온도 유지시간 제어를 적용한 하이브리드 분말 압출 공정을 통한 요구 특성의 스퍼기어 제조

본 연구는 압출 시 성형온도를 유지하여 Zn-22Al 합금분말의 성형성을 향상시키는 하이브리드 분말 압출 공정의 개발 및 온도 유지시간이 압출된 스퍼기어의 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 피치원 지름 1.8mm 의 소형 스퍼기어는 압출온도 290, 300, 310℃에서 성형되었다. 볼밀시간 32h 의 Zn-22Al 합금분말을 압출온도 310℃에서 압출 시 표면 결함이 없는 소형 기어가 제조되었다. 경도분포는 기어 중심부와 치형부에서 불균일하였고 소결공정 후 내부 변형에너지의 차이로 인해 내부균열이 발생하였다. 위와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 온도 유지시간 제어를 이용한 하이브리드 압출 연구를 수행하였다. 압출된 스퍼기어의 평가는 압출하중, 비커스 경도 및 치수정밀도 측정을 통해 이루어졌다. 온도 유지시간 15min 에서 압출된 스퍼기어의 기계적 성질이 가장 우수하였다. In this study, a hybrid powder-extrusion process involving the control of temperature dwelling time for improving the formability of Zn-22Al powder was developed and the effect of dwelling time on the mechanical properties of a spur gear with a pitch circle having a diameter of 1.8 mm was investigated. General extrusion experiments were carried out at different temperatures such as 290, 300, and 310°C. Spur gears with good qualities and without any surface defects were obtained in the case of extrusion temperature of 310°C and ball-milling duration of 32 h. The Vickers hardness distribution was non-uniform, and after the sintering process, an internal crack was generated because of the different deformation energy between gear central part and teeth. To overcome the abovementioned problems, research on controlling the dwelling time of the extrusion temperature in the powder-extrusion process was carried out. Good-quality spur gears were obtained when the dwelling time was 15 min.

As the general public have taken a higher interest in the golf, it has been positioned as the leisure sports, not the sports for a few social strata alone. Therefore, this study was intended to help people understand the golfing culture through its understanding and the societal awareness of the golf and to present the development of the golfing culture and its future direction. For the purpose of this study, the expert group composed of one in the golfing industry, one in the broadcasting circles and one professional golfer and five ordinary golfers were selected. And the qualitative study was conducted through the in-depth interview method. As a result, it was found that many people had a negative awareness of the golfing culture though the golfing population accounted for about 6,000,000 persons. The reason that the negative view of the golfing culture still exists much is that high greens fees have been charged as the golf course is defined as the luxury facility for a long time and that people have responded negatively to it due to the possibility of environmental disruption by the use of fertilizers for the protection of the lawn. In addition, it can be said that high-priced equipment, high greens fees, luxurious facilities, caddie fee and the like are the elements that cause a great number of people to disregard the golf. This sociocultural factor is becoming a great factor impedimental to the popularization of the golf. Accordingly, it is thought that it is necessary to consider improved awareness of the golfing culture through social consensus, the reduction of economic burdens, the provision of social/institutional equipment, countermeasure for the environmental problem and the like could help the golfing culture develop as the popular sport.
야구동호인의 관여도 수준에 따른 정보탐색경로 및 구매결정요인 분석

This study was for having ideas about the analysis of information search channel for equipment and purchasing decisions factors according to level of engagement regarding baseball clubs. The survey was investigated on 420 people who were participated in the baseball league of citizens, and information search channel was composed of 3 sub-variables, purchasing decision factors were composed of 5 sub-variables, surveys are analyzed by the statistics computer program ‘SPSS 24.0’ for analysing causal relationship with factors via one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that there were differences in baseball career, tournament frequency, practice frequency and involvement. Also there were related in online, other media channel, purchasing decisions factors such as purchase channel, promotion, service, and price for involvement. Function factor affects online channel, promotion factor affects offline, online/other media channel, and service factor affects offline channel. As mentioned, involvement of baseball clubs was important variable which affects the information search channel and purchasing decisions factors, and information search channel was affected by purchasing decisions factors. This is recognized that it can be a basis for proposing basic standards for baseball goods market.

Burr generated on plate holder should be removed through additional process, because it has an influence on the function of automotive seat recliner. The process layout to perform simultaneously embossing and half blanking of plate holder has been developed in this study in order to minimize the influence of burr formation. The optimal process condition to satisfy the required dimensional accuracy of plate holder has been determined using Taguchi method and finite element analysis. It has been shown from experimental results that the proposed method is decidedly superior to the previous FCF method from the aspect of sheared surface, roll-over, flatness and burr height.

Two extreme wind speed prediction models, the EWM(Extreme wind speed model) in IEC61400-1 and the Gumbel method were compared in this study. The two models were used to predict extreme wind speeds of six different sites in Korea and the results were compared with long term wind data. The NCAR reanalysis data were used for inputs to two models. Various periods of input wind data were tried from 1 year to 50 years and the results were compared with the 50 year maximum wind speed of NCAR wind data. It was found that the EWM model underpredicted the extreme wind speed more than 5 % for two sites. Predictions from Gumbel method overpredicted the extreme wind speed or underpredicted it less than 5 % for all cases when the period of the input data is longer than 10 years. The period of the input wind data less than 3 years resulted in large prediction errors for Gumbel method. Predictions from the EWM model were not, however, much affected by the period of the input wind data.

최근 에너지 시장의 흐름은 공급위주에서 효율위주로 이동함에 따라 가정 내에서 스마트 그리드와 연동하고 태양광 및 에너지저장시스템을 활용한 에너지 관리 시스템 기술에 대한 연구와 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 시중에서 판매되는 제품은 인터페이스를 갖추고 있지 않거나 제조사별 독자 프로토콜 사용으로 인한 기존 홈 네트워크와 호환성 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 호환성 향상을 위한 SEP2.0 기반의 홈 에너지 관리 시스템 개발과 에너지관리 스케줄링에 대해 기술하고자 한다.
