Polycrystalline germanium (Ge) thin films were grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) using tetra-allyl germanium [$Ge(allyl)_4$], and germane ($GeH_4$) as precursors. Ge thin films were grown on a $TiN(50nm)/SiO_2/Si$ substrate by varying the growth conditions of the reactive gas ($H_2$), temperature ($300-700^{\circ}C$) and pressure (1-760Torr). $H_2$ gas helps to remove carbon from Ge film for a $Ge(allyl)_4$ precursor but not for a $GeH_4$ precursor. $Ge(allyl)_4$ exhibits island growth (VW mode) characteristics under conditions of 760Torr at $400-700^{\circ}C$, whereas $GeH_4$ shows a layer growth pattern (FM mode) under conditions of 5Torr at $400-700^{\circ}C$. The activation energies of the two precursors under optimized deposition conditions were 13.4 KJ/mol and 31.0 KJ/mol, respectively.

행위자의 주관과 객관의 이중성은 어떻게 양립가능한가?

주관적이면서 객관적이기도 한 인간의 이중적 본성이 양립한다는 것을 어떻게 설명할 수 있는가? 김재권은 행위론에서 바로 이 문제를 제기한다. 인간 행위에 대한 기존의 대표적인 이론들, 인과론과 비인과론은 행위를 바라보는 주관적 관점과 객관적 관점을 이원적으로 분리하거나 어느 한쪽으로의 환원을 시도한다. 필자는 주관과 객관의 양립가능성 문제에 접근하는 기존의 모델들을 비판적으로 검토한 후 새로운 대안을 제안할 것이다. 여기서 이 문제를 해명하기 위한 시도의 하나로 김재권의 투사 및 시뮬레이션 모델을 검토하고 그것이 갖는 설명력과 한계를 논의한다. 나아가 필자가 고안한 시뮬레이션 집단사고실험 모델은 그러한 한계를 해결할 수 있다는 것을 보임으로써, 주관과 객관의 이중성을 해명하는 하나의 모델이 될 수 있다는 것을 논의할 것이다. How can we explain that the dual nature of human beings, both subjective and objective, is compatible? Kim Jaegwon poses this problem from his action theory. Existing representative theories of action, causal theory and non-causal theory, attempt to divide the subjective viewpoint and the objective stance of agents into two, or try to reduce to one side. I will critically review existing models approaching the issue of compatibility between subjectivity and objectivity and suggest new alternatives. Here, I examine Kim’s projection thesis and simulation model and discuss its explanatory power and limitations. Furthermore, I will argue that the model of group simulation thought experiments I designed can be a model for explaining our dual nature of subjectivity and objectivity by showing that it can solve such limitations.

건축구조용강재(SN490) 조립 H형강 기둥-보 접합부의 이력거동에 관한 실험적 연구

1994년 노스리지 지진 이전 우수한 연성능력을 보유한 내진상세로 생각되던 WUF-B 접합부의 기둥-보플랜지 용접위치에서 발생 한 취성파괴는 WUF-B 접합부에 대한 새로운 고찰을 요구하였다. FEMA(Federal Emergency Management Agency)의 후원으로 SAC Steel Project에서는 WUF-B 접합부의 스캘럽(Weld access holes) 형상, 용접과정, 용접재료 등을 개정한 내진상세를 FEMA-350에 제안하 였다. AISC Seismic Provisions(2005)에서는 WUF-B 접합부를 OMF(Ordinary Moment Frames)로만 사용하도록 규정하고 있다. 본 연 구에서는 SM490 및 SN490 조립형강을 이용하여 FEMA-350에 제시된 WUF-B 상세 규정을 따라 강종(SM, SN), 보플랜지두께, 보의 춤을 변수로 기둥-보 접합부 실대 실험체 2개를 제작하여 실험을 수행하였으며, 내진성능 평가를 위한 가력 방법 및 내진성능을 평가하였다. JB-1, JB-2 실험체는 AISC Seismic Provisions(2005)에서 제시하고 있는 OMF와 SMF 내진성능을 만족하는 결과를 나타났으며, 보플랜지 두께와 보의 춤에 따른 WUF-B 접합부의 내진성능이 재정의 될 필요가 있는 것으로 사료된다. The brittle failure where is occurred the welding position of column-beam flange of WUF-B connection that consider about a seismic detail possess a superior ductility capacity before Northridge earthquake 1994, require newly study about WUF-B connection. SAC Steel Project suggests a seismic detail to FEMA-350 by supporting of FEMA. It revise shape of weld access holes of WUF-B connection, welding processand welding material etc, In spite of these revision, AISC Seismic Provisions (2005) prescribe WUF-B connection using an only OMF. Recently in Korea, as the earthquake of about seismic intensity 5 occur, the necessity of revision for connection seismic detail comes to the front in Korea and FEMA-350 connection seismic details are going to include in KBC-2008 as it is. In this study, two column-beam connection specimens were marked by using SM490, SN490 built-up H-section, and based on WUF-B detail prescription of FEMA350. The parameters of the specimens are types of steel (SM, SN), and evaluate the capacities of structure and seismic by experiment. Finally we confirm a superior ductility capacity aboutspecimens JB-1 and JB-2, using SM490 and SN490,and these specimens had sufficient OMF and SMF seismic capacity, as indicated in AISC Seismic Provisions (2005).

수학사에 근거한 수학영재의 창의적 산출물 평가 준거 개발

이 연구는 창의적 생산력 계발을 위한 교육 프로그램에서 수학영재 학생들이 생산한 창의적 산출물을 평가할 수 있는 준거를 개발하고자 하였다 수학사를 통해 수학자들이 이룩한 산출물을 토대로 창의적 산출물 생산 모델을 제안하였는데, 이 모델은 수학적 지식, 수학적 사고, 수학적 탐구 기술의 세 가지 요소와 창의적 산출물 전체에 대한 평가요소로 구성되어 있으며, 학생들의 산출물은 모델의 각 요소에 초점을 둔 것에 대응시킬 수 있었다. 수학에서의 창의적 산출물에 대한 평가 준거는 창의적 산출물 생산 모델의 요소에 근거하여 개발하였으며, 이 준거에 의한 평가는 타당성과 신뢰성을 가진 것으로 판단되었다. This study is intended to develop the criterion for evaluating the creative products that mathematically gifted students produce in their education program to enhance the development of creative productive ability. 1 distinguish the mathematical creativity with the creativity in the general domain, and make the production model of the creative mathematical product grounded on the mathematicians' work through the mathematical history. The model has the following components; the mathematical knowledge, the mathematical thinking and the mathematical inquiry skill, surrounding the resultive creative product. The students products are focused on one component of the model. Thus the criterion for the creative products is grounded on the each component of the model. According to it, teachers could evaluate the students'work, which got the validity and the reliability.

검정콩의 주요 항산화 원인물질 및 항산화 효과의 비교

검정콩에 함유되어 있는 성분들 중 주요 항산화 원인물질을 구명학기 위하여 청자콩의 isoflavone, 토코페롤, phenolic acids 및 안토시아닌의 함량을 측정하였다. 그 결과 genistein이 43.86mg%, daidzein이 31.73mg% 함유되어 있었으며, 토코페롤 함량은 ${\alpha}$-토코페롤이 1.99mg%, ${\beta}$-토코페롤 0.47mg%, ${\gamma}$-토코페롤 10.68mg%, ${\dalta}$-토코페롤 3.95mg%이 함유되어 있었다. 11종류의 phenolic acids에서는 benzoic(126.70mg%)>p-coumaric(67.68)>salicylic(59.40)>gentisic(43.19)>ferulic(16.57)>syringic(15.04)>chlorogenic(8.00)>caffeic(4.53)>vanillic(2.82)>p-OH benzoic(2.47)>trans-cinnamic acid(1.00)의 순으로 함유되어 있었으며, 검정콩 종피에 함유되어 있는 안토시아닌을 측정한 결과 delphinidin 3-glucoside가 1.42, cyanidin 3-glucoside 5.77 및 petunidin 3-glucoside가 0.30mg/g이었다. 검정콩에 함유되어 있는 항산화 물질들 (안토시아닌, isoflavone, phenolic acids 및 토코페롤)을 검정콩에 들어있는 함량과 비례하도록 조제하여 TEAC법으로 항산화 효과를 측정한 결과, genistein, gentisic acid, ${\gamma}$-토코페롤, 안토시아닌의 항산화 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 네 종류의 항산화 물질들의 시너지 효과를 분석한 결과, 이들은 서로 시너지 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 안토시아닌을 혼합할 때 시너지 효과가 가장 높게 나타나 검정콩의 항산화 효과에 안토시아닌이 크게 관여하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Contents of isoflavone, phenolic acids, tocopherol, and anthocyanin in black soybean (Glycine max) were measured by HPLC. To compare antioxidative activities of main black soybean components, antioxidative effects of the same levels of commercial standard components were measured by Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity assay (TEAC). Most effective component was gentisic acid followed by anthocyanin, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, genistein, syringic acid, and daidzein. TEAC assay results revealed genistein in isoflavone, gentisic acid in phenolic acids, p-tocopherol in tocopherol, and anthocyanin showed highest antioxidative and synergistic acitivities, with anthocyanin showing strongest synergy effect.

TIMSS 인지영역 평가틀의 변화와 우리나라 학생들의 국제적 수학 성취도

TIMSS는 수학 과학 성취도 추이변화 국제비교 연구로서 가장 대규모로 여러 국가의 수학 성취도를 파악, 분석하고 있다. 본 연구는 두 가지 연구 내용을 담고 있는데, 첫째는 4주기에 걸친 TIMSS의 인지영역 평가틀의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 평가틀과 문항 개발의 시사점을 얻는 것이다. 둘째는 TIMSS 2007 인지영역 평가틀에 따라 우리나라 학생들의 수학 성취도를 6개국과 비교 분석하는 것이다. TIMSS 2003에서 우리나라는 수학 전체 성취도가 싱가포르와 유의한 차이로 2위를 차지했는데, 수학적 능력을 살펴볼 수 있는 인지영역별로는 알기가 국제 1위, 적용하기가 3위, 추론하기가 2위를 차지하였다. 이를 바탕으로 평가틀 개발 및 다른 나라의 교육 체계나 교육과정으로부터의 시사점 등에 대한 제언을 하였다. TIMSS 2003 is the third and most recently round of IEA's Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study. In this study, I considered the changes of the mathematics cognitive domain in TIMSS and got some facts for developing assessment framework. And I analyzed 7 countries' achievement in the view of our country Korea, i.e. Singapore, Hongkong, Chinese Taipei, Japan, Netherlands, and Unites States. With the reliable and valid achievement scales for cognitive domains given by ISC, students' achievement scales were analyzed according to country, percentile, and sex in each cognitive domain.

낙상예방운동프로그램이 재가노인의 신체구성요소, 활동체력 및 허약수준에 미치는 효과

Purpose: To examine the effects of a fall prevention exercise program on the community-dwelling elderly. Methods: The nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design involved 16. subjects in the experimental group and 17 in the control group. The experimental group received the fall prevention exercise program for 50 minutes, three times each week for 12 weeks. Results: After program participation, the experimental group of subjects showed significantly higher lower limb strength higher endurance, and higher balance than the control group of subjects. The danger of being injured in a fall was also significantly lower in the experimental group. However, there were no significant differences in body constituent factors, agility, and flexibility between the two groups after the intervention. Conclusion: The 12 week fall prevention exercise program was effective in increasing lower limb muscular strength, endurance, balance, and body strength, and in decreasing the danger status of fall injuries. These results suggest that this fall prevention exercise program could be utilized as an effective nursing intervention modality in elderly persons.

대구방언의 억양구조의 변이요인 - 음향음성학적 분석 연구 -

The study on the intonational characteristics is concentrated on the lowering of the pitch level that is described as declination and downstep. The Taegu dialect, which has phonological accentual system, has these phonetic characteristics in affirmative sentences or Yes-No Question sentences. But there is the opposite phenomenon in WH question sentences in Taegu dialect. When the accent of interrogative word in the sentence intial position is LHL, intonation pattern shows a continuous upward movement, indicating that intonation pattern of Taegu dialect is influenced by not only grammatical system but also accentual system.
