        열처리 및 단조조건에 따른 알루미늄 6056 소재의 특성변화 및 자동차의 피스톤 블록 설계

        The mechanical properties and microstructures of Aluminum 6056 alloys were investigated for their use in the fabrication of a piton block. The EN-AW6056 alloys exhibited a tensile strength of 375 MPa for a solution treatment temperature of $550^{\circ}C$ for 2 h followed by an aging treatment at $190^{\circ}C$ for 4 h. The microstructures of the heat treated specimen showed that the $Mg_2Si$ phase with a size of 3~5 um was dispersed throughout the aluminum matrix when the heat treatment was done. Moreover, in order to identify the forgeability of the specimen, upsetting tests were done. For up to 80 % of the upsetting ratio, the specimen maintained its original shape, and at above 80 % of the upsetting ratio, the specimen underwent crack development. The specimen was successfully forged without any defects with the examined material conditions. The material conditions together with the forging conditions are discussed in terms of the microstructures and mechanical properties.

        복시환자의 임상양상

        Purpose: To evaluate the clinical features, causes and outcomes of patients with diplopia. Methods: All patients presenting with diplopia from October 2010 to March 2012 and followed up for more than 3 months were retrospectively investigated. Results: During the study period, 59 patients with diplopia were identified. There were 42 males and 17 females with an average age of 50 years. Binocular diplopia accounted for 54 cases (92%) and 5 cases (8%) had monocular diplopia. Cranial nerve palsies were the most common cause of binocular diplopia (28 cases, 52%). Within the cranial nerve palsies group, 14 cases (50%) were accompanied by hypertension or diabetes mellitus. Binocular diplopia spontaneously resolved in 35 cases (65%) by 3 months rising to 41 cases (76%) by 7 months. Thirteen (93%) out of 14 cases of cranial nerve palsies with hypertension or diabetes resolved spontaneously by 3 months. Conclusions: Binocular diplopia was caused most commonly by cranial nerve palsy and resolved after 3 months in 65% of patients. A spontaneous recovery from diplopia was observed after 3 months in 93% of patients with cranial nerve palsies and microvascular disease such as hypertension or diabetes. Therefore, the initial observation without additional treatment would be sufficient in these patients. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2013;54(11):1772-1777

        소아 환자에서 엡스타인-바 바이러스 뇌염에 동반된 양안 외향신경마비

        Purpose: To report 2 cases that presented with bilateral abducens nerve palsy associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) encephalitis in children. Case summary: Case 1. A 14-month-old boy presented with fever and esodeviation of the left eye that started 5 days earlier. On the ophthalmic examination, 45-PD esotropia of the left eye and limitation of abduction in both eyes were observed. On neurological examination, there were no abnormalities. Serologic test and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were positive for EBV. The patient was treated with systemic acyclovir and prednisolone. Part-time occlusion therapy of the right eye for 2 hours/day was also prescribed. The patient underwent a 6.5-millimeter recession of the medial rectus and a 6-millimeter resection of the lateral rectus on the left eye 7 months after the presentation. The patient showed orthotropia 1 week after the surgery without neurologic sequelae. Case 2. A 13-year-old boy presented with headaches and fever that started 5 days before and altered consciousness with seizures 2 days previously. Serological test for viral infection was normal, except for EBV, and CSF examination showed viral infection. After the patient recovered consciousness, he complained of diplopia. A 30-PD esotropia of his left eye with bilateral limitation of abduction was present. Alternating full-time occlusion of both eyes was prescribed. At 4 months after presentation, diplopia disappeared and the patient showed orthotropia without abduction limitation; however, anticonvulsants were prescribed to control seizures. Conclusions: In children, EBV encephalitis can be accompanied by acquired bilateral abducens nerve palsy. Residual nerve palsy and other neurologic sequelae can remain after several months.

        요추추간판탈출증에 대한 일반침 치료와 간접구 병행치료의 임상적 효과비교

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of indirect moxibustion treatment for HIVD patients. Methods : From March 2010 to December 2010, 32 HIVD patients who admitted to Semyung oriental medical hospital were divided into two groups. Group I was treated by indirect moxibustion and general acupuncture, group II by general acupuncture. We evaluated the treatment effect of each group with the visual analog scale(VAS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI) by dividing three period(from admission day to third day after admission, from third day to sixth day after admission and from sixth day to ninth day after admission). Results : 1. Group I was more effective than group II in VAS score reducing rate at sixth day after admission and ninth day after admission but there was no statistical significance between two groups at third day after admission 2. Group I was more effective than group II in VAS improvement rate from third day to sixth day after admission but there was no statistical significance between two groups from admission day to third day after admission and sixth day to ninth day after admission. 3. Group I was more effective than group II in ODI score reducing rate at sixth day after admission and ninth day after admission but there was no statistical significance between two groups at third day after admission. 4. In ODI improvement rate group I was higher than group II, but there was no statistical significance. Conclusions : Through this research, Indirect moxibustion treatment is considered to be effective reducing pain for HIVD(Herniated intervertebral disc) patients.

        BTMSM/O<sub>2</sub> 고유량으로 증착된 SiOCH 박막의 2차원 상관관계 분석을 통한 유전특성 연구

        We have studied the dielectric characteristics of low-k interlayer dielectric materials fabricated by PECVD for various precursor's flow rates. BTMSM precursor was introduced with the flow rates from 42 sccm to 60 sccm by 2 sccm step in the constant flow rate of 60 sccm $O_2$. The absorption intensities of Si-O-$CH_x$ bonding group and Si-$CH_x$ bonding group changed synchronously for the variation of precursor flow rate, but the intensity of Si-O-Si(C) responded asynchronously with the $CH_x$ combined bonds. The heat treatment reduced the FTIR absorption intensity of Si-O-$CH_x$ bonding group and Si-$CH_x$ bonding group but increased the intensity of Si-O-Si(C). The nanopore and free space formed by the increasement of caged link mode and cross link mode of Si-O-Si(C) group implied the origin of low-k SiOCH films.

        집중호우의 시·공간적 특성과 유역특성을 고려한 강우분석 연구

        최근 집중호우의 발생빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 이를 고려한 강우분석을 실시하여야 한다. 현재 수문설계를 위한 강우분석은 한반도 조밀도 36 km인 기상청 관할 종관기상관측지점(Automated Surface Observing System, ASOS)의 시 단위 강우를 이용하고 있다. 이로 인해 같은 강우지점의 티센망에 포함되는 중소규모 유역은 동일한 확률강우량과 강우시간분포로 분석하게 됨으로 유역특성을 고려하지 못하는 문제가 발생한다. 또한, 10~20 km 범위 내에서 발생하는 집중호우의 시 공간적 변화를 고려하지 못하는 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 종관기상관측지점에 비해 상대적으로 조밀도가 우수한 방재기상관측지점(Automatic Weather System, AWS)의 분 단위 강우자료를 이용하여 집중호우를 고려한 확률강우량을 산정하였다. 또한, 유역에 적합한 Huff의 4분위 방법 산정을 위해 Case별 시간분포 산정과 유출분석을 실시하였다. 이는 집중호우와 유역특성을 반영한 설계수문량 산정에 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다. Recently, the incidence of heavy rainfall is increasing. Therefore, a rainfall analysis should be performed considering increasing frequency. The current rainfall analysis for hydrologic design use the hourly rainfall data of ASOS with a density of 36 km on the Korean Peninsula. Therefore, medium and small scale watershed included Thiessen network at the same rainfall point are analyzed with the same design rainfall and time distribution. This causes problem that the watershed characteristics can not be considered. In addition, there is a problem that the temporal-spatial change of the heavy rainfall occurring in the range of 10~20 km can not be considered. In this study, Author estimated design rainfall considering heavy rainfall using minutely rainfall data of AWS, which are relatively dense than ASOS. Also, author analyzed the time distribution and runoff of each case to estimate the huff's method suitable for the watershed. The research result will contribute to the estimation of the design hydrologic data considering the heavy rainfall and watershed characteristics.

      • Greedy Kernel PCA를 이용한 화자식별

        In this research, we propose a speaker identification system using a kernel method which is expected to model the non-linearity of speech features well. We have been using principal component analysis (PCA) successfully, and extended to kernel PCA, which is used for many pattern recognition tasks such as face recognition. However, we cannot use kernel PCA for speaker identification directly because the storage required for the kernel matrix grows quadratically, and the computational cost grows linearly (computing eigenvector of $l{\times}l$ matrix) with the number of training vectors I. Therefore, we use greedy kernel PCA which can approximate kernel PCA with small representation error. In the experiments, we compare the accuracy of the greedy kernel PCA with the baseline Gaussian mixture models using MFCCs and PCA. As the results with limited enrollment data show, the greedy kernel PCA outperforms conventional methods.

        분 단위 강우자료의 품질 개선방안에 관한 연구

        수자원 설계 및 홍수 예 경보 등을 위한 수문분석 시, 강우자료는 필수요소이다. 현재 수문분석 시 비교적 장기간의 자료를 보유하고 있는 기상청, 국토교통부 등의 지상기상관측지점(SSS, Surface Synoptic Stations)에 시 강우자료를 이용하고 있으나, 집중호우가 빈번히 발생하는 현실정과 집중호우의 발생빈도가 증가할 것으로 예상되는 향후에는 더욱 조밀한 관측망을 구성하고 있는 방재기상관측지점(AWS, Automatic Weather Stations)의 분 단위 강우자료를 이용한 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 방재기상관측지점의 분 단위 강우자료는 자동으로 관측되고 있어, 자료품질에 대한 문제점이 매번 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울지역을 중심으로 기상청 방재기상관측지점의 분 단위 강우자료의 품질개선 방안에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 분 단위 강우자료의 품질관리방안은 크게 3단계로 결측치 품질관리, 이상치 품질관리 그리고 강우 보완 품질관리로 구분하여 품질관리 방안을 제시하고 분석을 수행하였다. 마지막으로 서울지점의 분 단위 강우자료와 시 단위 강우자료의 비교분석을 통해 강우 품질관리에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 이는 향후 분 단위 강우자료를 이용한 수문분석 시, 강우자료 품질관리 방안으로 활용될 것으로 판단된다. Rainfall data is necessary component for water resources design and flood warning system. Most analysis are used long-term hourly data of surface synoptic stations from the Meteorological Administration, Ministry of land, Infrastructure and Transport and others. However, It will be used minutely data of more high density automatic weather stations than surface synoptic stations expecting to increase the frequency of heavy precipitation. But minutely data has a problem about quality of rainfall data by auto observation. This study analyzed about quality control method using automatic weather station's minutely rainfall data of meteorological administration. It was performed assessment of the quality control that was classified quality control of miss Data, outlier data and rainfall interpolation. This method will be utilized when hydrological analysis uses minute rainfall data.

        유완소(劉完素)의 중풍론(中風論)에 관(關)한 고찰(考察)

        In this study, the purpose was to consider the conception, the causes, the pathology, the treatment and the prescription of 'Zhong Feng(中風)' through Liu Wan-Su's works. The results are obtained as fallows. First, Liu Wan-Su regarded Zhong Feng(中風) as 'Feng Re(風熱)'. He thought the causes and the pathology of Zhong Feng(中風) that pathologically fever was due to excess of feelings and 'Heart-fire(心火)', was due to intemperate living, so he thought the leading causes of Zhong Feng(中風) were Feng Re(風熱) and Heart-fire(心火) and emphasized the internal causes of Zhong Feng(中風). But he excluded absolutely external causes. He also insisted that Feng Re(風熱) was cause in a fat and a thin person. Second, according to symptom of the limbs and 'Jiu Qiao(九竅)', he classified Zhong Feng(中風) into 'Zhong Fu(中腑)' and 'Zhong Zang(中臟)'. And in the treatment of Zhong Feng(中風), the three principle was set up that 'Sweating .method(發表法)' in the case of Zhong Fu(中腑), 'Passing method(通滯法)' in Zhong Zang(中臟) and 'Nutrient method(養筋法)', in case that both symptom would not revealed. And in the prescription of Zhong Feng(中風), he presented 'Xumingtang(續命湯)', 'Sanhuatang(三化湯)' and 'Daqinfantang(大秦?湯)' to them each.
