현행 地籍管理를 제도적, 기술적, 國土利用側面에서 향후 地籍再調査事業測量의 공신력제고를 위한 數値地籍 作成에 活用한다. 1단계, 각종 圖解地域 測量成果를 기초점에 의한 數値測量 方法으로 成果를 작성한다. 2단계, 기 좌표로 되어있는 土地의 인접측량의 필계좌표로 수정된 좌표 기록부를 活用 한다. 3단계, 국가통일기준망에 의한 全國的인 地籍再調査 事業에 적극 活用해야 할것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of contamination of children's toothbrushes by cariogenic bacteria and to observe the relationship between this and the degree of infection of tooth surface by the same bacteria. 180 elementary schoolchildren of grade 5 were asked for their toothbrush- using behavior by the questionnaire. 30% sucrose broth with 0.01% bromcresol green which pH was adjusted to pH 5.4 by lactic acid was inoculated by dental plaque or toothbrush -rinsed solution and incubated for 3 days. The pH was readed daily by comparing the color of medium with the color of standard buffers. Plaque was sampled by scrubbing the buccal tooth surface of the upper dentition with the cotton applicator. The head of toothbrush was rinsed by 20n of the medium with vibration for one minute and then half of it was incubated. Caries experience was also investigated. The contamination of toothbrush by cariogenic bacteria was higher in the group who brushed their teeth in the moring of the study day and in the group who kept their brush by hanging. Toothbrushing frequency, use period of toothbrush and contact between toothbrushes had no effect. There was no correlation between caries experience and the contamination of toothbrush. Infection of tooth surface by cariogenic bacteria showed similar distribution with contamination of toothbrush and there was significant correlation between the two in the group who brushed their teeth in the morning of the study day. Toothbrush contamination was higher in boys than in girls. Practical methods of toothbrush sterilization at home should be developed in order to prevent the self-infection of cariogenic bacteria from toothbrushes in children.
선망어어의 생산성 향상에 관한 연구 - 단선식 시험조업에 있어서 선망의 운동특성 -

The fundamental studies on the productivity improvement of the purse seine fishery are presented in this paper. The experiment on net shooting and hauling was carried out in the near sea of Jeju Island (33°37.8' N, 126°31.1' E) by using the Cheju national university training ship (A-Ra, 990tons) which was constructed for the one boat system operation of purse seine. The corkline and leadline of the purse seine used for the experiment were 829.1m and 995.7m in length, respectively. Micro data recorder system, net sonde, and tensiometer were used to measure the depth of leadline and the tension of purse seine. Based on the measurement data, the motion and tension of purse seine at the time of shooting, hauling, and pursing were characterized. The experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The shooting and hauling of net were found to be possible in the one boat system experimental operation. 2. At the time of purse seine shooting, the relationship between the depth (Dp) of leadline and elapsed time (Et) was found to be Dp=7.58Et-6.48. 3. At the time of pursing, the relationship between the depth (Dp) of leadline and elapsed time (Et) was found to be Dp=-0.81Et2+7.42Et+92.04. 4. At the time of pursing, the tension (metric tons) of purse seine attained its maximum value (14.7tons) when the elapsed time is 8 minutes. The relationship with the elapsed time was found to be T=-0.13Et2+3.23Et-5.72. 선망어업의 생산성 향상에 관한 기초 연구로서 제주도 주변 해역어장(33°27.3′N, 126°31.1′E)에서 단선조업이 가능하도록 건조된 시험 조업선인 제주대학교 해양과학대학 실습선 아라호(990톤)를 사용하여 투망과 양망 등의 실험을 실시했다. 실험에 사용한 선망은 뜸줄의 길이 829.1m, 발줄의 길이 995.7m이다. 초소형 메모리 계측기와 망심계, 장력계를 사용하여 그물 아랫자락의 수심과 선망의 장력을 측정하였으며, 측정한 자료를 이용하여 투망과 양망할 때의 그물어구의 운동특성과 장력특성을 해석하였는데, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 단선식 조업방법에 의해 실시한 시험조업에서 선망의 투망과 양망이 가능했다. 2. 선망을 투망할 때 그물 아랫자락의 침강수심(Dp)과 경과시간(Et)의 관계는 값의 설정범위에서 다음과 같은 실험식으로 나타낼 수 있다. Dp=7.58Et-6.48 3. 죔줄을 죌 때 그물 아랫자락의 침강수심과 경과시간의 관계는 값의 설정 범위에서 다음과 같은 실험식으로 나타낼 수 있다. Dp=-0.81Et2+7.42Et+92.04 4. 죔줄을 죌 때 선망의 장력은 경과시간 8분일 때 최대값(14.7톤)을 나타냈으며, 장력과 경과시간의 관계는 값의 설정범위에서 다음과 같은 실험식으로 나타낼 수 있다. T=-0.13Et2+3.23Et-5.72

1990년대 이후 국가경제에서 미치는 영향이 감소 추세에 들어선 건설업은 호황과 불황을 넘나들고 있다. 건설업의 경기변동이 심할수록 경기예측은 어려워지며, 불확실한 예측의 피해는 기업과 건설 종사자들이 직접적으로 받게 되므로 건설경기를 예측하는 것은 매우 어려우면서 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 건설경기를 나타내는 지표 중 하나인 건설업생산지수를 GDP와 기온효과를 이용하여 실질소득과 야외활동이 많은 건설업의 특성에 따라 기온효과를 반영한 공급측면에서의 단기 건설 경기예측 모형을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 건설경기는 뚜렷한 기온효과가 있으며 GDP에도 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 입증된 건설경기 예측모델을 기반으로 GDP예상증가율 3.5%와 2.4%일 때, 두 가지 시나리오로 2013년도 건설업생산지수를 예측하였다. 본 연구결과는 건설업의 경기를 판단하는 지표 중 하나로 활용 가능할 것이며, 향후 기후변화가 건설업에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구의 초석이 될 것이다. After 1990s, the influence of construction industry has been decreased on national economy and construction business condition has been changed on economic recession and boom repeatedly. Larger fluctuation of business condition makes a forecast of it to be more difficult. Uncertainty in business prediction results in damages on construction companies and stakeholders. Therefore, study on forecasting a construction business is very important. This study suggests the Construction Industry Production Index(CIPI) to predict a construction business in consider of temperature effects. The results show that construction business is much influenced by temperature effects certainly and GDP. With the CBFM, this study examines CIPI for 2013 with two scenarios: 1)with GDP growth rate of 3.5% 2)with GDP growth rate of 2.4%. Thus, CIPI would be used as the economic state index to display the construction business conditions. Also, CIPI will be utilized as basic methodology in the impact of climate change in the construction industry.
