Since GPS receivers and INS algorithms do not work properly in the spinning vehicles due to change of the GPS signal and excess of the measurement limitation of the gyroscope, conventional GPS/INS integrated navigation systems do not provide accurate navigation outputs. This paper proposes a design method for GPS/INS integrated navigation systems of spinning vehicles. A special GPS receiver with a signal tracking loop for changed GPS signal caused by spinning and an INS with a roll estimation method are configured and the conventional integration filter is combined. The proposed method was verified through comparison of the navigation results. The result of the proposed method for the spinning vehicle was similar to that of the conventional navigation system without spinning.

자하거 약침으로 호전된 방아쇠 수지 환자의 증례 보고

본원에서 방아쇠 수지 환자 3례를 자하거 약침으로 5-7회 치료한 결과 유의한 효과가 있었다. 그러나 연구자의 치료예가 부족하여 4도 정도로 굴건의 걸림이 심한 경우나, 양방의 보존적 치료 후 재발되는 경우, 증상이 오래된 경우에 대한 연구와 1년 후의 재발율에 대한 추적 조사가 더 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 그리고 방아쇠 수지를 급성기, 결절형의 염증상태와 만성기, 미만형 퇴행상태로 정확하게 구분하여 염증상태에는 봉약침을 사용하고, 퇴행화 상태에서는 자하거 약침을 사용한다면 좋은 효과를 볼 것으로 기대된다. 앞으로 각종 수지관절 및 건의 질환에 대한 치료방법에 대한 연구가 더욱 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : The Purpose of this study is to investigate and report the effectiveness of Hominis Placenta using Pharmacopuncture treatment for trigger finger. Methods : 3 Patients are admitted at Dept. of Oriental Rehabilitation, Bu-Chun Jaseng Oriental Medicine Hospital, diagnosed as Trigger finger and treated with Hominis Placenta Pharmacopuncture. Each cases are measured and assessed by Quinnell's classification of triggering and VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) scores. Results : 3 Patients of trigger finger have a different kind of cause and fingers lesion they have, but nodules are not significantly found up, so we could classify all of 3 patients to diffuse type. After treatment of Hominis placenta Pharmacopuncture, spontaneous pain and tenderness, grades of triggering are decreased significantly. We would expect that Hominis placenta Pharmacopuncture has a effect on degenerative diseases of diffuse type's tendon sheath. Conclusions : Trigger finger is generally divided into two stages, inflammatory and degenerative stage, and when degenerative stage, Hominis placenta pharmacopuncture appears to be effective.

Multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWNT)-polyurethane block copolymer(PU) nanocomposites were prepared, and their electroactive shape recovery characteristics were investigated. The nanocomposites incorporating chemically modified MWNTs showed higher modulus and breaking stress than those incorporating raw MWNTs, which was ascribed to an increased dispersion of nanotubes in the matrix polymer and increased interfacial strength between nanotubes and polyurethane molecules. However, their electrical conductivity decreased with the degree of chemical modification of MWNTs. The best properties were obtained in the composites incorporating MWNTs modified at $90^{\circ}C$ on basis of combined evaluation of mechanical and conducting properties. Good electroactive shape recovery within 10 seconds was obtained when a voltage of 10 to 30 V was applied to the composites of $3-7wt\%$ modified MWNT content.

인터넷이 가능한 기기를 상호 연결하여 새로운 정보와 서비스를 생산할 수 있는 사물인터넷은 가정, 사무실, 공장 등 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능하다. 특히 가정에서는 하나의 작은 인터넷을 구성하고 기기들끼리 상호 연동하여 안전, 보안, 편리성, 에너지 절약 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 저가이지만 강력한 기능을 제공하는 라즈베리파이에 각종 센서를 연결하여 가정의 환경을 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있는 스마트홈 프로토타입을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 단순히 센서로서 역할 뿐만 아니라 외부의 네트워크에서 직접 접속할 수 있는 웹 노드로서의 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 별도의 서버가 필요 없으므로 경제적이며 다수의 웹 노드들이 상호 연동할 수 있어 확장성과 융통성을 제공할 수 있다. The internet of things(: IoT) which could produce new information as well as service through connecting small devices with internet interface becomes reality and could be utilized in home, office and plant. Especially the IoT can provide our home for safety, security, convenience, and power saving since all devices form a small internet. This paper proposes an IoT prototype for home with Raspberry Pi which has various sensors and monitors environment. This Raspberry Pi sensor node is small and inexpensive but can provide powerful service. The implemented node goes beyond simple role of sensor node and features a kind of sensor web node which performs various functions to outer network. So the proposed IoT prototype can provide flexibility as well as extensibility since it does not need expensive server.

알러지성 비염에 대한 청연산 추출물의 항염증효과

Objectives This study investigated the effects of Cheongyeonsan for allergic rhinitis. Methods First, the GS/MS was used to analyze the effects of Cheongyeonsan by measuring inflammatory markers. Second, 3 groups of 10 6-week-old BALB/c mice were divided into Ctrl (no treatment), ARE (allergic rhinitis-induced without treatment), and CRT (allergic rhinitis-induced after Cheongyeonsan treatment) groups. Ovalbumin (OVA) was used as an antigen to induce allergic rhinitis and sensitization was performed by intraperitoneal injection of 0.1% OVA solution 21, 14, and 7 days before the onset of allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis was induced by dropping OVA solution on the nasal cavity of each mouse for 5 days after the last sensitization. Seven days after the first induction, second induction was introduced by the same method. After making the section, MMP-9, substance P, $TNF-{\alpha}$, $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, COX-2, iNOS and Nrf, apoptotic cells were observed by Masson trichrome staining, immunohistochemical staining, TUNEL of nasal mucosal tissues of each group. Results GC/MS results showed undecanoic acid. Masson trichrome results showed that the CRT group had less respiratory epithelial damage. Immunohistochemical staining showed CRT group had 58% decrease in MMP-9, 61% decrease in substance P, 55% decrease in $TNF-{\alpha}$, 38% decrease in $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, 53% decrease in COX-2, 54% decrease in iNOS, 87% increase in Nrf compared to those of the ARE group. TUNEL showed a positive reaction of 84% increase in apoptotic cells greater than that of the ARE group. Conclusions Cheongyeonsan alleviates nasal mucosal damage and reduces inflammatory mediators from allergic rhinitis-induced mice.

내장형 리눅스 시스템상에서 EBKS용 전자책 리더 시스템의 개발

본 논문에서는 내장형 리눅스 환경에서 XML기반 EBKS용 전자책 리더 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 내장형 리눅스 타겟보드 상에서 Qt SAX 파서를 이용하여 한국형 전자책 문서 표준에 기반한 XML 문서를 파싱하고, 크로스플랫폼형 윈도우 시스템인 QWS(Qt Windows system)를 이용하여 디스플레이 한다. 개발된 전자책 리더는 리눅스 환경뿐만 아니라 다양한 윈도우 플랫폼(MS 윈도즈 등)에서 신속하게 그리고 쉽게 개발 가능하며, SAX 파서를 사용하므로 DOM 인터페이스에 비해 메모리 소요량이 감소함을 확인하였다. In this paper, we have developed an E-book reader for EBKS XML documents on the embedded Linux environment. This reader operated on a Linux target board parses the EBKS XML documents using the Qt SAX interface and displays the parsed pages through the QWS (Qt Windows System) which is a cross-platform windows toolkit. This reader can be easily and rapidly developed on Linux as well as MS windows and requires less memory than DOM interfaces because it parses with SAX interface.
