패션 큐레이션의 서비스 품질이 사용자 만족, 신뢰, 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향

This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.
『전운옥편(全韻玉篇)』에 나타난 정·속음의 성격 고찰 상(上) ― 『동국정운(東國正韻)』 음운 체계와의 비교를 통하여

It is common knowledge that Chinese characters have three elements of form, sound and meaning. In the past, Korea has imported and utilized these Chinese characters since ancient times. However, the way the Chinese pronounce these words and the Koreans pronounce these characters are drastically different due to the different phonological system that exist between the two countries. It has been actually been proven that the traditional Korean reading sounds of the Chinese characters derive from the Chinese traditional pronunciation guide dictionary, the Yunshu(韻書). The “Jeon-un okpyun(『全韻玉篇』)” which is a Sino-Korean dictionary actually covers about 620 Chinese characters with attachments of both the correct sounds and popular reading sounds. What is interesting is that when the most common reading sounds recorded in this dictionary were compared with the ones in yunshu, they could not be found in the Fanqie(反切: Traditional Chinese lexicography) of the yunshu. Therefore, based on some of the findings including the above fact, it may be possible to draw a conclusion that the popular reading sounds in the “Jeon-un okpyun“ are sounds which have been created by the Koreans themselves.

기존 음악 앱의 알고리즘 기반 추천 기능은 사용자들의 편의성은 높여주지만, 개인의 취향이나 차별성을 반영하지 못하고 선택을 제한하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 사용자들이 직접 참여하여 자신의 취향과 상황을 반영하는 음악 앱의 커스터마이징 기능을 제안한다. 홈 화면 카테고리 커스텀과 일정에 따른 음악 시간표 기능은 기존 추천 시스템의 한계를 극복하며 사용자 참여를 높이는 서비스를 제공한다. 이는 궁극적으로 음악과 특정 상황 또는 감정이 연결되어 사용자들의 감성적 체험을 높이는 효과가 예상된다. 이러한 기능은 사용자들의 긍정적 경험을 높여 사용빈도를 늘릴 것으로 예상된다.
