The purpose of this research is to derive the optimal temperature, location, and heating control system for a tipping bucket rain gauge heating system used for observing snowfall during winter. We conducted indoor and outdoor experiments by manufacturing a tipping bucket rain gauge that can be variably controlled for heating at the funnel, exterior, and interior, and indoor and outdoor. The indoor experiments involved using a temperature and humidity chamber to compare the performance and derive the appropriate temperature of the precipitation gauge heating system. Subsequently, the outdoor experiments were carried out at the Cloud Physics Observation Center located in Daeguallyeong, heavy snowfall region, to validate the findings. The analysis result was derived that the heating temperature of the funnel should be set at the 10 to 30℃, while the internal heating temperature should be 70℃. Furthermore, the optimal locations for the heating devices, which aim to minimize measurement delay, were identified as the exterior of the rain gauge, the rim of the funnel, and the vertical surface of the funnel. Our result shows that used as the basis for the operating conditions of precipitation gauge heating systems for solid precipitation measurement in winter.
50nm 급 낸드플래시 메모리에서의 Program/Erase 스피드 측정을 통한 트랩 생성 분석

A novel characterization method was investigated to estimate the trap generation during the program /erase cycles in nand flash memory cell. Utilizing Fowler-Nordheim tunneling current, floating gate potential and oxide electric field, we established a quantitative model which allows the knowledge of threshold voltage (Vth) as a function of either program or erase operation time. Based on our model, the derived results proved that interface trap density (Nit) term is only included in the program operation equation, while both Nit and oxide trap density (Not) term are included in the erase operation equation. The effectiveness of our model was tested using 50 nm nand flash memory cell with floating gate type. Nit and Not were extracted through the analysis of Program/Erase speed with respect to the endurance cycle. Trap generation and cycle numbers showed the power dependency. Finally, with the measurement of the experiment concerning the variation of cell Vth with respect to program/erase cycles, we obtained the novel quantitative model which shows similar results of relationship between experimental values and extracted ones.
스마트폰 애플리케이션 유형별 사용자 감성 인터페이스 디자인 연구

스마트폰(Smart Phone)의 급속한 확산은 공간과 시간의 제약이 없는 컴퓨팅이 가능케 하여 사회ㆍ문화ㆍ산업 등 전방면에 걸친 정보통신 패러다임(Paradigm)의 변화를 불러왔다. 이에 따라 기존 정보ㆍ미디어의 생산 및 소비 주체가 사용자 중심으로 빠르게 전환되고 있으며 모바일(Mobile) 주도권 확보를 위한 디자인적 시도는 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)의 중요성을 더욱 부각시키고 있다. 특히 기존 모바일 기기와 차별화 되는 스마트폰의 특징인 애플리케이션(Application)의 적극적 활용성이 증대되며 단순히 사용하기 편한 기능적 관점이 아닌 사용자의 만족도를 높여주기 위한 감성 중심 관점의 디자인 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 모바일 서비스 환경에서의 감성 인터페이스 디자인 연구를 목적으로 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 사용자 인터페이스의 개념과 특성, 감성 인터페이스의 구성요소를 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 스마트폰 애플리케이션 유형에 따른 감성 인터페이스 모형을 추출하여 스마트폰 애플리케이션 인터페이스 요소와 감성모형의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 위치기반 서비스 유형에서는 행위 인지적 감성 요소가 높게 나타났으며, 소설 네트워크 서비스 유형에서는 사고 인지적 감성이, 엔터테인먼트 유형에서는 직관적 감성요소가 다른 요소에 비해 상대적으로 큰 영향을 미치고 있으며, 정보 서비스 유형에서는 행위 인지적 감성이, 커머스 유형에서는 직관적 감성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 격변하는 스마트 모바일 환경의 사용자의 다양한 니즈를 이해하고 이를 효율적으로 충족하기 위한 감성인터페이스의 적용방법을 제시하여 스마트폰 애플리케이션에 관한 인터페이스 디자인의 진화방향과 고도화 방안을 제안하는데 의의가 있다. The rapid spread of the use of smart phone enabled the computing without the constraints of space and time and has led to the paradigm of information and communication throughout the social, cultural, and industrial aspects. Accordingly, the existing main agent of production and consumption of information and media quickly switched into the user-oriented subject. Thus, the smart phone design to secure the dominance of the mobile market highlighted the importance of user interface. In particular, active utilization of application which is distinctive feature of smart phone has increased and there is a growing need of emotion-driven perspective design to satisfy the users rather than focusing on the functional perspective for a user-friendly design. Emotional interface models upon the types of smart phone applications have been extracted based on the theoretical backgroundand the correlation between the components of smart phone application interface and emotional interface has been analyzed. The study showed that below factors had significant influence in each category; intuitive emotional factors in entertainment service, action cognitive emotion in information service, and intuitive emotional factors in commerce. The research proposed the direction and significant advancement of interface design about smart phone applications.
사물인터넷 환경에서의 서비스디자인 방법론 적용방안 연구

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical and quantitative analysis on user "s perceived privacy, security, and user satisfaction when providing visualization information about objects and service provider behaviors that users can not perceive in internet service process. Through previous research, we have examined the importance of privacy and security factors as a key factor to be considered for the characteristics of the Internet of things and the Internet of things. In addition, service blueprint, which is one of the service design methodologies to examine the flow of service usage in providing Internet service of things, was examined. In the flow of things internet service utilization, it is found that the things that are out of the user "s cognitive area and the behavior of the service provider take up a large part. Therefore, the hypothesis that the trust of the Internet service security and the satisfaction of the user experience can be improved by providing the security visualization information about the behavior of the object and the invisible service provider in the non-contact aspect of the user and the object. In order to verify the hypothesis, we conducted experiments and questionnaires on the use of virtual objects" internet environment and conducted statistical analysis based on them. As a result, it was analyzed that visual information feedback on non - contact and invisible objects and service provider "s behaviors had a positive effect on user" s perceived privacy, security, and satisfaction. In addition, we conclude that it can be used as a service design evaluation tool to eliminate psychological anxiety about security and to improve satisfaction in internet service design. We hope that this research will be a great help for the research on application method of service design method in Internet environment of objects.
