        증례 : 수년에 걸쳐 진행한 폐결절을 가진 불명열 환자에서의 항암화학요법 1예

        저자들은 수년에 걸쳐 진행한 폐결절을 가진 불명열 환자에서 조직학적으로 규명되지는 않았으나 EB 바이러스 관련 림프세포증식질환을 의심하여 항암화학요법을 시행한 후 관해를 이룬 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Classic causes of fever of unknown origin (FUO) are infections, neoplasms, collagen vascular diseases and drugs. However, large studies of FUO have consistently reported that a considerable proportion of patients with FUO remain undiagnosed. We report a patient with a prolonged course of FUO and progressive pulmonary nodules in whom extensive clinical and laboratory evaluation did not reveal specific diagnosis. The patient had recurrent episodes of fever for more than three years, and the pulmonary nodules gradually progressed in size and number despite administration of antibiotics including antifungal and antituberculosis agents. Several pathologic examinations demonstrated an organizing pneumonia or non-neoplastic lung parenchyma with lymphoplasmacytic infiltration only. After a protracted course of disease, we thought that this patient might have lymphoproliferative disorder, possibly EBV-associated, and started anti-cancer chemotherapy. He was successfully treated with eight cycles of chemotherapy including cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolone (CHOP).(Korean J Med 71:442-448, 2006)

        자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 사회인지 프로그램 개발을 위한 예비연구: 언어재활사의 인식을 중심으로

        본 연구는 ASD 아동의 사회적 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위한 조기 개입 및 교육 지원에 있어서 효과적인 교수프로그램을 모색하고자 계획된 예비연구이다. 이를 위해 사회적 기능 손상으로 나타나는 문제를 사회성 발달에 관여하는 사회인지 개념으로 보고 언어재활사가 생각하는 사회인지 중요 요소와 그에 따른 치료 만족도, 사회인지 구성요소 간 중요도와의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 먼저 사회인지 하위 구성요소를 중심으로 필수 선행능력 2개 항목이 포함된 총 12개 항목을 설문 문항으로 최종 선정하고 5점 리커트 척도로 제작했다. 설문 응답을 통해 사회인지 중요도와 치료 만족도의 평균값을 비교하고 사회인지 구성요소 간 중요도와의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 사회인지 하위 구성항목 간 중요도와 치료 만족도에서 ‘공동주의 능력’에서는 일치를, 나머지 11개 항목은 불일치를 보였으며 이러한 결과는 대다수 언어재활사들이 ASD 아동의 사회성 지도에 어려움을 보이고 있음을 시사한다. 사회인지 구성요소 간 중요도와의 상관관계는 모든 항목에서 유기적인 정적 상관을 보였다. 본 연구 결과는 ASD 아동의 성공적인 사회적 의사소통을 위해서는 발달 초기에 나타나는 사회적 참조와 공동주의 능력이 체계적으로 개입되어야 함을 시사한다. 또한 사회인지와 필수 선행능력 등에 대한 더 많은 연구로 ASD 아동의 사회통합을 지원할 증거기반 교수법(Evidence-based practices)들이 개발되어져야 할 것이다. This study is a preliminary study designed to seek effective teaching programs in supporting early intervention and education to improve ASD children's social communication skills. To this end, we looked at the social functional impairment problem as a society involved in social development and looked at the relationship between the important factors and the importance of treatment satisfaction and social recognition components. First, a total of 12 items, including two essential pre-executives, were selected as questionnaires based on the social awareness subcomponents and produced on a five-point recursive scale. The survey responses compared the average values of social awareness importance and treatment satisfaction and analyzed the correlation between social recognition components. The analysis showed a consensus in the 'ability of communalism' in importance and treatment satisfaction among sub-components of society and the remaining 11 items showed inconsistencies, suggesting that the majority of language rehabilitation workers were having difficulty guiding social skills of ASD children. The correlation between social and component importance showed organic static correlation in all categories. The results of this study suggest that successful social communication of ASD children requires systematic involvement in the social reference and communalism capabilities that appear in the early stages of development. In addition, evidence-based teaching methods to support social integration of ASD children will need to be developed with more research on social recognition and essential prior ability.

        지각된 대기시간 경험이 고객 만족도, 재방문의도, 구전효과에 미치는 영향 -미용실을 중심으로-

        This study looks into how beauty salon customers’ perceived waiting experience would influence satisfaction, re-visit intention and word-of-mouth effect and, that will help the study both to offer marketing strategies that would create new value and to contribute to competitiveness strengthening of beauty salons and development of the beauty service industry. As for data gathering, the study conducted a survey targeting customers of beauty salons who were residing in Seoul and using SPSS 20.0, the study carried out a frequency analysis, a factor analysis, a reliability analysis and a multiple regression analysis on the final 286 samples of the survey. The study observed that ‘treatment satisfaction’ also affects word-of-mouth effect. ‘Damage occurrence’ has negative effects on satisfaction, re-visit intention and word-of-mouth effect. Based on what had been learned so far, this study confirmed that since the perceived waiting experience can affect the behavioral intentions such as satisfaction, re-visit intention and word-of-mouth effect as well as how a company would run business most significantly, if the salons know that there will be waiting time when beauty services are provided, either managers or service providers should inform customers of estimated waiting time and of when their turn for the services would return. That will help the salons to minimize the customers’ perceived waiting time but to improve caring and fairness of the managers and the service providers which would prevent the customers from any damage. In addition, the salons can also increase positive word-of-mouth effect by improving the customer satisfaction in waiting spaces as the service providers kindly offer services, and that will all lead the salons to avoid intention to alienate.

        UCC 이용과 생산에서 내외재적 동기요인

        최근에 UCC는 인터넷 문화로 자리 잡고 있어 사회적 영향력을 갖게 되었으며 UCC 참여자들은 내재적 욕구 및 외재적 욕구를 충족시키기 위해 UCC 이용과 생산 활동에 참여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 UCC 참여자들의 감정요인, 사회적 영향 및 내외재적 동기가 UCC 이용과 생산에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국과 미국에서 UCC 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 회수된 339개(한국)와 305개(미국)의 유효 설문지를 대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 감정요인의 경우 한국과 미국 모두에서 기쁨이 내재적 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 환기는 미국에서는 내재적 동기와 관련성이 있고, 한국에서는 내재적 동기와 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 영향요인의 경우, 주관적 규범은 한국에서 외재적 동기와 관련성이 있고, 미국에서는 외재적 동기와 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 이미지는 한국과 미국에서 모두 외재적 동기에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 내재적 동기는 한국의 경우 UCC 이용과 생산에 영향을 주지 않았으며, 미국에서는 UCC 이용과는 유의미한 관련성이 있고, UCC 생산과는 관련성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 외재적 동기는 한국과 미국 모두에서 UCC 생산에 유의한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. We aimed at identifying the determinants of favorable UCC usage and creation by integrating emotional dimension, social influence and motivations. The finding show the significant effect of pleasure on intrinsic motivation in both Korea and U.S.A. Arousal has a positive effect on intrinsic motivation in the United States, but it has no relationship wit h intrinsic motivation in Korea. In case of social influence, subjective norm gives a significant impact on extrinsic motivation whereas proved insignificant in the United States. Image is shown to be significantly related with extrinsic motivation in both nations. Also, intrinsic motivation does not posit an effect on UCC usage and creation in Korea whereas it influences on UCC usage and is not related with UCC creation in the United States. In addition, it was observed that UCC usage has a positive and significant impact on UCC creation in both nations.

        소셜네트워크서비스에 대한 이용과 충족 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 최근의 SNS 이용 급증을 반영하여 SNS 중 페이스북을 대상으로 이용동기를 확인하고 이용동기와 관련된 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 페이스북 이용 동기 요인으로 정체성표현, 사회적 상호작용, 유용성, 친구와의 교류, 친구정보검색, 여가선용, 인맥관리, 현실도피, 동참하기, 외로움탈피가 추출되었다. 다음 단계로 추출된 이용동기 요인과 페이스북 속성에 관한 인식, 이용행태, 개인의 사회관계적 요인과의 관련성을 분석하였다. 관계맺기 속성에 관한 인식은 인맥관리와 외로움탈피를 제외한 나머지 동기요인에, 자아노출 속성은 친구정보검색과 여가선용을 제외한 나머지 동기요인에, 개인정보탐색 속성은 유용성, 친구와의 교류, 친구정보검색, 여가선용, 인맥관리, 동참하기에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이용행태와 관련하여, 사회적 상호작용, 유용성, 여가선용, 현실도피는 이용빈도와, 정체성표현과 인맥 관리는 이용시간과, 정체성표현, 여가선용, 인맥관리, 현실도피, 외로움탈피는 프로필 읽은 회수와, 사회적 상호작용, 유용성, 여가선용은 포스트횟수와 정적인 상관관계가 있으며 여가선용과 이용경력, 동참하기와 이용빈도, 정체성표현, 인맥관리, 동참하기와 포스트회수 간에는 음의 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 제시되었다. 마지막으로 정체성표현, 유용성, 여가선용, 인맥관리, 외로움탈피는 사회관계적 속성 중 휴대폰저장번호의 정도에 대해, 현실도피와 외로움탈피는 온라인 커뮤니티 가입 정도에 대해 유의미한 결과가 있었다. With the rapid growth of social network service(SNS), why people use SNS has become a major research question. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine use of facebook from uses and gratifications perspectives. The analyses identify ten motives of using facebook. Those motives include personal identity, social interaction, utility, contact to friends, friends’ information seeking, leisure, personal relationship, escape, companionship, overcome loneliness. In addition, this study ascertain the relationship between using motives of facebook and perception toward facebook attributes, using behavior, and users’ social contextual factors. Our results support that facebook using motives except personal relationship and overcome loneliness influence users’ perception toward facebook attributes. Whereas this study do not fully support the relationship, there are some statically positive results.

        정보시스템품질, 정보공유 및 전자정부성과와의 관련성

        This paper aims at identifying what are the determinants of e-Government success by investigating information system success of Korea Customs Service. Information quality, system quality(response time, level of system integration, system usage convenience), and information sharing were identified as the predictors of e-Government success through intensive review of prior researches. A total of 270 surveys from the public officials of Korea Customs Services were analyzed to verify our research model. The results reveals that system quality(response time, level of system integration, usage convenience) have positive and significant impact on information quality whereas response time and usage convenience have direct relationship with information sharing. It is proven that information sharing has strong impact on cost reduction and increase in public service quality.

        IT기반 로봇의 수용에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 TAM 모델에서의 신념변수인 지각된 유용성을 기대불일치이론에 근거하여 지각된 유용성과 기대된 유용성의 불일치정도로 개념화 하고자 한다. 이를 통해 신기술 수용에 관한 개인의 혁신성과 URC로봇의 유용성에 대한 기대불일치정도가 태도와 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 과정을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2006년과 2007년 두 차례에 걸쳐 1000가구를 대상으로 실시된 URC 시범서비스 가구를 대상으로 각각 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 두 차례 설문 모두에 응답한 설문응답을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 개인 혁신성은 유용성의 기대불일치정도(지각된 유용성-기대된 유용성)에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 유용성의 기대불일치정도는 사용자 태도와 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 사용자 태도는 이용의도와 유의미한 수준에서 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. Korea Communications Commission (KCC) has been providing the pilot service of URC(Ubiquitous Robot Companion), which is a network-based personal robot, to 1000 Korean households since 2006 to define potential users' needs and adoption behaviors. Personal innovativeness might play a critical role in adoption of URC services by users because much sophisticated and convergence technologies are incorporated into URC services. Also, defining not only perceived beliefs about URC services but also expected beliefs about them are very crucial to reduce disconfirmation between users' perception and expectation of URC services. From this point of view, this paper aimed to examine robot users' adoption behavior by considering constructs such as personal innovativeness, usefulness (perceived usefulness - expected usefulness, P-E), user attitude, and intention to use. The findings reveal that personal innovativeness is negatively related to usefulness (P-E) whereas usefulness (P-E) influences significantly and positively on user attitude. It is also shown that usefulness (P-E) and user attitude have strong positive effects on intention to use.

        시대변천에 따른 여성 아나운서들의 이미지변화 - TV 헤어를 중심으로 -

        This research explored how the images of female TV announcers have transformed in the recent five years according to the changes of the times, focusing on their hair style. This research selected two most active female announcers and hair style trend of each year during the periods of 1970 to 2010, studying how their hair styles and the hairdressing industry evolved. In the 1970s, women were more active in becoming a working member of society, thus leading to more activities of female announcers. We would like to define that the image making of female announcers on the media can be useful data to show the change in trend of a certain time. First, we found out the viewers' thoughts on these three following notions; the basic concept of a female announcer, female announcers’ activity and how viewers think of. female announcers. As the digital era arrive and TV broadcasting markets develop, female announcers are in the position of a state that earns popularity from the public, not a state as mere accessories. On the other hand, research results show that female announcers need to be even more committed to management of their images. As a result of this research, announcers were changing their images by adapting to the hair style trends of the day, and this not only expressed their personality but also work as a important information source of hair style trend to viewers.

        웰니스가 미용종사자의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Beauty treatment industry is a service area that is highly dependent on human factor, which can influence business performance by commercializing service quality and technique provided beauty treatment professions. Therefore, this research aimed at suggesting basic material to develop wellness program that can achieve positive business performance through enhancing service quality by having beauty treatment professions get satisfied with their life and job and provide high quality service to customers through researching the effect of wellness factors on beauty treatment professions`` subjective feeling of happiness. To achieve the research purpose, this research utilized total 1,080 questionnaires for final analysis targeting beauty treatment professions in Seoul, and conducted frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis on collected data utilizing SPSS 16.0. As the result, first, wellness was drawn with 11 levels, and subjective feeling of happiness was drawn with 5 levels, second, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘the others comparative accomplishment satisfaction’ factor had highest affirmative(+) factor, while ‘self-blame’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘positive self-development’ factor is high among wellness factors, third, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘negative anxiety’ factor, had highest affirmative(+) influence, while ‘positive thinking’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘negative expression’ factor was high among wellness factors, fourth, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘ideal satisfaction’ factor had highest affirmative (+) influence, while ‘self-blame’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘positive self-development’ factor was high among wellness factors, fifth, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘aging pressure’ factor had highest affirmative(+) factor, while ‘positive thinking’ factor had negative(-) factor when tendency of ‘negative expression’ factor was high among wellness factors, fifth, subject feeling of happiness, ‘aging pressure’ factor had highest affirmative(+) influence, while ‘positive thinking’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘negative expression’ factor was high among wellness factors, lastly, subjective feeling of happiness, ‘old age satisfaction’ factor had highest affirmative(+) influence, while ‘regular food control’ factor had negative(-) influence when tendency of ‘positive value’ factor was high among wellness factors. In conclusion, the researcher wishes that companies recognize and develop necessity and importance of wellness program for beauty treatment professions to get high quality service and positive business performance for the customers, also, beauty treatment professions could promote healthy and satisfactory composure of life for themselves and the future, also, expects researches and efforts to be continued to enhance recognition and feeling of happiness of beauty treatment professions in various aspects.
