1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the ground why constitution must be classified into 4 types. 2. Methods I analysed the basic presuppositions to class 4 Type Constitution in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). And I connected the presuppositions with other theories from the viewpoint of directional properties of human body. 3. Results and Conclusions The most important presupposition to class 4 Type Constitution and apply to clinical therapy in SCM is that there is native strength and weakness of lung's Exhale Dispersing Qi, liver's Inhale Gathering Qi, spleen's Ascending Yin Qi and kidney's Descending Yang Qi. If there is superior tendency of Qi flow direction in human body, 6 directions(upward, downward, forward, backward, outward and inward) will be remarkable. But, in embryonic period, the outer skin is originated from the back(ectoderm) and the alimentary canal is from the front(endoderm). Therefore 4 directions(upward, downward, outward and inward) will be more remarkable, and those directions are included in the former presupposition.

There are two parts for developing and deployment of wind turbine system. Control and monitoring systems will be needed through HILS(Hardware In the Loop) and MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) and CMS(Condition Monitoring System). In this article, FPGA based intelligent system was used both controling and monitoring whole a wind turbine system. Also various world wide cases will be shown in wind energy industry. Now, this technology is using not only wind industry also shipbuilding and marine industry.

Antibody screening and indentification test was done in blood donors preserved in blood bank by gel test. In the results of the test, we found that the positivity of irregular antibody was high. So these patients were carefully administrated to prevent adverse transfusion reaction. We obtained the following results : 1. Irregular antibodies were identified in 79 cases(2.08%) out of 3,783 patients. 2. The frequency of the irregular antibodies was : anti-La(a) 26 cases(32.9%), unidentified warm Ab. 22 cases(27.8%), anti-E 10 cases(12.6%), unidentified cold Ab. 9 cases(l1.3%), anti-D 4 cases(5.0%), anti-e 3 cases(3.8%) and anti-P1 3 cases(3.8%) respectively. 3. In the case of irregular antibody positive, we performed the cross matching using the gel test.

녹두 종자 발아억제물질을 생산하는 균을 동정한 결과 Streptomyces luteogriseus로 판정 되었으며, 본 저해물질의 순도검정을 위해 silica gel thin layer chromatography를 행한 결과 BuOH-HOAc-formic acid-water(15 : 12 : 3 : 10)와 BuOH-HOAc-water(4 : 1 : 5)의 용매계에서 각 Rf치는 0.85와 0.92의 단일 spot가 확인되었다. 또한 본 저해물질의 주요 radical을 조사해 본 결과 phenol기, pyrimidine기, amino기, 환원당 및 auxin은 함유되지 않았으며 단지 UV조사에의해 형광을 나타내었다.<br/> 본 저해물질의 UV spectrum은 λ^(H20)_(max)=252 였으며, IR spectrum 에서는 3300~3500, 2900~3000, 1600~1700 및 1400㎝-¹의 peak가 인정되었다. The inhibitory substance on the growth of mung bean seedling was amorphous crystal that had a single spot on silica gel thin layer chromatography under ultra-violet irradiation in dark room. The Rf value was 0.85 in n-butanol-acetic acid-formic acid-water(15 : 12 : 3 : 10) system, and 0.92 in n-butanol-acetic acid-water( 4 : 1 : 5) system, respectively.<br/> Biochemical reaction of the inhibitor was negative to FeCl₃, pyrimidine, ninhydrine, folin, fehling, Salkowski and Ehrlich reaction, but the inhibitor had a blue fluorescence from irradiation of ultraviolet rays and had maximum absorption at 252㎚ on UV spectrum. On IR spectrum, the peaks of the inhibitor appeared at 3300~3500, 2900~3000, 1600~1700, and 1400㎝-¹.<br/> The strain tested was identified to be similar Streptomyces luteogriseus by morphorogical and physiological characteristics.
