Most of the previous studies on the Chonsungdae have been concerned primarily with its function - whether it was built as an astronomical observatory or as an symbolic structure. This study has focused on the dynamic characteristics of Chomsungdae, primarily on its natural frequency, contact stiffness of stones and stability of structural system. In 1/10 scale model test, natural frequency changes with various types of filling material were investigated. The information of dynamic characteristic of Chomsungdae will give useful data for preservation of it.
3・1운동의 3・1혁명으로서 헌법사적 재해석 : 건국절 논란과 연관하여

2019년은 3・1혁명과 대한민국임시정부 수립 100주년을 맞아 지난 100년을 되돌아보고 새로운 100년을 시작해야 할 중요한 해이다. 2019년이야말로 지난 100년 간 왜곡되고 뒤틀린 것들이 제대로 규명되고 정체(正體)를 되찾음으로써 새로운 100년의 정초(定礎)를 다지는 해가 되도록 해야 할 것이다. 그동안 우리는 3・1혁명을 3・1운동이라 명명하면서 그 의의를 독립운동이라는 대외적 측면에 국한해왔다. 3・1혁명은 독립운동일 뿐만 아니라 남녀노소 모든 인민(국민)이 참여하여 기존 질서에 항거하고 이후 대한민국임시정부의 수립을 이끈, 즉 민주공화국으로의 역사적 전환을 가져온 혁명이란 점에 주목해야 한다. 이 점은 영국, 프랑스, 러시아, 중국, 미국 등의 세계적 혁명사례들과 비교해보면 더욱 명확해진다. 2000년대 중반 이후 건국절(일) 논란이 사그라들지 않고 있다. 대한민국(정식)정부 수립일인 1948년 8월 15일이라는 입장과 대한민국임시정부 수립일인 1948년 4월 11일이라는 입장이 대립한다. 기념일 지정에 대한 우리와 베트남, 인도네시아, 미국, 프랑스, 중국 등 세계 각국의 태도를 살펴보면, 역사적 사건의 완성일(종결일)이 아닌 출발일(촉발일)을 기념하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 4월 11일은 대한민국(임시정부) 출범일로서, 7월 24일은 대한민국(정식)정부 출범일로서, 8월 15일은 광복절이자 대한민국(정식)정부 국민축하일로서, 3월 1일은 혁명일이자 대한민국의 출발일(촉발일)로서 각 의미를 갖는다. 이와 같이 본고는 3・1혁명과 대한민국임시정부 수립 100주년을 맞아 대한민국의 발원일이 3월 1일에 있음을 정확히 인지하고, 3・1혁명과 그로 인해 건립된 대한민국임시정부의 헌법사적 의의와 가치를 재정립하고자 하였다. The Republic of Korea celebrated the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and the March 1st Revolution in 2019. Thus, this year is an important year to look back on the past 100 years and start a new century. In 2019, we will have to recover the distorted and undiscovered history of the past 100 years. So we have to make it a year to set a new 100-year framework. In the meantime, we have referred to the March 1st Revolution as the March 1st Movement and have limited its significance to the independence movement as the external aspect. It should be noted that the March Revolution was not only an independent movement, but a revolution that led to the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, and also the historical transition to the Democratic Republic. This point becomes clearer when compared with the cases of global revolution such as Britain, France, Russia, the United States and China. Since the mid-2000s, the controversy over the date of the national foundation day has not diminished. The position of August 15, 1948, the date of establishment of the Republic of Korea, and April 11, 1948, the date of the establishment of the Pro- visional Government of the Republic of Korea, are in conflict. Looking at attitudes of countries such as Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, the United States, China, and France to designate the anniversary, we can see that they commemorate the start date (date of the event), not the completion date of the historical event. The April 11th is the launch date for the Republic of Korea (Provisional Government). The July 24th is the day of the Korean (official) government. The August 15th is the day of independence and it is the celebration day of the Korean government. The March 1st is the day of revolution and the beginning date of Korea. Thus, in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Korean Revolution and the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, this study correctly recognized that the start date of the Republic of Korea was on March 1st. And this study focused on redefining the Constitutional meaning and value of the Provisional Government of Korea which was established through the Korean Revolution.

SiC MOSFET has excellent breakdown characteristics owing to high critical electric field. In addition, it is attracting attention as a power semiconductor for electric vehicle or satellite because it can miniaturize the power module due to its low on-resistance. Particularly in the space environment, the TID effects occur due to the influence of radiation, causing serious malfunctions of power devices. In this paper, SiC MOSFET and ntype MOSCAP were irradiated with proton to analyze effects of cosmic radiation. As a result of irradiating high-energy proton, a hole trap is created inside because of the TID effects. Because of the hole trap, the electrical characteristics such as threshold voltage, on-resistance, and breakdown voltage of the MOSFET were changed. In addition, as a result of extracting oxide characteristics by irradiating MOSCAP with the same conditions, it was verified that the fixed charge inside the oxide increased. Finally, the breakdown characteristic degradation mechanism was proved by edge termination simulation using TCAD. In this paper, the TID effects by irradiation is verified through experiments and simulations.
