복합센서를 이용한 비접촉 전력 기반 가전기기 식별률 개선에 관한 연구

비절전 가전기기는 제품수명을 고려할 때 전력을 소비하는 가정 내 가전기기의 대부분을 차지 하지만 에너지 효율 정책의 사각지대에 있다. 본 논문에서는 비절전 가전기기의 에너지 절감을 위해 전력 총량에서 각 가전기기의 상태를 식별하는 NIAUM 의 기기 식별률을 복합센서를 활용해 개선하는 기술에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

Recently several recommender systems have been developed in a variety of applications,but providing accurate recommendations that match the preferences and constraints of various users is quite challenging. This paper presents a method of recommending digital products based on the past preference of a user on the price, rating and selling v이니me of a product. Experimental results of the method with actual data of Amazon showed that the average accuracy of the recommendations made by the method is 85%. Although the results are preliminary,the method is potentially capable of making more accurate personalized recommendations than existing methods.

This study present the development of an automotive steering wheel using the finite element method. That reduces the number of test repeating times and gives an information about stiffness. During frontal crash of a vehicle, a major part of the driver's kinetic energy is absorbed by the steering wheel and column system. The deformation characteristics of the steering wheel has significant effects on the injury of the driver. The steering wheel is the most common source of serious injury for drivers involved in frontal crashes. Modal analysis, strength analysis and impact analysis in steering wheel were performed to certify requirements of safety regulations. A simulation model of steering wheel and column strength simulation are established using a PAM-CRASH and ABAQUS.

Aluminum sheet has widely been used in automotive industry to manufacture light-weight vehicles. As the environmental concerns increases, the application of aluminum sheet in automotive body structure is also increases. However, due to the low formability of aluminum, various forming process such as hydroforming, gas blow forming has been introduced to manufacture the body panel part. Although such forming processes can produce the part with fracture-free, the long cycle time has been the limitation for mass production. Therefore, the aluminum sheet has only been used to luxury sedans. In this research, the aluminum center floor tunnel reinforcement has been manufactured by warm press forming which the cycle time is short. To ensure the strength of the part, structural analysis has been done. Also, the forming simulation has been carried out to reduce the try and error for warm forming process.
고에너지 볼밀법으로 제조된 Al-78Zn Powder 를 이용한 스퍼기어의 압출

This paper was designed to fabricate the miniature spur gear with pitch circle of 2.25mm using extrusion process of a mechanically alloyed Al-78wt%Zn powder. The mechanical alloying of the powder particles were performed for ball milled times of 4h, 8h, 16 and 32h by the planetary ball milling. The mechanical properties of these alloyed powders, which were compacted and sintered-cylindrical preforms, were estimated using compression test. The results showed that the alloyed powder with average particle size of 10 ㎛ milled for 32h has the highest compressive(fractured) strength(288MPa). Extrusions of the miniature spur gear using the alloyed powder were carried out at different extrusion temperatures. Extrusion temperature of 300°C provided the spur gear with the highest relative density and Vickers hardness and without any surface defects.
