Even though panic disorder is commonly encountered in primary care setting, accurate diagnosis is rare and appropriate treatment is even rarer. This failure to recognize and adequately treat panic disorder leads likely contributes to inordinately high rates of medical utilization, medical cost, and excessive disability in these patients. Panic disorder is a highly treatable condition. With effective treatment, cardiovascular symptoms, irritable bowel syndrome and more specific gastrointestinal symptoms and even hypochondriasis all tend to improve as well as panic attacks, anticipatory anxiety, and phobic avoidance. Therefore timely diagnosis and proper treatment of panic disorder are very important in primary care. Primary care physicians need to be familiar with early detection and accurate diagnosis. Treatment guidelines for panic disorder also need to be disseminated widely. Patient education with more frequent visits and monitoring must be provided to increase rates of treatment. 공황장애는 일차진료에서 매우 흔한 질환이나 임상 실제에서 인지율이 낮으며 진단이 되더라도 적절한 치료를 제공하지 못하는 점이 많다. 이런 과소인지 및 과소치료로 인해 공황장애 환자들은 의료기관을 많이 이용하고 의료비 지출이 많으며 심각한 기능장애를 가진다. 공황장애는 정확히 진단을 내리면 치료가 잘 되는 질환이므로, 효과적인 치료로 공황발작, 예기불안, 공포적 회피뿐만 아니라 심혈관 증상, 과민성장증후군 증상, 비특이적인 소화기 증상, 건강염려증 등의 공황장애와 연관된 신체 증상들도 일반적으로 해결된다. 그러므로 일차진료에서 시기적절한 진단과 적절한 치료를 제공하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해 일차진료의들은 공황장애의 선별과 진단방법에 대한 풍부한 지식이 필요하고, 이 장애에 대한 치료 지침이 널리 보급되어야 하고, 치료율을 높이기 위해서는 환자들을 교육하고 자주 방문하게 하고 자기-관찰(self-monitoring)을 하도록 권장하는 것이 또한 필요할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Citrus Reticulata(CR) on the Cell Detachment and Apoptosis in Human Gastric Cancer SNU-668 Cells. The effect of CR on apoptosis was investigated through MTT assay, DAPI staining, and TUNEL assay. We also performed RT-PCR for apoptotic genes including BCL-2, BAX, and caspase-3, the caspase-3 activity assay, and western blotting for pro-CASP-3. Then, to detect that adhesion of cell to ECM was reduced by CR, we investigated mRNA expression of CDH1 and PTK2 using RT-PCR, and their protein expressions using western blotting, and immunocytochemistry in SNU-668 cells. In this study, the results showed that treatment of CR induced time and dose-dependent cell death in SNU-668 cells. Downregulated mRNA expression of BCL-2, and upregulated mRNA expressions of BAX and CASP-3 indicated that the cell death was due to apoptosis. Protein expression of inactivated CASP-3, and caspase-3 activity assay also showed that apoptosis was induced in CR-treated cells.

The evolution of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) took place in three stages. Initially, behaviour therapy emerged independent but parallel developments in the United Kingdom auld United States, in the period 1960-70. The second stage, the growth of cognitive therapy, took place in the United States in the mid 1950s onwards. The third stage, the merging of behaviour and cognitive therapy into CBT, gathered momentum in the late 1980s and is now werll advanced in Europe and North America. Today CBT dominates clinical research and practice in many parts of the world even though there are growing interests in CBT recently in this country. Within the traditional boundaries of CBT, we can expect important progress in understanding and treating th full range of anxiety disorders. Cognitive concepts and analysis will be extended into general medicine, beyond the traditional limits of psychiatric psychology. Attempts to link CBT to progress in neuroscience will continue, but with more success than in the past.

In this paper, we propose a memory compiler to genrate embedded RAMs and ROMs for ASIC chips. We design the leaf cells to be compsoed of memory blocks. The compiler is built using tile-based method to simplify routing. The compiler can genrate any memory layouts to satisfy 64 to 4096 words and 4 to 256 bits per word. The technology we used here is 0.8.mu.m single poly double metal CMOS process. The address access time and power consumption are verifie dthrough the HSPICE simulation.

Purpose: Osteopontin is one of the major non-collagenous protein of hard tissue. Use of peptide domain of biologically active protein has some advantages. The objective of this experimental study is evaluation of periodontal regenerative potency of synthetic peptide gel which containing collagen binding domain of osteopontin in the degree III periodontal defect of beagle dogs. Material and Methods: Experimental degree III furcation defect was made in the mandibular third and fourth premolar of beagles. Regenerative material was applied during flap operation. 8 weeks after regenerative surgery, all animals were sacrificed and histomorphometric measurement was performed to calculate the linear percentage of the new cementum formation and the volume percentage of new bone formation. Result: The linear percent of new cementum formation was 41.6% at control group and 67.1% at test group and there was statistically significant difference. The volume percent of new bone formation was 52.1% at control group and 58.9% at test group. Conclusion: As the results of present experiment, synthetic peptide gel containing collagen binding domain of osteopontin significantly increase new bone and cementum formation in the degree III furcation defect of canine mandible.
