안조사 결과, 목재로 제작된 마도1호선 재현선박에서도 식해흔이 다수 발생하였으며, 선박 내부에서 목재 가해충인 고려비단벌레 추정 딱정벌레목의 사체도 확인이 되었다. 이에 대한 추가적인 조사를 조속히 진행하여 필요시 마도1호선 재현선박의 피복훈증 등 적극적인 방제 조치 실시 여부를 검토해야할 것이다. 마도1호선 재현선박의 표면오염도의 경우에는 COVID-19로 인한 전시관 임시휴관 기간을 제외하면 양호한 상태로 확인되었으나, 볏집 재현품과 같이 재현선박 주변에서 분진을 쉽게 발생시킬 수 있는 요소들은 제거하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 향후 본 조사결과를 바탕으로 약제훈증과 같은 단기적 조치와 함께 장기적 관점으로서 연차별 조사수행을 통한 효율적 유해생물 종합관리 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것이다.
