김정은 시대 북한정치의 특징과 전망

이 글은 김정은 시대 북한 정치의 특징을 분석하고 향후 변화를 전망하고 있다. 북한 정치의 특정은 권력구조와 리더십 그리고 통치이념을 중심으로 분석하였다. 먼저, 북한의 권력구조는 수령체제라는 북한 정치체제의 특성에 주목하여 유일영도체계와 함께 권력엘리트의 재편에 초점을 두었다. 김정은 시대 유일영도체계는 김정일 시기에 비해 약해지고 있으며, 권력엘리트들은 당-정-군 모두에서 세대교체가 가속화되고 있다. 둘째, 김정은의 정치적 리더십은 인격적 리더십과 제도적 리더십을 통해 분석하였다. 김정은은 김정일 사망 직후 최고지도자의 지위에 기반한 제도적 리더십을 갖춘 이후, 현재까지 인격적 리더십 확립에 매진하고 있다. 셋째, 북한의 통치이념은 주체사상에서 김일성-김정일주의로 변경되었다. 그리고 북한은 김정은 시대의 실천담론으로서 김정일 애국주의를 확산시키고 있다. 결론적으로, 북한은 김정은 시대의 새로운 비전과 목표를 제시할 것이며, 이를 통해 김정일과의 차별성 및 변화를 모색할 가능성이 높다. This paper analyzes the characteristics of North Korean politics and predicts future changes under Kim Jong-Un era. It is analyzed power structure, political leadership and ruling ideology as the characteristics of North Korean politics. First, The power structure is consist of 'uilyongdochege (monolithic leadership)' and change of power elite. The 'uilyongdochege' has weakened and the replacement of power elite has accelerated compared to Kim Jong-Il era. Second, there were analyzed personal leadership and positional leadership as Kim Jong-un's political leadership. Kim Jong-Un established institutional leadership based on position of supreme leader soon after the death of Kim Jong-Il and has been trying to establish personal leadership. Third, The ruling ideology of North Korea changed from 'Juche Ideology' to 'Kimilsung-Kimjongilism'. And The 'KimJongil Patriotism' is spreading to the entire society as the discourse for practice 'Kimilsung-Kimjongilism'. Finally, North Korea will present a new vision and goals and try to differentiate Kim Jong-Un era from Kim Jong-Il era.

This thesis was written with a view to understanding the aspect being transmitting now, by illumination of Play in Honam at the cultural sight, and considering the grope for modern change and shifted use. Honam is a district that various Plays have been originated because it centers on traditional agricultural society. However, the substances of preservation of Plays have no choice but to become different because Play has the nature of spot itself which is transmitted through the public performance on the spot. Honam is now so rapidly urbanized that it shows a phenomenon of collapse of its rural community and also comes to a crisis on the preservation of Play. In this condition, 195 items of Plays have been investigated now and according to the characters, classified into 'Seasonal play' which has seasonal characteristic, 'Ordinary play' which plays in ordinary times, and 'Exorcism play' which is played according to incantatory purpose or situation. Among them 'Spring play' centers seasonally, 'Agricultural play' in daily life, 'Poong-mool play' incantatorily and the unit of transmission is on a basis of individual village. The problem in aspect of transmission is the difficulty of group performance according to decrease of rural population. The pleasant function of pure Play was lost and the will of establishment of union consciousness was disappeared. The reorganized Plays to win a prize in folklore contest are blamed for the wide deterioration from the original form. The alternative plays of shifted use run as follows : the public performance in all kinds of contests, the practical use of festivals, the organization of preservation association in the unit of village, the construction of information system for the preservation of organization in cultural contents. But we expect that these Plays in Honam will be the most valuable essence of racial traditional culture on the flood of modern culture if we preserve them well politicly and endeavor to improve interest and recognition on traditional Play because there are still many areas that Plays in the unit of village are transmitted well in Honam.

안맺음씨끝 ‘-나-, -니-, -이-’ 통합체의 변화

이 글은 ‘-나-, -니-, -이-’의 통합체가 15세기부터 현대에 이르기까지 입은 변화의 모습을 살폈다. ‘-나-, -니-, -이-’의 통합은 모든 조합이 가능하지만 마지막 통합 요소에 따라서 월맺음씨끝은 서로 다른 것들이 통합된다. ‘-이-’는 15세기부터 ‘-ㆁ-, -ㆁ이-, -(ㅣ)-’의 변화형이 나타나는데, ‘-니이-’는 ‘-니이-, -닝-, -닝이, -니(ㅣ)-’의 변화형을 보인다. 그리고 ‘-니-’와 물음법 씨끝 ‘-오/-아/-어’가 통합되면 ‘-뇨/-냐/-녀’처럼 융합된 형태를 보인다. ‘-나-’는 17세기 이후에 ‘-ㄴ/난/는-’ 등의 변화형을 보인다. 이러한 사실을 바탕으로 ‘-이-, -니-’는 15세기에 기능 의미의 변화가 일어난 것으로 보았으며, ‘-나-’는 17세기에 기능 의미의 변화가 일어난 것으로 보았다. 통합체 가운데 ‘-이-’가 통합된 것들은 20세기에 오면 ‘-다’가 절단되어 생략된 것들만 쓰이고, ‘-이-’가 통합되지 않은 것들은 그대로 쓰이고 있음을 밝혔다. 다만 ‘-니-’에 물음법 씨끝이 통합된 것들은 19세기까지는 ‘-니오’와 같은 형태들이 보이지만 20세기에는 융합된 것들만 쓰인다. This study is focused on the changing combinations of ‘-나-, -니-, -이-’ from 15C to this day. In 15th century, ‘-나-, -니-, -이-’ could be embodied in every combination, but the combinations of final-endings depended on the combined elements. Transforms of ‘-이-’, which are ‘-ㆁ-, -ㆁ이-, -(ㅣ)-’, began to appear in 15C and ‘-니이-’ appeared in forms of ‘-니이-, -닝-, -닝이-, -니(ㅣ)-’. The combination of ‘-니-’ and an interrogative sentence endings ‘-오/-아/-어’ made the fused forms like ‘-뇨/-냐/-녀’. ‘-나-’ was transformed into variations ‘-ㄴ/?/는-’. with this evidence, I suggest that ‘-이-, -니-’ went through the exchange of functional meanings in 15C and ‘-나-’ did in 17C. Among them, the combinations with ‘-이-’ were used only in the form of ellipsis without ‘-다’. The others, which were not combined with ‘-이-’, were used without any change. An interrogative sentence endings combined with ‘-니-’ had been used in the forms like ‘-니오’ until 19C, but appeared only in the form of the fused in 20C.

농약 사용 저감화를 위한 환경 친화적인 파밤나방(Spodoptera exigua)의 방제

파밭에서 발생하는 파밤나방을 친환경적으로 방제하기 위하여 농약저감화 방법중의 하나인 교호방제법을 검토하였다. 파밤나방에 등록되어 있는 살충제 가운데서 시판중인 25개 품목을 구입하여 실내실험에서 약효가 우수한 9종을 선발하여 비닐하우스내의 소포장 시험을 통해 화학 살충제 4종을 선발하였으며, 본 실험실에서 선발한 3종의 BT제의 교호처리를 포장시험에 적용하였다. 처리방법은 같은 약제를 1주일 간격으로 3회 처리한 단일처리와 BT제를 포함하여 서로 다른 약제를 1회씩 3종류를 1주일 간격으로 교호처리 하였다. 그 결과 화학농약과 미생물 농약을 처리한 Indoxacarb WP - Chlorfluazuron EC - B.t. var. kurstaki CAB141과 Indoxacarb WP - Methoxyfenozide + spinosad SC - Chlorfluazuron EC - B.t. var. aizawai CAB109, B.t. var. kurstaki CAB141의 3합이 평균 살충율 78%이상을 나타냈다. 따라서 단일처리의 방제가보다 10% 이상 높았으며 평균피해감소율 43% 이상에 달하여 단일처리한 조합보다 10% 높은 효과를 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는, 동일한 약제 살포에 의한 저항성발달을 최소화하고, 천연물이나 미생물을 이용한 생물농약을 교호처리함으로서 화학농약의 살포 횟수를 감소시켜 친환경적으로 파밤나방을 방제할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. For the environment-friendly control of beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua, in spring onion fields, we have examined an alternative application method. Twenty-five insecticides registered for spring onion were tested for control effect against the beet armyworm in the laboratory, then the best 9 chemical and a single biological insecticides were selected and compared with 2 new isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis in a polyvinyl house. After that, 4 chemical and 3 B. thuringiensis treatments were used in the field for the control of beet armyworm in the spring onion. Two application methods are used: one is triple treatments with the same chemical and the other is alternative application with different chemicals and B. thuringiensis for 7 days intervals. Indoxacarb WP - chlorfluazuron EC - B.t. var. kurstaki CAB141 and indoxacarb WP - methoxyfenozide + spinosad SC - Chlorfluazuron EC - B.t. var. aizawai CAB109, B.t. var. kurstaki CAB141 showed greater than 78% mortality of beet armyworm larvae and greater than 43% damage decrease in spring onions infested by beet armyworm. These results showed that alternative applications had higher control effect than any other applications. It was suggested that alternative applications with microbial biological agents such as B. thuringiensis might minimize the development of insecticide resistance and might be used as the environment-friendly control of the beet armyworm.
