This study develops a collision-free navigation algorithm for multiple robots. In order to safely move to the destination in an environment where multiple robots interact, the cooperative game theory was applied by assuming communication between each robot. Through the simulation, it was confirmed that the robots move safely to the destination without collision under a driving scenario in which collision between robots is inevitable.
진료환경이 환자참여에 미치는 영향 : 부정적 감정의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 의료서비스 제공 과정에서의 진료환경이 환자참여에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 부정적 감정의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 국내 C 지역의 병의원 환자 중 진료를 마친320명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 단계적 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 진료환경의 청결성은 행동적 참여에, 환자의 연령이 높을수록 감정적 참여에, 진료환경의 제3자의 존재는 감정과 정보적 참여에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 환자의 부정적 감정은 감정적 참여와 정보적 참여에 부정적 영향을 미쳤고, 진료환경의 시간압박은 환자의 정보적 참여수준에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 조절효과로는 진료환경의 청결성과 감정적 참여 간에 부정적 감정은 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 의료서비스의 진료환경과 부정적 감정을 고려하여 환자참여를 향상시키기 위한방법 등 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. The main purposes of this study is to examine the effect of treatment setting on patient participation, and the moderating effect of negative emotion between treatment setting and patient participation. For the purposes of this study's goals, the 320 samples for this empirical study were collected from the general hospital and medical clinic outpatients in C and carried out hierarchial regression by SPSS 19.0. The results of this study are as follows. There is positive effect of cleanness of the treatment setting on behavior factor in patient participation. The higher aging of patient have influences on emotional factor in patient participation. There are positive effects of the third person in treatment settings on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. There is negative effect of negative emotion on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. There are negative effects of time pressure in treatment settings on emotional and informational factors in Patient Participation. On interaction effect, there are positive effects of cleanness in treatment setting and negative emotion on emotional and informational factors in patient participation. Implications for theoretical and practical patient participation are discussed.
당뇨병 환자에서 백내장 수술 후 수정체유화술 시간에 따른 각막내피세포의 변화

Purpose: To investigate the difference in corneal endothelial cell loss between diabetic and non-diabetic patients who were divided by the degree of phacoemulsification time after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation. Methods: Forty eyes of 30 patients with diabetes and 47 eyes of 36 patients without diabetes were divided by phacoemulsification time into 3 groups: less than 40 seconds, from 40 to 80 seconds and over 80 seconds. The corneal endothelial cell density was compared before and 1, 4 and 16 weeks after phacoemulsification by one-way ANOVA. Bivariate correlation analysis was used to identify the correlation between phacoemulsification time and the endothelial density before and 1, 4 and 16 weeks after phcoemulsification. Results: The endothelial cell densities in diabetic and non-diabetic patients with different phacoemulsification time were not significantly different when compared before and 1, 4 and 16 weeks after phacoemulsification (P>0.05). Phacoemulsificaiton time and endothelial cell loss at 1, 4 and 16 weeks also showed no significant correlation. Conclusions: Diabetes and differences in phacoemulsification time had no significant influence on corneal endothelial cell loss. This result suggests uncomplicated phacoemulsificaion is a safe method for cataract extraction in patients with or without diabetes.
저 순도 BaCO<sub>3</sub> 분말을 사용한 Yba<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>7-y</sub> 초전도체의 합성

[ $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y}$ ](123) powders were synthesized by the solid state reaction method using two different purity $BaCO_3$ powders (99.75% and 99.7% purity) and $Y_2O_3$ (99.9%) and CuO (99.9%) powders. The effect of $BaCO_3$ purity on the formation of a 123 phase and the superconducting properties were investigated. The mixtures of raw powders were calcined at temperature ranges of $800^{\circ}C-880^{\circ}C$ in air and finally made into a single grain samples by a melt processing with top seeding. It was found that a 123 phase was well formed at temperature above $870^{\circ}C$, but the purity effect on the 123 formation was negligible. The single-grain 123 samples prepared from the different $BaCO_3$ powders showed the same $T_c$ value of 90.5 K and similar $J_c$ values about $10^4\;A/cm^2$ at 0 T and 77 K, and $10^3\;A/cm^2$ at 2 T and 77 K. This result indicates that the low purity, cheap price $BaCO_3$ powder can be used as a raw material for the fabrication of single-grain, high-$J_c$ superconducting levitator.
