A light emitting diodes(LED) lighting has been increasingly used due to its low power consumption, long life time, high efficiency, and environment friendly characteristics. Also various power converters has been applied to drive these LED lighting. Among many power converters, a LLC resonant converter could be applied for LED lighting because of its high efficiency and high power density. Furthermore, the function of power factor correction(PFC) might be added. In this paper, 1-stage asymmetrical LLC resonant converter is proposed. The proposed converter performs both input-current harmonics reduction and PFC using the discontinuous conduction mode(DCM). The proposed 1-stage LLC resonant converter approach has the lower voltage stress across switching devices and achieve the zero voltage switching(ZVS) in switching devices. To verify the performance of the proposed converter, simulation and experimental results from a 300[W] prototype are provided.

사회복지전달 체계의 인식틀에 대한 연구

본 논문의 연구 목적은 다음과 같은 질문에 답하기 위한 것이다. 1. 사회복지 전달체계의 내용은 어떠한가? 2. 사회복지전달체계의 인식틀은 무엇인가? 첫째, 사회복지전달체계의 내용은 (1) 사회복지정책과 체계 (2)특성 (3)효과 (4)평가 (5)사회복지전달문제이다. 둘째, 사회복지전달체계의 인식틀은 2가지 축을 지니고 있다. 하나는 체계지향이고 다른 하나는 사회복지전달정도이다. 사회복지전달정도는 높고 낮음으로 구성되어 있다. 체계지향은 자본주의와 사회주의이다. 자본주의지향은 독점자본주의와 순수자본주의로 나누어지고 사회주의지향은 페비언주의와 맑시즘으로 나누어 진다. 이와 같이 볼 때, 우리가 사회복지전달체계의 인식틀이 있으면, 복지전달체계를 잘 인식할 수 있다. 본 연구의 함의는 어떠한 사회과학 현상을 분석하든지간에 분석틀이 있어야 한다는 것이다. The aim of this treatise is to answer the following questions. 1. How is the contents of social welfare delivery system? 2. What is the cognition framework of social welfare delivery system? First, the contents of social welfare delivery system are (1) social welfare policy and system (2) characteristics (3) effect (4) evaluation (5) problem of social welfare delivery. Second, the cognition framework of social welfare delivery system has two axes. One is system orientation, the other is social welfare delivery degree. Social welfare delivery degree are high and low. System orientation is capitalism and socialism, Capitalism orientation is monopoly capitalism, pure capitalism, Socialism orientation is Fabianism, Marxism. Like this, if we have the cognition framework of social welfare delivery system, we can recognize social welfare delivery system, well. The social science implication of this study is that whatever we analyze social science phenomena, we should have analysis framework

본 연구는 다음과 같은 질문에 답하기 위한 것이다. 1.권오설의 자료에 나타난 일상생활의 내용은 무엇인가? 2.권오설의 일상생활에 나타난 ‘변신’(alternation), 중요한 타자(significant other)와 적응전략은 무엇인가? 3.일상생활의 사회과학적 함의는 무엇인가? 권오설은 두 번 큰 변신을 한다. 한번은 자신의 경제적 문제와 민족적인 문제를 해결하기 위해 사회주의 사상을 내면화한 것이고 다른 한번은 투옥된 후 감옥생활을 하면서 가족의 중요성을 뼈저리게 느낀 것이다. 권오설의 중요한 타자는 가족이었다. 감옥이라는 비일상적인 상황에서 일상을 유지하면서 나타난 현상은 ‘가족구성원으로서 의무를 다하지 못한 것에 대한 어쩔 수 없음과 안타까움’으로 요약된다. 이러한 현상을 위한 사회복지적 함의는 한국인은 가족공동체와 친족 공동체라는 공동의식이 여전히 중요한 삶의 구성요소이다. 이와 같은 사실은 사회주의의 혁명이나 자본주의의 소외극복 보다는 소그룹활동, 협동조합 활동의 자조를 통한 인간성과 가족공동체 회복도 하나의 사회복지의 대안이 될 수 있다. The aim of this treatise is to answer the following questions. 1.What is the contents of every day’s life? 2.What is Kwon Oh Sul’s alternation, significant other and adaptation strategy? 3.What is social science’s implication? When we study every day’s life in japanese colony, we need to analyze every day’s life in japanese colony by not only indifference, evasion but also resistance, self-help, adaptation. Kwon Oh Sul made two alterations. One was that he internalized socialism to solve economic and national question, the other was that he realized the importance of family during the every day’s life in the prison. Kwon Oh Sul’s significant other ws family. Kwon Oh Sul’s adaptation style was that he not only ingested physical nutrition by borrowing money but also filled his knowledge needs by reading the books. His core phenomenon in every day’s life in the prison can be summed up as regret and embarrassment because of not doing his duty as the member of family. Social welfare implication is that we need to analyze every day’s life in japanese colony by not only indifference, evasion but also resistance, self-help, adaptation, family was the center of every day’s life in Korean life. And social welfare alternative was to recover humanity and community by small group and corperation activity rather than by socialism revolution and alienation overcome of capitalism. And a social worker needs to have the ability to interpret client’s past experience phenomena.

과거 냉전시절의 우주개발은 성능이라는 목표에 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 하지만 냉전 이후 경제성이 우주개발에 있어서 중요한 목표가 되었으며, 이러한 경제성을 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단으로 재사용 발사체에 대한 관심과 연구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 진행되고 있는 현재 세계 각국의 재사용 발사체 및 미래추진기관에 대한 기술발전 전망과 방향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. During the Cold War, all space developments were focused on the performance only. However economy becomes more important for space development after the Cold War. There is a growing interest in reusable launch vehicle to secure the economic feasibility. In this paper, technology development prospects and direction of reusable launch vehicles and future propulsion systems of various countries are presented.

FTA가 한우농가의 지역결속력에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 안동 한우 농가를 중심으로 -

이 글의 목적은 안동한우농가의 지역결속력을 파악하여 안동한우농가의 복지문제를 해결하는 데 필요한 토대를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 안동한우농가의 일반적 특성을 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 연령에서는 50~60세가 66.3%를 차지하며, 교육에서는 국졸이 34.7%로 가장 많았고, 생활수준은 중이 71.9%로 다수를 차지했으며, 92.5%의 응답자가 기초생활수급권자가 아닌 것으로 나타났다. FTA에 찬성하는가라는 질문에는 적극 반대가 17.3%, 반대가 47.5%로 약 65%의 응답자가 FTA에 반대하는 것으로 나타났으며, 앞으로 한우를 키우겠는가라는 질문에는 44.5%가 키우겠다고 답했고, 안동을 떠나겠는가의 질문에는 안떠나겠다가 75.9%로 대부분을 차지했다. 회귀분석결과 장애가 없을수록, 생활수준이 높을수록, 안동을 떠나지 않을수록, 한우를 키우지 않을수록 지역결속력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 생활수준이 높을수록 지역결속력이 높을 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 그리고 FTA 찬성여부가 지역결속력에 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라, 안동을 떠나지 않고 한우를 키울 계획이 없는 것이 지역결속력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 안동을 떠나지 않고 한우를 대체하는 일로 FTA에 대응하면서 지역결속력을 높이려는 안동한우농가의 바램을 보여주는 결과이다. This paper aims at providing the basic knowledge to solve the social welfare problems through recognizing the solidarity of the inhabitants raising Korean cow in Andong. Regarding the general characteristic of Korean cow raisers in Andong, 50-60 age is 66.3%, elementary school graduation is 36.1%, middle life level is 71.9%, and non-social care receiver is 92.5%. The 65% of respondents to the survey disagrees with FTA, 44.5% of them answer that they will raise Korean cow, and 75.9% of respondents don`t want to leave hometown. The results of factor regression analysis on solidarity are as follows. The important factors affecting the solidarity are disability, income, staying hometown and wanting to raise other products except cow. The agreement or disagreement of FTA doesn`t affect the solidarity. So in Andong those who concern themselves with making the social welfare policy to solve the problems must consider these points.

다문화가족여성의 일상생활에 대한 현상학적 해석에 관한 연구 -안동 동성마을을 중심으로-

본 연구의 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1) 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성의 일상생활의 내용은 무엇인가? 2) 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성의 일상생활에 나타난 ‘변신’(alternation), 중요한 타자(significant other)와 적응전략은 무엇인가? 3) 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성의 일상생활의 사회과학적 함의는 무엇인가? 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성은 큰 변신을 한다. 그것은 호적등록(국적취득)과 자녀출산이다. 중요한 타자는 가족, 친족, 자본주의이다. 성씨 드러내기, 위기극복하기, 새로운 의미다지기 등은 현실에서 살아남기 위한 적응전략이다. 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성이 일상을 유지하면서 나타난 현상은 ‘한국전통사회인 동성마을에서 전통적인 일상을 유지하면서 다양한 문화적 위기를 딛고 일어서서 삶의 터전을 다져가는 적응력’으로 요약된다. 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성이 비록 문화적인 차이로 여러 위기를 겪지만 차이와 연결을 통해 적응해간다는 점이다. 이러한 현상에 대한 사회과학적함의는 안동동성마을 다문화가족여성이 적응 전략으로 일상생활을 유지하려고 하는것은 한국사회와 동성공동체에서 새로운 생기와 계기가 된다는 사실이다. The aim of this paper is to answer the following questions. 1. What is the contents of everyday life of foreign women in multicultural family in Andong consanguine community? 2. What is alternation, significant other and adaptation strategy of foreign women in multicultural family in Andong consanguine community? 3. What is the scholarly implication of in Andong consanguine community? Foreign women in multicultural family in Andong consanguine community made two alterations. One was the acquirement of family name, the other was the birth and the rearing of children. Their significant others were family, consanguine community, capitalism. Foreign women``s adaptation strategy in Andong consanguine community was revealing family name, overcoming crises, harding new daily life meaning. Their core phenomenon in foreign women in multicultural family in Andong consanguine community can be summed up as ‘the adaptation to harden their life foundation, bouncing back from various cultural crises, with keeping the daily life in Korean traditional community, Andong consanguine community. Foreign women in multicultural family in Andong consanguine community have many crises because of cultural differences. Nevertheless, they want to sustain their daily life in consanguine community through adaptation strategy. Social welfare implication is that the foreign women``s intention in multicultural family to sustain daily life in Andong consanguine community through adaptation strategy is the lived, and moments in Korea and Andong consanguine community.

LED 구동용 단일단 PFC CCM 플라이백 컨버터의 히스테리시스 최적 제어

The current control of Continuous Conduction Mode(CCM) can be implemented by several methods: peak current control; average current control; and hysteresis control. Among these methods, the hysteresis current control is popularly applied in various converter applications because of its simplicity of implementation, fast current control response and inherent peak current limiting capability. However, a current controller with conventional hysteresis band which multiplies the current reference has the disadvantage that the modulation frequency varies in one cycle of the input voltage and, as a result, generates high switching frequency in the low input voltage section. Also it is complicated to design the input filter due to varying switching frequency. This paper proposed an optimum hysteresis-band current control method where the and is generated by using both multiplication method and sum method to maintain the modulation frequency to be nearly constant. This approach can solve the high switching frequency in the low input voltage section, and achieve easy design of input filter. The performance of the proposed converter is verified with the simulation and the experimental works.
